When I first started my journey I had no money, no equipment, and had to figure out what the heck to do. I will ALWAYS make the LSF app workouts ones you can do at home, with minimal equipment so there are no excuses not to reach your goals. I just posted a new Daily Fitness Routine vid you guys have to go checkout. . 👉🏻Rules I Live by: ✨Commit to at least 10 minutes a day…it usually turns into 30. ✨You DO NOT need more than 30-45 mins if you’re doing the right workouts. PERIOD. ✨If the last rep in a set is easy, it’s time to increase your weights 2-5lbs. ✨You DO NOT need a gym! ✨You DO need to track your progress…it’s the number one way to stay motivated! ✨Progress can be measured in photos, inches, increased weights, reps, finally hitting a solid burpee or a million other ways…find ways that help make you FEEL GOOD! ✨Most scales only tell one TINY part of the story….Just ditch it already!

Who else is loving week 2 of Sleigh 🛷 🙋🏼‍♀️ It’s my last day in Aspen and I started with my #lsfdaily10 + sleigh bonus tree toppers (which btw ware super hard going 1 Min straight!) You NEED TO HEAR this👇🏻It’s easier to give 100% than it is to give 99%. . Looking back at my weight loss journey I realized the ONLY reason I was able to lose 45lbs was because I made a choice. A choice to make changes for good. Not for a few weeks to shed the 15lbs I thought I needed to lose, or a few months to see if I could stop eating junk food, but for FOREVER. A choice to change my life and I leaned in 100%. The reason it’s easier than kinda/sorta doing something is because once you make a decision, it’s locked in. You can keep yourself going because your choice was made and that’s just what you’re doing from now until forever. When you set time limitations on yourself 1- you set yourself up for failure and 2- you give yourself a super easy out because you haven’t actually changed anything or mentally made a real choice. . So, we have 4 more weeks of 2019 and I’m challenging you to make a choice. Make the decision to START NOW. If you’re already sleighing, what is still holding you back from your goals? If you haven’t started at all, find 1 thing you can do right now to get going. When i started my journey I said, “I’m going to workout for at least 10 minutes a day, every day.” It’s something that was manageable and something I’ve stuck to for the last 8 years. And those 10 minutes helped create the habits that led me here (which is still crazy to me, but freaking incredible!) . 🌟DON’T LIMIT YOURSELF TO LESS THAN YOU’RE CAPABLE OF AND DESERVE🌟- via lovely #FitONTrainer @lovesweatfitness

Who else is loving week 2 of Sleigh 🛷 🙋🏼‍♀️ It’s my last day in Aspen and I started with my #lsfdaily10 + sleigh bonus tree toppers (which btw ware super hard going 1 Min straight!) I still have my premium full body workout to do, but we have a group one later today so I’ll be counting that & logging it in the app in my journal notes for today! . I only go to the gym like 1x a month. I’m an at-home workout girl for life and any trainer that tells you you need a gym to see results is just WRONG. When I first started my journey I had no money, no equipment, and had to figure out what the heck to do. I will ALWAYS make the LSF app workouts ones you can do at home, with minimal equipment so there are no excuses not to reach your goals. I just posted a new Daily Fitness Routine vid you guys have to go checkout. . 👉🏻Rules I Live by: ✨Commit to at least 10 minutes a day…it usually turns into 30. ✨You DO NOT need more than 30-45 mins if you’re doing the right workouts. PERIOD. ✨If the last rep in a set is easy, it’s time to increase your weights 2-5lbs. ✨You DO NOT need a gym! ✨You DO need to track your progress…it’s the number one way to stay motivated! ✨Progress can be measured in photos, inches, increased weights, reps, finally hitting a solid burpee or a million other ways…find ways that help make you FEEL GOOD! ✨Most scales only tell one TINY part of the story….Just ditch it already!

You NEED TO HEAR this👇🏻It’s easier to give 100% than it is to give 99%. . Looking back at my weight loss journey I realized the ONLY reason I was able to lose 45lbs was because I made a choice. A choice to make changes for good. Not for a few weeks to shed the 15lbs I thought I needed to lose, or a few months to see if I could stop eating junk food, but for FOREVER. A choice to change my life and I leaned in 100%. The reason it’s easier than kinda/sorta doing something is because once you make a decision, it’s locked in. You can keep yourself going because your choice was made and that’s just what you’re doing from now until forever. When you set time limitations on yourself 1- you set yourself up for failure and 2- you give yourself a super easy out because you haven’t actually changed anything or mentally made a real choice. .
