Sometimes this happens week to week or month to month. So it’s been a long going process recently I hit a Plateau and couldn’t drop any further then I was. I was sitting at about 213lbs. So what did I do? I pushed harder. Ever chance I got to do a full 20-30 minute workout I took advantage of it and I made sure I drank a lot of water. Lowered the amount of fruit I ate. Limited carbs. (Still ate pizza though) and increased the amount of vegetables I ate. In just a week I dropped another ten pounds. I’m currently 15 pounds from my goal weight. When I hit that goal weight that doesn’t mean the battle is over. And it definitely doesn’t mean it’s gonna get easier. At that point I’ll push myself even harder and then will incorporate weight lifting again. Then finally be on my way to success. Every drip of sweat is another time you said you couldn’t do it rolling right off your back. I don’t wake up and say” I can’t wait to work out today” I dread it... seriously all it takes is drive and discipline. The #workout was legit and I got drenched in #sweat which was awesome 👍 first was 45 min #cardio on the #stairmaster which I haven’t done in many months so I expected to struggle on it. Actually I didn’t feel out of shape on it at all and utilized faster speeds than I used to (8-10 for an aerobic effort) it felt amazing and I got the best sweat on. "Your blog seems diet like" she said to me.⁠ ⁠ I was surprised but asked her what made her feel that way.⁠ ⁠ "Because all your recipes look healthy".⁠ ⁠ I was not expecting that!⁠ ⁠ Do your thoughts default to diets when you think of healthy foods?⁠ ⁠ 📢 PSA: diets don't own healthy foods!⁠ ⁠ But I get it if you feel this way. I used to feel like to eat healthy you had to follow external sources, rules, and plans. ⁠ ⁠ All this brought me was stress and distrusting myself to eat in a way that works for me. It disconnected me from what my body really needed + knowing what that is🤔. ⁠ ⁠ It is when I stepped away from all these rules and the noise of diets 🤯that I realized I can eat healthy foods because I genuinely want them & trust myself to eat in a way that works for me + feels good💃. ⁠ ⁠ True food freedom is knowing you can choose the healthy foods 🍐🥑🥦🍒because you WANT to! It's not a rule nor does it magically transform you into being a better person.⁠ ⁠ If I'm craving cake or chocolate I'll allow myself to enjoy it. Although these foods aren't nutrient dense - health is more than nutrients. Health is also allowing yourself to experience joy and pleasure, too💯! ⁠ ⁠ But I also love creating healthy + tasty options, too! I'm not a better person when I choose the healthier alternative but I know that in that moment it was what I needed & my body feels better. And I love sharing these healthy options with you! I want to show you how healthy eating can be fun + enjoyable😋!⁠ ⁠ If you are undoing years of dieting damage you may feel like choosing vegetables is diety. It may take you time for you to bring back some fruit 🍓+ veggies🥕. Give yourself time to work through this process🙏. Lean in to how your body feels. 🔴Mediterranean Lamb Bowl with Tahini Broccoli Slaw🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️😋😋😋 Tag your keto best friends here to make this with you.⁠ .⁠ 💯 But first, if you don't know how to start keto diet properly? or want to lose 5-10 lbs in the first week alone with keto lifestyle?⁠ ⏩ Click the link in bio 👉 @lowcarbdiets 👈⁠ .⁠ 🔴Here is how you can make about 3 servings:⁠ .⁠ 1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight.⁠ .⁠ 2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw.⁠ .⁠ 3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today.⁠ .⁠ 4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. Do you desperately want to lose weight but don’t even know where to start?⁣ ⁣ Have you tried every crazy workout routine and fad diet out there, only to give up after a few weeks because you couldn’t sustain it?⁣ ⁣ Do you find yourself walking through life feeling a little down most days, and basically just going through the motions, but you can’t figure out how to actually feel good once and for all?⁣ ⁣ If you shook your head yes to any of that, lemme’ ask you how many of these habits are a part of your daily routine.⁣ ⁣ And if the answer isn’t many (or even none at all), then let me encourage you to just start here.⁣ ⁣ Now you might be thinking they look way too simple and no where near sexy enough to be effective. But I promise you, that’s just not true.⁣ ⁣ This is the basic framework I use with myself and all of my clients, and I can confidently say, it works. Of course you can add more from here, but if you were to only stick to these, you’d still find yourself in a much better place.⁣ ⁣ Sure you can get some initial results on a hardcore plan that has you driving yourself into the ground with exercise and restricting all of your favorite foods, but let me ask you this, for how long can you really see yourself doing that?⁣ ⁣ If the answer isn’t the rest of your life, then it isn’t the approach you should use.⁣ ⁣ These habits are helpful for two reasons. One, because they don’t rely on willpower or require motivation, so they are sustainable.  Two, they actually make you feel better. They enhance your life and improve your energy, rather than making you feel drained and depleted.⁣ ⁣ And because of that, over time you will want to keep doing them. They will become your anchor and way to feel good when life otherwise might feel overwhelming.⁣ ⁣ The key to transforming your body and mind isn’t about finding the best diet or workout, it’s about creating habits that you can stick to forever.

Just 2 ingredients😲 4 1/2 cups frozen pineapple and 1 tbsp lime juice. Blend until smooth. Eat immediately :) It’s a great go-to healthy sweet treat! ⠀ ⠀ 🍓Strawberry Sorbet Dream🍓 Just 10 minutes + 3 ingredients! 3 cups frozen strawberries blend with 2 tbsp raw honey and a splash of water or milk. ⠀ ⠀ 🍩Paleo Chocolate Muffins🍩 Gluten-free | Dairy-free Blend 5 🍌 + 2 eggs + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp bs + 1/8 tsp salt. In bowl, mix with 2 cups almond flour + 1 cup dark chocolate morsels. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil + put in mixture. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees F. ⠀ ⠀ 🎂Strawberry Muffins🎂 Combine 2 1/2 cups almond flour, bs, salt + whisk. In another bowl, mash 4 🍌 + 4 eggs, pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil + vanilla. Then combine ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cups 🍓 into mix. Pour in tin. Add diced 🍓 Transfer to the oven and bake for 18 minutes 350 degrees F. ⠀ ⠀ 🍪100 Calorie Cookie Dough Balls 🍪 Vegan and Raw! Add all ingredients to a blender. 1 1/2 cups chickpeas + 1/2 cup pb + 1/4 cup rolled oats + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/8 tsp sea salt + 1 tbsp almond milk.
