Let us warm you... Homemade Ginger Tea⁣ ☕🥃🍁 • 1/2 tsp cardamom pods, crushed⁣ • 5 cups water⁣ • 1 Tbsp The Ginger People® Organic Ginger Syrup⁣ • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish Toast cardamom in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add water. ⁣ ⁣ Reduce heat, simmer until it reaches ⁣ the desired strength, 10 to 15 ⁣ minutes. Remove from heat. ⁣ Stir in ginger syrup and mint leaves. ⁣ Let stand for 5 minutes. ⁣ Strain into mugs and garnish. ⁣ ⁣ Image credit: @saarau Thanks!

"Recipe for my favorite healthy smoothie on my IG story: 🍌1/2 banana 🥗Large handful baby spinach 🥗Large handful baby romaine lettuce 🥒Cucumber 🍇Small handful frozen blueberries 🍓4-5 frozen strawberries 🍋Lemon juice 🔸Ginger juice 💦Water Sometimes I include protein powder. Have you climbed Mount Kilimanjaro😅? One of our IG friends used some Gin Gins to help her nausea as she reached the top. We love seeing all these amazing Gin Gins related stories and appreciate you sharing them. This one is certainly inspiring ❤️⛰️🙏 Thanks @megan_n_oneal “Statistically about 50% of people above 18,000ft will experience altitude sickness, and I drew the short straw. "Here’s my new usual lunch - cauliflower rice (can grate your own or buy frozen from @traderjoes, @wholefoods or @sprouts) with some minced ginger (@the_ginger_people) and coconut milk (@traderjoes or @thrivemarket), steamed veggies, sautéed some arugula and white button mushrooms (not all mushrooms are good for fibroid) with coconut aminos (@traderjoes or @wholefoods), and fruits.
