I did go for it this morning but there was creeping niggle in the back of my head about not f'ing my back up. . Why the weird emoji and santa hat? There are hundreds of diets out there that people partake in all over the world. Each person chooses their diet for a variety of reasons. Some may be for medical purposes, others for religious beliefs, and others simply for personal preferences. Regardless of the reasoning, it is unarguable that we as human beings need to eat healthy to be healthy.⠀ ⠀ With that being said, the purpose of this post is to destroy the "one size fits all" claim that many people may say is true about a particular diet. That statement is simply not true because there are many different ways to receive the proper nutrition our bodies need to function properly and thrive. Also, one diet may suit an individual very well and another terribly based on genetics, goals, and lifestyle.⠀ ⠀ So to sum it all up, being healthy requires healthy nutrition. ⚡️Quickest Workout Ever! ⚡️6 MINUTES of work! . . . As a mom who works part time, I know what it means to have limited time! . . Complexes are amazing for torching calories, building endurance, grip strength and quick muscle growth. The KEY is to not let go of the weights until you are finished will ALL reps and ALL movements. . . These always leave me feeling like I worked out for an hour the next day! . . . 🌺Hormone Tip: ladies, add this into your programming 1-2 times per week 1st half of your cycle. Why? Your body is more insulin sensitive and can access glucose quickly for energy making high intensity workouts ideal AND because it is more insulin sensitive your glucose levels stabilize quicker than the second half of your cycle which means you can eat more carbs especially right after a workout like this! Testosterone is also increasing giving you an energy boost and trust me, you will need it for these complexes! . . . SAVE and try...remember DO NOT let go of the weights until you are done with 10 reps of each of the 4 movements. Rest 1 min and repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Want to see even more gains? Wow, what a combination! My legs and bum are on fire, I can barely walk! I upped the weight again where I could and finally got those hip thrusts in properly: the side of my bed was better than my bench that kept toppling over. Oddly when I dont feel up to the listed workout, if I pick a longer or more challenging workout, I'm more likely to complete it, if that makes any sense. Things I’ve learnt about the fitness industry: 1) There are a lot of cowboys. It’s far too easy to become a PT these days, as easy as it is to think all PTs do is count reps 😓😉 2) No-one really wants to see pictures of your salmon and broccoli every day on Instagram. 3) Worrying about how well other PTs are doing/ other people’s business will not affect yours in the slightest. Concentrate on your own business. 4) Individuality is quite rare these days! You may follow a lot of accounts but who do you remember? You tend to see just a sea of gymshark leggings and ‘hump day’ pictures. 5) 6 packs are overrated, speaking from the girl with abs! Yes really! 6) No-one knows everything.
