A few facts about my workout today! 1. My arms feel like a bowl of jello 🍮 2. I flipped my Super Trainer @joelfreemanfitness off at least 5 times during this workout (still one of my fave trainers tho) 🖕🏼 3. My arms completely gave out again during the burn out round (thankfully I didn’t do a faceplant this time) 💪🏼 4. I fatigued my muscles to the point all I could do was laugh 😆 5. A few facts about my workout today! 1. My arms feel like a bowl of jello 🍮 2. I flipped my Super Trainer @joelfreemanfitness off at least 5 times during this workout (still one of my fave trainers tho) 🖕🏼 3. Here is a circuit of CORE exercises. This includes 20 sec of exercise, followed by 3 sec rest between each exercise. Do 2-3 sets of this circuit every alternate day.
