Little slider work, part 2. Single leg squat-slider abductuons. Great #exercise for #stabilization, #hip #movement, and help increase #flexibility in the hips. Also works the outer sweeps. (The sides of your quads).. Put the slider under one foot.... As you start to #squat, slowly abduct your leg. Go down as far as you can, then back up. The goal with this is to treat it as a squat (just as in the pics). Relax the toes, and drive up through your mid foot or heals.. All your weight should be on the squat leg, not the abducted leg.. You don't want your body to move in the direction with the slider. Treat it as a squat... Try 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps each leg. Give this a try!
