Today was my first real workout in over 2 months! Unleashed Day 54 Core Crusher 2.0 week 7 day 3 I finally was able to get the full hour workout in and it felt SO good! I had 2 baby monitors on and the garage door propped open, but it happened! 🙌🏻 I started meal planning today and I’m planning with intention-this last week had me a little off track of my meals with suddenly no time to grocery shop or meal prep last weekend and then just surviving this week. But next week is a new week and I’m prepping! 💃🏼 TGIF! 🎉

This is a good one 😊 Creamy Street Corn and Chicken Skillet Ingredients: -500g Chicken Breast, cut into chunks -200g Red Onion, chopped(about 2 cups) -100g Red Pepper, chopped (about 1 pepper) -50g Yellow Pepper, chopped -4oz can green chilis -1 can Rotel tomatoes -2 garlic cloves, chopped -200g canned corn -56g reduced fat cream cheese -14g Cotija Cheese -chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro Directions: 1. Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp of chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Spray pan with cooking spray, cook chicken until browned, remove from pan 2. Add peppers and onion, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes 3. Add green chilis, rotel tomatoes, garlic, corn, cream cheese, 1.5 tsp of chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted. 5. Add chicken. Top with chopped cilantro and cotija cheese Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, in tortillas, whatever you like 👌😌 Total Macros: 161 Protein, 77 Carbs, 37 Fat You can easily divide this by your servings or I weigh all of it and create a custom meal in my @rpstrength diet app and then I can adjust how much I get based on my macros 🙌🏻 Enjoy 😊

Si es así, aquí está lo esencial: . 🍎 Las dietas flexibles a menudo se asocian directamente con el estilo de alimentación "IIFYM" (si se ajusta a tus macros), que a menudo es muy malo debido a la idea de que mientras los alimentos "se ajusten a tus macros" cualquier fuente de alimentos servirá independientemente, sean galletas o col rizada. . Have you ever had this happen? ◾️ You’re sitting there trying to work, but your brain feels like it starts going in a million different directions. ◾️ Now you can’t focus on the task at hand and you have gone into a mode where you are being completely unproductive. ◾️ I get it. ◾️ I’ve been there for sure. ◾️ It can be so frustrating when you are trying to get the day’s tasks accomplished, but your mind and body just can’t connect and get on the same page. ◾️ You're trying to force yourself to stick to one singular task, and you're not being as productive as you could be on it and you can't figure out why. ◾️ You may even start shaking your leg like I do. 😬 ◾️ Oftentimes this means you have some energy that you need to get out. ◾️ You need a change of scenery to let your brain relax so that it can switch back into productive mode.🙌 ◾️ When you’re having days like this, it’s important to focus on something else for a little bit before returning to and focusing on the original task. ◾️ You can try things like: 1️⃣Going for a walk 2️⃣Doing a set of pushups 3️⃣Focus on another task like taking the trash out 4️⃣Getting in a light workout 5️⃣Listening to some music I find that I'm a lot more productive when I split up my day versus when I try to block off huge chunks of the day to do one specific thing. ◾️ I'm way more productive if I focus on a task for 40 minutes and then do 20 minutes of activity. ✅ ◾️ Then I kind of alternate between those two rather than trying to do four hours of work followed by an hour workout. ◾️ Especially during this quarantine at home, I find that I'm a lot more productive when I’m switching tasks rather than staying focused on one singular task because there's just so much to do. 🤯 ◾️ When I try to just focus on one thing, I find my mind wanders to other places. 🧠 ◾️ So sometimes splitting up the day into more active portions of the day, rather than just having maybe one active portion of the day can really help you to actually be more productive and not so overwhelmed.💪🔥

What I do have to add is that a lot of these foods that are misrepresented to be on the left here are actually great, especially those eggs and bread! A healthy amount of protein (I eat a lot of eggs) and carbs for energy have been essential in my fitness journey. _ In this pic: ❌IMO, it's complete rubbish❌ I see this picture to insinuate that those who are overweight just eat those "bad" foods and those who are "smaller" are the only ones that eat well. Just because someone is overweight does not mean that they have overeaten on carbs - someone can eat all healthy foods and be overweight too!!!!! Being overweight can also be caused by medical issues. At the same time, "smaller" people may just only be eating unhealthy food. ❌You can't tell by someone's size what types of food they are eating. I've seen this picture around a lot and I find it to be a generalization BASED ON STEREOTYPES and could be taken as offensive. _ I absolutely agree with the above and it's so frustrating to see stuff like this generalizing people's journey. Body size is dependent on so many things: genetics, bone structure, workout regimen, any medical conditions, etc that it's very ignorant to assume just because someone's body looks a certain way that they only eat "certain" things! . Phase 2 is wrapping up tomorrow and I’m SO excited about the progress I’ve made. I had my cheats, but I’ve also learned how to fuel my body properly. ⁣ ⁣ Could I have better results without the “cheats”? Probably. Yes. ⁣ ⁣ But I think my job as a health and fitness coach would be doing a disservice to you if I didn’t show you what was possible without depriving yourself. Being 100% on plan 100% of the time isn’t reality. ⁣ ⁣ Live your life, but also keep your goals in mind. ⁣ ⁣ Even if you’ve taken two steps forward, one step back with your fitness and nutrition, you’re still going one step forward. ⁣ ⁣ This phase has been all about the build, phase 3 will be all about the shred. ⁣ ⁣ Nothing worth having comes easy, but boy is it worth it!
