👟Snuck this easy access workout in on my trip to the 🇺🇸 last couple of weeks. . ➡️Quick, use anywhere do anywhere, workout (you actually don’t need a gym, hotel room or home is perfect). It consists of: . ➡️30 min (or less/dependent on what time you have to invest) Run [or you can do a power walk/hike/skipping rope]. If you don’t have access to do that then just go to the circuit below. . The HITT Circuit: ✖️Superset Body Weight Squats with Wall Sits ➡️4 sets x 25 Reps of Body Weight Squats (or hold some weight, water bottle or other equipment that may be available). ➡️Followed immediately by a Wall Sit to failure (let your legs burn & really fire on your glutes & corset area). Do this 4 times. . ✖️Superset Pushups with Burpees ➡️4 sets of 8-15 reps of Push-Ups. (Do the style which best suits you). ➡️4 sets of 8-15 reps of Burpees. . ✖️Add a plank to failure when you finish your supersets. ✖️Be sure to take 30-90 seconds rest if required between sets. Go with the flow, listen to your body, & have fun with it. . You can always add extra challenge elements by: ➡️Making the squats into squat jumps. ➡️Doing 1 Legged wall sits & alternating the leg each set. ➡️Add a plyo push-up by clapping between each rep. . 🗣ANY QUESTIONS? Sätt ett ganska hårt gummiband runt fotleden och fäst det bakom dig. Kliv fram för att få bandet spänt, pressa sedan fram vaden så långt du kan. 260kg (573#) Pause Back Squat. Had to go off program for a bit to get a cyst cut out of my wrist. Wanted to put it off until after World’s, but my ROM in the wrist just got too bad. Stabilizing Snatches was chewing through my arms, shoulders, and upper back so we had to make a move. Just a minor setback. Will be back to work ASAP. Już dawno chciałam to zrobić! 🙈💇🏽‍♀️ Zmiana kolosalna, ale przez to, że ogólnie dłużej byłam brunetką niż blondynką, w ciemnych włosach nie czuję się dziwnie, a nawet lepiej. 😁 Ale przede wszystkim zrobiłam to, bo chcę przywrócić włosom ich dawny piękny stan, kiedy to rosły jak szalone, a ciągłe rozjaśnianie na pewno temu nie sprzyja. 😉 Ten przepiękny kolor udało się uzyskać już na jednej wizycie, przy odpowiedniej repigmentacji, w najlepszych rękach @irenabzdon i jej niezastąpionych asystentek oczywiście w @salonsyrena . 🥰 ❤️

На этой неделе будет несколько выступлений моих подопечных в разных концах России. И первым на помост Чемпионата Восточного военного округа по классическому пауэрлифтингу вышел Витюк Андрей @vityuk_fitness_trainer Выступил отлично, отработал все девять попыток в зачёт, занял первое место в своей в/к 83кг, а так же стал абсолютным победителем соревнований. В приседе закончил с результатом - 235кг, в жиме лёжа - 162,5кг и в тяге становой - 265кг. Выступал совершенно не разгруженный, в режиме тяжелой тренировки. Поздравляю с отличным выступлением! 700кг в троеборье не за горами!

I’LL NEVER BE SATISFIED?🙅🏼‍♀️ • • Have you ever thought to yourself “I’ll be happy once I have abs”? I know I’ve been there. What I think it’s really important to realize is that often times when we reach our “goal weight” or our “goal body” we aren’t actually happy. We daydream about that end result and put in so much work, but when we get there we aren’t satisfied and we just want more. It’s a dangerous cycle to get into. So how have I used this realization to my advantage? I’ve shifted my mindset to focus on how I feel versus how I look. When we remove the pressure of trying to achieve a purely aesthetic goal, we allow ourselves to actually focus on our health. Because as I’ve said before, just because someone looks healthy on the outside does NOT mean they are actually healthy on the inside. Often times when we focus on aesthetics alone, we implement extremely unhealthy habits like restriction or WAY too much exercise. These habits lead us to feel lethargic, unhappy, unmotivated and never good enough. In comparison, when we focus on how we are feeling and how we can improve that feeling, our habits generate positive outcomes. It’s funny how only when I stopped focusing on how I looked and shifted my attention to how I was feeling did my body start to change. I was getting enough rest and sleep, I was nourishing my body with whole foods instead of diet bars, and as a result I was getting stronger and I was seeing more definition. Most importantly, I wasn’t constantly upset that my extreme measures weren’t getting me anywhere. So, the next time you think something like “once I have abs I’ll be happy” and then start cutting all your snacks from your day, I challenge you to think about how you’d need to FEEL to be truly happy.
