Kad puikus savaitgalis būtų visiškai karūnuotas - Jums greitas, bet labai skanus receptas 💜 Pyragėliui reikės: 👑 75 g migdolų miltų 👑 40 g Queen Whey baltymų 👑 75 g liesos varškės 👑 110 g kiaušinio baltymo 👑 pusė a.š. valgomosios sodos arba kepimo miltelių. Pirma gerai sumaišyti visus birius produktus, tuomet sudėti varškę ir kiaušinio baltymus, viską labai gerai išmaišyti, kad neliktų gumuliukų. These protein pumpkin cheesecake cups are so easy to make. I just take an 8 oz. brick of softened low-fat cream cheese and bear it with a hand mixer til smooth. . Then I added 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt (unflavored), about 1/4 c. sweetener (more if you like sweet), 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, 1/2 tsp. pie spice, and a serving of protein (I like @bariatricpal Protein One in Cinnamon Swirl for this). . Beat all that with a hand mixer until smooth, portion into four cups and top with crushed high fiber cereal, whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. . 5 minutes. Easy peasy. Did a little taste test this morning for breakfast with hubby! @realgoodfoods dropped cauli breaded breakfast sandwiches, and I’m here for it. 😍 These babies are low carb, high protein, AND gluten free. 👏 I cooked them in the microwave as directed on the box, but then air fried them for an extra 5 minutes at 350° to try and get the bread a little more crispy. 😉 Both were great, but we REALLY liked the sausage sandwich. It’s a good alternative to the sausage McMuffin (or whatever crap) my husband would usually get for breakfast on the weekends at McDonald’s, too. 😂 You can taste that it’s made with quality ingredients as well. Breakfast wraps! You can make them high protein, put lots of vegetables in them and you can freeze them! Choose your protein: < Bacon medallions or turkey rashers < Pork, chicken or turkey chipolatas < Scrambled eggs < Pinto beans or mixed beans cooked Choose your vegetables: I chose kale, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms stir fried with herbs. Add flavour: < Grated mozzarella or low fat cheddar < Salsa < Sircha sauce < ketchup, bbq or brown sauce! And then some mini wraps! Pre cook your protein source and vegetables. Then assemble into your wraps! You can wrap them individually into greaseproof paper and place them in ziplock freezer bags and pop in the freezer! When you fancy one, take it out the night before and place in the fridge. In the morning, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (careful, as it will be hot inside).
