Oh sooooo close!! Idk if my scale is messed up or if this is correct but I plan on buying a new one on Tuesday just in case. I am almost in a new weight “decade”!! I’m planning to fast today and then start ABC tomorrow (it has to start on a Monday). I’m going to write out exactly what I will have for every single day that way I don’t have to worry about it each day. Hopefully it will boost my metabolism enough to lose a little faster than I have been. I want to be at my goal weight by March!! 🍆🍕 Eggplant Pizza Bites for you Sunday Funday . (Need a healthier snack?) Try these! . . 🍴Ingredients: . -Eggplant -Pepperoni -Shredded cheese -Pizza Sauce -Salt . . . 🍽COOKING: . -Chop eggplant into slices -Put salt on eggplant slices to take out moisture -Let rest for 45min-1 hour -Pat moisture out using clothe -Pre Heat oven 375 degrees -later pizza sauce on each slice -sprinkle cheese on each slice -Add pepperoni -Bake for 20-25 mins (keep eye on them) -let them sit for 5-10 mins after . . ▫️#綠拿鐵 - 今天看直播 連唐老師都在喝綠拿鐵呀 喝了綠拿鐵的這一個禮拜心得就是 我真的沒有便秘 而且經前的皮膚狀況好到不行 比當初去打完皮秒還好 我特別重視葉菜類的部分 大概都加四種 打前會燙個30秒 每次打完的顏色都還算漂亮 其他的就是檸檬跟非常少量的奇異果或蘋果 手邊有什麼堅果類的就丟下去 還會加一匙膠原蛋白粉 為求新鮮加上我也不太出門 平常喝之前才會現打 早餐煎幾顆蛋再配一杯綠拿鐵就很讚啦 如果不方便隨時打的人 也可以考慮那種網路上專門打鐵的瓶子 因為最近收到太多綠拿鐵的問題啦 我個人是非常非常喜歡 也非常非常推薦 不過也是有看到煮婦抱怨老公喝得很痛苦的例子 老公不開心 老婆也不開心 重點是婆婆還會覺得她很壞呢 居然只給她的心肝寶貝喝一杯綠綠的東西 如果你老公男友不是像金某人這樣 我就算餵他喝砒霜 他也會一口氣乾掉的話 就不要強迫他嚕 自己喝自己美也很好呀

⭕️CABLE CHEST FLYES⭕️⁣ ⁣ FOLLOW 👉 @cn_sportscience for the Best Fitness Tips!! 🌟👌 - Probably of the best accessory exercises to add some volume to your chest focused compound lifts. Just like any other chest movement, it'll be extremely important for you to keep your scapulas depressed and adducted (pulled down and back) in order to properly execute, and get the most, out of this exercise. ⁣ As you set up for the exercise, you want to grab both cables and stay in the middle, with a slight torso forward lean, one foot step forward for a stable & solid set up, and both arms slightly bent to your sides in order to prevent stress at the biceps tendon.  Extend your arms to the side (straight out at both sides) in a wide arc until you feel a stretch on your chest. Breathe in through your diaphragm as you perform this portion of the movement and keep in mind that throughout the movement, the arms and torso should remain stationary, allowing the movement only to occur at the shoulder joint. What's your favorite chest accessory exercise? happy sunday getting my #protein in early and doing another protein bar review 🍫 quest bar maple waffle flavor 9.7/10🤩 i LOVE waffles and this one was better than the maple donut one bar (both have maple flavor) and it still had 20g of protein for only 190 cals which is great in my book, the syrup and crunchy bits made it a little messy but very tasty i definitely recommend 😋

🎉My 3 week Reset is COMPLETE!!🎉 . Let me tell you this has been a total Reset of the body and mind! . The girl on the ⬅️ was tired, grouchy, run down and an emotional eater. She was still planning out her healthy meals, meal prepping here and there and working out daily. BUT she wasn’t pushing herself throughout her workouts, she was drained and burnt out. She would shovel any snack into her mouth that was nearby just for the pleasure of eating, not even taking the time to taste her food. That girl on the ⬅️ would be finishing up the food that was left on her children’s plate after meals. She was tired and run down popping tums nightly because of all the bloat and pains in her belly. . I decided it was time🛑 to take a step back and really reassess where I have gotten to and where I wanted to be! I needed to do a whole body and mind reset! And let me tell you! Fasted cardio doesn’t necessarily have any real benefit over real cardio unless: 1️⃣ it is better suited for your schedule and lifestyle 2️⃣ you feel better doing cardio without anything in your stomach Don’t make yourself get up at the 🍑 crack of dawn to go run sprints because you think that you will burn more calories, because you likely won’t. Do cardio when it works for you and what is best for your schedule! Right now I am doing it post lift because I have the time and my cardio is much lower than when I was cutting. This weeks Team Scotland Superstar is Jackie from Kilwinning. With the amazing 1:1 support of her consultant she has lost 10stone 4lbs all on step 3!!! Peanut butter is arguably one of the tastiest foods around. It makes almost anything taste better (It can even make celery taste good. And that’s saying something!) For all of its superpowers in the taste department, one feature wrongly attributed to ol’ PB is that it’s a great source of protein. Wrong-o! Peanut butter is actually a way better source of fat than protein. Don’t believe me? Check the label on your jar. A 2 Tablespoon serving averages 190 calories, 16 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbs and 7grams of protein. That’s *twice* as much fat than protein! Let’s compare PBs macros to a few other protein sources so you can see the difference. 