اگر از خیلی از افراد بپرسید ک یکی از ارزو های شما چیست ؟!بدون شک با این پاسخ روبه رو خواهید شد که :غذامو بخورمو چاق نشم .. برای این معضل من به شما پیشنهاد میکنم که غذا را در ساعت های مخصوصی میل کنید ک باعث اضافه وزن شما نشود . در ادامه این ساعات را خدمت شما معرفی میکنم . صبحانه :بهتر است صبحانه تا یک ساعت بعد از بیدار شدن میل شود تا انرژی مورد نیاز بدن پس از یک شب چیزی نخوردن تامین شود . میان وعده :اگر شما جزو افرادی هستید که زود به زود احساس گرسنگی میکنید خوردن یک میان وعده مفید ساعت ۱۰برای شما گزینه ی مناسبی است . نهار :نهار وعده ی غذایی بسیار مهمی است ک خوردن ان هرگز نباید ترک شود و بهترین ساعت میل غذا ۱۲/۳۰میباشد . عصرانه :ما خوردن عصرانه سه تا چهار ساعت پس نهار را به شما پیشنهاد میکنیم چون در این زمان قند خون میل به کاهش دارد پس خوردن یک عصرانه مقوی از کاهش قند خون شما جلوگیری میکند .همچنین برای کاهش استرس نیز بسیار مفید میباشد . شام:اگر شما نیز از ان دسته افرادی هستید که لاغری را به خوردن یک شام لذیذ و مقوی ترجیح میدهید ما ب شما پیشنهاد بهتری میدهیم .غذای خود را ساعت ۷/۳۰میل نمایید تا بدن زمان سوخت و ساز کافی را قبل از خواب داشته باشد . لطفا لایک فراموش نشه . #fitness #fitness_lovers #body_building #workout #exercise #health #diet #TRX #bodypump #gym #workout_program #aerobic #فیتنس#بادی_بیلدینگ#بادی_کلاسیک#فیزیک #پاورلیفتینگ#ایروبیک #تغذیه #سلامتی #تندرستی#چاقی# لاغری#برنامه#بدنسازی#چاقی#لاغری#ورزش
