Mitte 50 jährige Frau mit anhaltender Schultersteife nach außerhalb versorgter Oberarmkopffraktur mit PHILOS-Platte. In der Arthroskopie vor Metallentfernung zeigte sich ein massiv vernarbtes und gereiztes Gelenk. Die Bilder zeigen eine völlig verklebte Subscapularissehne (nach partieller Freilegung) und verwachsenen Gelenkspalt. Nach arthroskopischer Arthrolyse und Entfernung der Platte und Schrauben, war eine regelrechte Beweglichkeit der Schulter wieder möglich. Tworząc programy motoryczne dla Naszych sportowców wykazujemy się znajomością różnorodnych modeli i teorii dotyczących hierarchii kontrolowania ruchu. Na ich podstawie ustalamy indywidualne zasady treningu motorycznego celowanego na harmonijny rozwój cech motorycznych, „prehab” czy sport performance. Najbardziej niezrozumiałą i niedocenianą koncepcją w ludzkim ruchu jest koordynacja. Mamy obsesję na punkcie siły i mobilności ignorując koordynację na własne ryzyko. To nie siła jest matką a zdolność "dogadywania się układu nerwowego z mięśniowym", ekonomiczna współpraca kończyn górnych, dolnych, tułowia - dokładnie, szybko i w zmiennych warunkach. Składa się na nią umiejętność transmisji, rozprowadzania i rozpraszania siły, zarządzanie nią, umiejętność tworzenia nowych ruchów przy zachowanej czujności na reakcje otoczenia (wykrywanie informacji z zewnątrz i adaptacja do nich ma znaczenie dla realizacji ruchów). Może być związana ze sposobem sterowania ruchem przez układ nerwowy (nerwowo-mięśniowa), który jest przejawem decyzji płynących z kory mózgowej oraz wzrokowo-ruchową która uruchamia procesy mózgowe w celu przetwarzania informacji (większość tych informacji otrzymujemy dzięki wrażeniom optycznym dlatego wzrok w znacznym stopniu determinuje rozwój motoryczny i jest jego "przewodnikiem" ). Tradycyjna siła i mobilność "przemodelowują" ludzi, aby byli silniejsi i bardziej mobilni, ale nie wykonują dobrej roboty w zakresie reintegracji utraconych wzorców koordynacji (które wymagają nieustannej przebudowy w oparciu o to co robimy). Ciało nie jest jedynie bryłą z jednolicie ułożonym środkiem ciężkości, czy układanką 206 kości zdolnych do mechanicznego poruszania się względem siebie. Rehab/prehab training- spesific for the m.supraspinatus. This exercise activates the muscle more isolated then standing lateral raise. Since the muscle is working mostly the first 30 degrees of abduction this position on the bench makes it work in most of the arc and still avoid the possible provocation under the acromion. Working degrees og about 60-70, avoid reaching 90 degrees abduction and the risk of impingement is reduced. 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps low weight when starting rehab. Increas the weight during the next weeks. In my opinion you have to go heavier in order to fully recover. So after 2-3 weeks of 2-4 training sessions with this exercise you should train at least 1-2 set out of the 4 sets with heavier weights of 4-8 reps. #shoulder #rehab #supraspinatus #prehab #bodytech #napratech #napratechaskoy #napratechbergen