4oz grilled chicken: 159 calories & 30 grams of protein. 1 cup Greek yogurt: 120 calories & 23 grams protein. 4 oz 93% lean ground beef: 219 calories & 25 grams protein. Granted, none of that stuff tastes like peanut butter:) It’s all good. Keep some peanut butter in your diet. (Be on it with serving size! Licks add up fast with such a calorie dense food. Confused about how to even begin with weight loss? ⠀ Save this post & refer back to it whenever your focus gets unclear. ⠀ This is your order of priorities. ⠀ Focus on what can move the dial most: ⠀ 1️⃣ Always & forever fat loss starts & ends with a calorie deficit. It is *the* driver of fat loss. Eat fewer calories than you burn. ⠀ Wait, wait, wait! I see where your eyes went 👀Right to the part about burning calories. ⠀ I get your questions day in & day out about the elliptical, the treadmill, the HIIT classes. Your go-to first step the second you even think about losing weight is “How can I burn more calories?!” You’re missing the bigger, more impactful part of the equation: Calories In. ⠀ You’ve heard it before & it’s 1 piece of oft repeated fitness advice that’s actually true: you can’t out train your diet. Focus on how many calories you’re eating. ⠀ 2️⃣ Protein Intake: 👉In a calorie deficit adequate protein helps you keep your muscle while losing fat. You want your muscle! To look good, perform better, age well & keep your metabolism revin’ ⠀ 👉 Protein helps you get full. Want to manage your hunger? Eat yo protein! ⠀ 3️⃣ Strength training: Remember point 1 from our chat on protein? This is it’s other half. To keep (and perhaps build) muscle in a calorie deficit you need not just enough protein, you need to let your body know you need your muscle. Strength train with an eye on getting stronger over time. Make that your focus in every workout. ⠀ 4️⃣ NEAT: Non exercise activity thermogenesis, it’s *way* underrated! NEAT is all of the activity you do outside of structured workouts. Which is most of your time btw. Little bits add up. Track your steps aiming for 8-12k. ⠀ 5️⃣ Sleep & stress management. These 2 impact your ability to lose fat indirectly. They can increase cravings and hunger, decrease your ability to feel satisfied and impede your judgement around food choices. ⠀ 6️⃣ Cardio. Like it? Do some. Don’t like it? As far as fat loss it’s not one of the big guns anyway. It’s not about someone becoming “prettier”, it’s about someone becoming more free in their body and spirit. On the left I was really struggling. My depression became incredibly intense after Lain was born. My chronic fatigue escalated. My hair became so dry and brittle I had to cut it all off. In the right picture my life is not perfect and I still have hard days. But I feel so happy to be me in my body. I have so much peace around food and I can feel my body healing and growing stronger all the time. My outside appearance is changing to show how much lighter my heart feels! A lot of things went into this transformation— counseling, community, dietary supplements and nutrition guided by @medicalmedium, lots of rest. But a huge part of it was the food. The food plan!!! And that’s what I’m so excited to share with you guys in this book!!! WHAT MAKES YOU WHO YOU ARE? ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Here's a part of my life I don't get to talk about much: My Wall of Sound: 🎸 🎻 🎹🎼.⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Sure, I exercise regularly (4 strength training sessions for about an hour each). It makes me feel good. It makes me feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin. After growing up the skinny weak kid, I like being strong.⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ But fitness is just a PART of my life. I'm a nerd first, and fitness enthusiast a distant second.⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ The rest of my time is spent working with my Team NF on taking care of our community, The Rebellion. ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ When I'm not working, I'm reading (1-2 📚 per week), hanging with friends & family, playing with @pepperthespicypupper 🐶, diving into the occasional 🎮 , and playing musical instruments at various levels of terribleness.⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Making noise makes me so dang happy, so I try to play one of these instruments for at least 5 minutes a day.
