I want you to tell me one thing you don’t like about yourself.... Now, switch those harsh words around and tell me why that’s your favorite part☺️ . . This morning as I was working out, I was reminded of how amazing my legs are. If you don’t already know, they are honestly the absolute last part of my body that I enjoy. I’ve just never liked my legs and I’ve always been very self conscious about them🙅🏼‍♀️ However I’ve tried to look at them in a different way. This morning I walked/ran about 3/4 a mile and I did lots of squats, lunges, jumps, etc. I was exhausted at the end, yes, but I made it and MY legs brought me through it👊🏼 I am so grateful for my legs (flaws and all) other people might only have one leg or no legs or legs that unfortunately don’t work. Count. Your. Blessings. People. . . Lord, Thank you for my amazing and powerful legs🙏🏼

Happy Thursday! I’m bringing you a booty blaster that requires no weights!!! Heute mal etwas weniger Insentität wie gestern 🙈aber trotzdem effektiv 💪🏼 Ihr hattet euch ein Workout mit dem Fokus auf die Beininnenseite gewünscht und ich bringe es euch 👍🏻🙌 Ich will nur kurz nochmal drauf hinweisen, dass überschüssiges Fettgewebe nur durch ein Kaloriendefizit verschwinden kann und nicht durch punktuelles Training. Es ist auch bei jedem unterschiedliche wo er zuerst Fett abbaut. Bei mir sind die Beine grundsätzlich sehr hartnäckig 🙈 Aber Stärken und Straffen können wir allemal 😊🏋🏻‍♀️ 5 Übungen für 3-4 Runden bei einem Intervall von 10/50. 1. Leg Lifts in the floor 2. Other Side 3. Side Lunge, abwechselnd 4. Sumo Squat 5. 🦵🏼LOWER BODY🦵🏼 • Kept things simple with this workout last night!!! 💯 Gym was SLAMMED (complains ab the gym being slammed but goes at 5:30 on a Monday lol) & every squat rack + barbells were taken so opted out for some dumbell movements 👏🏼 Focused on upping the weights I was using but made sure I wasn’t in any pain from improper form with the weights being too heavy! Surprisingly I could do a LOT more than I thought I was able to do and still get in 10-12 reps per exercise!.