Handstand work is invaluable, however we need to first prepare the foundation to support our inversions and protect our wrists. ⁣ ⁣ Use this accessory work and add it to your program. 🔸Knee Pain Rehab & Prehab🔸If you are suffering from knee pain or have problems squatting then try these three exercises which can significantly reduce pain, improve strength and stability within the lower limb ⬇️ . 🔸1) Reverse Lunge: many people complain of knee pain when performing a forward lunge due to increase pressure going through your knee and patella femoral joint. Performing a reverse lung is often a lot less painful due to the fact it is a more hip dominant movement but it still works all the same muscles a forward lunge does⛹️ ▪️Make sure you drive your knee infront outwards on the decent not letting your knee collapse inwards (valgus movement) ▪️Also you should drive up from the floor using the muscles in your front leg, the back leg is only for stability and you should not be pushing up through this leg ▪️If your balance is really poor or your pain is really severe start off with no weight holding onto a support with finger tips. Gradually progress the length and depth of the lunge finally adding in weight as you become stronger (I am using 16kg dumbbells in this clip) . 🔸2) Bridges: this exercise is an excellent posterior chain core / glutes / hamstring exercise which in most people including athletes tends to be weaker. There is loads of research if you strengthen up the posterior chain muscles this can help with knee conditions such as knee osteoarthritis or patella femoral joint syndrome📚 ▪️Start of performing a double leg bridge on a mat ▪️Progress to a single leg bridge on a mat ▪️For increased range or variety progress to a double or single leg bridge on a bench, your hamstrings will try to do more of the work when using a bench but focus on squeezing your glutes get them firing in this exercise🔥 . 🔸3) Goblet Squat: no matter what is causing your knee pain you can’t go wrong loading up the knee joint. The goblet squat is one of my favorite ways to do this with patients initially ▪️Start off performing a Goblet squat to a bench / chair giving you the confidence to really sit back into the squat holding some weight ▪️As you get stronger you can remove the chair, gradually increase the load and the depth of the exercise

О ВАЖНОСТИ СТОПЫ У ТАНЦОРОВ И СПОРТСМЕНОВ ⠀ 🤷🏻‍♀️Нередко у юных балерин или гимнастов мы видим характерные деформации стоп: плоская стопа, вальгусное положение первого пальца стопы (косточка) и др. ⠀ 👣Стопа играет крайне важную роль в положении всей нижней конечности человека и не только, в поддержании равновесия и в проприоцепции (ощущение положения тела в пространстве). ⠀ 👣Стопа должна активно работать во время выполнения функциональных заданий, элементов, подразумевающих опору на ногу, резкое приземление и т.д. с целью сохранения баланса и минимизации риска получения травмы. ⠀ 👍🏻В норме стопа имеет арочную конфигурацию, которая пассивно поддерживается преимущественно связками. ⠀ Мышцы являются активными стабилизаторами и также участвуют в поддержке сводов стопы. ⠀ 👎🏾Но при слабости мышц свод стопы теряют свою арочную конфигурацию и «уплощаются» за счёт уменьшения медиального продольного свода (связки как бы теряют эластичность). ⠀ 🧐Таким образом мы видим позицию пронации стопы (завалена внутрь) в положении стоя. Стопа начинает выполнять избыточную пронацию/эверсию при ходьбе. ⠀ 🙄Посмотрим выше, на колено! Вальгусное положение коленного сустава (завален внутрь) может быть ассоциировано с положением стопы. Обычно мы наблюдаем это при прыжках во время приземления спортсмена. Это так называемый динамический вальгус. ⠀ И так далее... ⠀ 🙅🏻‍♂️Нет, стельки не выход! ⠀ 👩🏻‍⚕️ Физическая терапия (упражнения) - метод выбора. ⠀ 🎥В упражнении на видео моя прекрасная подопечная (та ещё трикерша😁) выполняет касание пола носочком в трёх точках, стоя на одной ноге. Для пертурбации (дополнительные внешние помехи) я использовала физиобол. ⠀ ☑️Помимо мышц стопы здесь активно работают и другие стабилизаторы - центральные, коленного и тазобедренного сустава. ⠀ ☑️Задача этого упражнения - сохранить равновесие любой ценой😅 ⠀ 🔥Больше про стопу 👉🏼 #rocknroll_FOOT ⠀ Всем рехаб🤟🏻

Client Fact 🤓: @danielleross151 used to be a recreational runner who trained practically everyday🏃‍♀️. Due to a freak accident on a trampoline, she badly injured her right knee which put a stop to her training. Two months ago, we started working on rehabilitating her knee and now she is able to run short distances and do light Plyometrics! She wouldn't have achieved this without putting in the hard work and dedication to her training ✌️😎
