I do 4 sets of these single leg weighted jump squats. 10-15 reps (per leg) with 45 sec rest periods. I usually #superset this after squats. You can also put this at the end of your workout like I did today to burnout. You can do these both weighted or body weight only. Sunday I completed probably one of my most favorite workouts to date - this move included. It was a 2-3-4-5 #superset that made me feel like I might puke in the final rounds. It felt good. Coached 2 workouts this morning, met with the boss lady this afternoon...3:40pm and still hadn't worked out. I had 20 minutes before my daughter would be getting off the bus. I wanted short and intense. ☆25 banded squat jumps, 15 banded step out pushups ×4 rounds (100 jumps and 60 pushups total) I got these Tabinix bands on Zulily. I love them. They don't pinch or ride up. Super Set of the week #33! . A1 - Double Kettlebell Front Squat A2 - Double Kettlebell Alternating Press . Double Kettlebell superset for you this week! You could use the same kettlebell for both exercises and do them truly back to back without putting them down! . This is a strength superset; meaning two exercises are done back to back with no rest. . Exercising in this way is very efficient and means you can increase volume and intensity without overloading one muscle group. . Exercise A1 will work your whole body, primarily your quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteals and calves. Exercise A2 will work all three heads of your deltoid. . Awesome for full body workouts where you have limited time so want more bang for your buck! . Compete 10 reps of exercise A1 before changing to exercise A2. Qu’importe les horaires décalées, le fait que je revienne d’une nuit de garde, que j’enchaîne les jours les nuits je suis chanceuse ☝🏼 je suis tellement passionnée et tout mes plans niveau Diet et entraînement m’apprennes oh combien mon corps est un mécanisme et chimie extraordinaire. Je me sent plus forte dans ma vie pour encaisser les coups du sort, les vagues a l’âme et être un cadre dans mon métier pour toute les personnes qui recherchent la santé. Oui, travailler au urgence est un réel engagement physique, moral et mentale, si je n’avais pas une hygiène de vie irréprochable je pense que je ne durerais pas dans le métier. Surtout avec l’alternance jours et nuits et les rythmes de 12 voir 13h d’affilée, Il faut être psychologiquement stable pour pouvoir pratiquer ce sport et ce métier fabuleux. Et donner à la communauté une transmission d’idées positives. Always looking for good ways to blast my legs Or anything for that matter, but I’d much prefer walking around like I have etched Roman columns for legs. Cortisol levels must be up or something because I am not hitting the numbers I need to be hitting right now, but hopefully it’s temporary, and not some lasting injury I’ve willfully ignored... Just push those bad thoughts deeeep down, close the lid and hide it somewhere. Tossed some of these Goblet Squats into the mix last night, and gooooooly about 4 reps in with 100lbs and my quads were burning all over the place. You hold a dumbbell right at your midsection, get a nice sturdy stance, and squat down slightly past 90° in the knee. If you’re able to safely try to do these ass to grass. Hardest part about these technique-wise was maintaining balance and keeping my heels on the ground These “work” your entire body, but they are really good at pounding your quads to a pulp, I like to do these with a narrower stance to hit a different part of the quad than I normally do with my wide squats. Try it out. Once again it's that magical time of the workout week, Arm day! Blasting biceps and trying to get dat pump for the weekend! Haha . One thing I personally have trouble with on arm day, is getting that mind muscle connection in the biceps! Either I'm incorporating too much forearm or I'm feeling it in another muscle, by the time I feel the burn in the Bis, my workout is practically done! . To finally fix this problem I made a modified preacher exercise to get them guns locked and loaded for arm day! Called the "Preacher Death Curls!" . 🚨TIPS👇🏽❗❗ . The way this exercise is setup will be exactly like a normal preacher curl, however the "death" part comes with the movement! What you wanna do Is during the curl, perform a 1 second pause at around the midway point/90 degrees on both the positive AND negative of EACH REP TILL FAILURE!👊🏼👊🏼,once you hit this, rest for 3-5 seconds... then do a 15 second squeeze/hold at the midway point! . Now yall know why Its a death curl haha with this exercise it's a sure thing you'll be feeling it in them biceps! And I forgot to mention... Your gonna do this for 2 SETS so make sure that weight is light! ☠☠ . Good luck! Like-Save and Tag a friend your gonna be hiting biceps with on that next gym sesh!

Rope Cable Rows + Straight Arm Lat Pulldown Superset! - It’s time to make those back gains!! Try this superset on your next back day workout! We have here the rope cable rows to target your mid-traps & the straight arm lat rope pulldown (obviously for the lats muscle as mentioned in the exercise name itself 😋). - Starting with the rope cable row, have the rope handle on the lowest position of the cable machine. Grab the rope with your thumbs facing upwards (as I’m doing in the video) to not allow your shoulders to internally rotate. When pulling the rope backwards, make sure you are leading with your shoulders first by retracting them before following through with your arms to really feel that squeeze in your traps. Keep your back straight, a slight bend in your hips and a strong core throughout it. - Moving on to the straight arm lat rope pulldown with minimal rest in between (only rest should be while changing the position of the handle here). Quickly move the rope handle to the highest position this time on the cable machine, still using the same rope attachment. Grab the rope and with straight arms begin to pull it down in an arc motion towards your hips and feel the squeeze in the lats. - Perform these exercises with a weight that allows you to fail at about 12 reps, but only perform 10 reps with them each! After completing these 2 exercises consecutively, this is now considered 1 set. Rest about 90-120 seconds before repeating again for 3 sets in total 💪🏽😆

It’s not that serious, so make sure you actually enjoy the workouts you do so you can stick to it long term because the habits you create are what’s truly important! ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ 1️⃣ Incline DB Bench x8-12 2️⃣ Incline DB Fly x5-8 3️⃣ Decline Push ups xAMRAP⁣ No rest between exercises! Repeat until you feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger (so like 2 or 3 times)⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ BONUS TIP: I don’t lock out on some of the bench press reps to keep constant tension on my chest.
