Check out Ash's story below.👇🏼 . "Confidence has always been my weakness & that was definitely because of the way I looked. Since young, this is how I've always been, growing bigger and bigger, mot blaming anyone but myself! I loveeeeeee food & never been exposed to a healthy lifestyle. . But at one point of my life during university days, something triggered me to start dieting. It could be anything, the course that I was doing, people around me, the things I was seeing in front of me and not forgetting, all the teases, it could have been anything. I did what I thought was right, dieting, and yeahhh of course I lost 10kgs in 4 months and guess what??? I rebounded up to 15kg after that🤷‍♀️...Nothing much, but just because I was sooo into losing weight that I forgot to do it with proper nutrition. After that, I still didn't give up. I tried many times to lose weight & I did lose & gain, on and off! . Until 7 months ago, I started my journey on this one AMAZING programme "The Just 10 Days Lean & Tone Project". With my AMAZING coaches guiding me, I realised that only with proper nutrition and amazing guidance can I achieve my goals! . Yessss, I am definitely not at my best shape yet, but I'm already in my journey to get that! Now, I've lost 17kg in 7 months & the best part is that my gastritis is gone! I'm not lying and I can prove you with this! The difference I can see in this picture, gives me all the confidence & motivation to be at my best shape, not just shape but also at my best health. Losing weight, gaining muscles and even having a great skin, all happens with good nutrition and a right amount of guidance! . For most people, feelings of anxiety come and go, only lasting a short time. While anxiety symptoms vary from person to person, in general the body reacts in a very specific way to anxiety. When you feel anxious, your body goes on high alert, looking for possible danger and activating your fight or flight responses. As a result, some common symptoms of anxiety include: 1. Nervousness, restlessness, or being tense. 2. Feelings of danger, panic, or dread. 3. Rapid heart rate. 4. Rapid breathing, or hyperventilation. 5. Increased or heavy sweating. 6. Trembling or muscle twitching. 7. Weaknesses and lethargy. 8. Difficulty focusing or thinking clearly about anything other than the thing you’re worried about. 9.Insomnia. 10.Digestive or gastrointestinal problems, such as gas, constipation, or diarrhea. 11. A strong desire to avoid the things that trigger your anxiety. 12. Obsessions about certain ideas, a sign of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). 13.Performing certain behaviors over and over again. 14. Anxiety surrounding a particular life event or experience that has occurred in the past, especially indicative of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Anxiety Treatments: 1) Get exercise.  2) Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs.  3) Stop smoking and reduce or stop consuming caffeinated drinks.  4) Try relaxation and stress management techniques. 5) Get enough sleep. 6)Stick to a healthy diet. Don’t let your anxiety take control of your life. I think I'm on week 4 now of ONLY CONCENTRATING ON WATER INTAKE and I have unmindfully stopped eating so much and am choosing better food options without much thought to it. 2020又過左5個月 原來開呢個IG account ,大家都陪我減左60幾磅。有時候覺得已經減左好多,都減夠拉。(有種心很累的感覺🤣) . 所以,呢幾個月,有小小hea 左,食多左小小野,加上工作上peak season ,每日忙得4-5小時訓。呢2個月就上升左1.5kg。 . 依幾日開始冇咁忙,我思考左好耐,都係決定要繼落去,目標係6 個月內: 1. Fat rate : 27% ( ⬇️6%)..... 2. weight : 58-59 kg ( ⬇️ 7-8kg) ———————————————————————— 過去幾個月,我都有其他得著🥰🥰 利用呢幾個月,心態同習慣上調節,克服左假飢餓 . 我發現自己飯後2小時就肚餓。只係個胃冇咁飽。所以吾應該食正餐,否則一日食6-7餐,好快變返200幾磅。 . 所以,呢幾個月,我正視左問題,都應用反營養師方法去做。 🔅🔅 1. 多飲水,每日最少8杯 2. 多當有小小餓時 (正餐後2-3小時), 可以飲少少有味飲品,例如花茶 3. 再有肚餓感覺,可以食下生果,或飲奶 💪🏻💪🏻不過羅馬都吾係一日建成。慢慢每日進步少少,最後會成功🥰🥰 ———————————————————————— ⚠️有小小野想 自己要注意下 1. 每日要訓7-8小時 2. 平均每日運動45-60 mins,辛苦 @lawrence_trifitness 繼續操我,令我進步小小 3. 勿忘初心,多花心思去煮餐單,令自己滿足🥰🥰 因爲我最鐘意就係食得滿足咁減。 @nutritionist_kathy 又要麻煩Krista 營養師同我一齊努力💪🏻 ————————————————————————- 今次個減肥期為6個月,6/2020-11/2020。希望我做到。 一齊為健康加油,最後15磅 🤣我會由Day 1 計起,180日,每日post 飲食+運動。希望大家吾好嫌我煩 •• •• •• •• #營養師 #nutritionist #keepfit #ondiet #keepfit小總結 #減脂 #減肥 #減肥日記 #減肥紀錄 #trifitness #ondiet #loseweight
