Little Monday motivation for y’all during this quarantine. Many of you have asked me how do I remain consistent everyday with my work outs.. I just constantly remind myself how far I have come. The left picture was literally day 1 weighing in at 235 pounds . I remember thinking “the day I get back muscle is the day the world is going to end” well fuck y’all I jinxed that shit lmao 😂 but anyways I’ve been incorporating a lot of Calisthenics into my work outs and I have never been so sore lol.I miss the gym so much but missing it is not going to bring it back. ~Mentality Monday~ Our thoughts are our biggest dream killers or our biggest cheerleaders. I’ve struggled with this a lot in the past and it’s still a work in progress. I’ve let a lot of thoughts hold me back and not take the leap. You think that you have to be confident to start? You don’t.... You just need to start. You just need to do it. That’s with anything. Our brains are wired by habit, in order to change old habits you need to jump and just take that first leap. 5,4,3,2,1 GO! Confidence is a skill you build through action. Confidence is the willing to try. Confidence is accepting who you are and embracing your little insecurities. This doesn’t happen over night, it takes work. But take it from someone who has struggled with confidence and sometimes still has her doubts. It’s worth getting out of your comfort zone. No one is perfect so embrace it! (I think it’s time to get new leggings, they’re starting to cut off my prego belly😆)

I don’t think anyone can actually say they *like* posting progress photos , but I WILL say that I’m DANG proud of myself for this 3 week change ! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 21 days of consistency with working out 5x a week with my new boxing program, 21 days of eating 90% according to my meal plan with a few treats here and there , 21 days of staying DEDICATED despite the craziness going on around me! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I dont like taking them , but I always encourage them. These photos to me are PROOF that 🥦eating healthy 💪🏻doing the work 💧drinking the water ✨and changing your mindset is WORKING! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m halfway through this boxing/lifting program and I can’t wait to see where I end up at the end of it! Managed to pull off an epic workout in under half an hour today. What this video does not tell you is that 30 minutes prior to this I was lying on my floor unmotivated to work out, made the decision to do it and then proceeded to accidentally spill my full water bottle on my table RUINING my 1000 piece puzzle I’ve been working on 😩 #puzzleproblems #quarantinelife I felt like I couldn’t catch a break but hey, that’s life right now! Nou ik heb ze toevallig gehaald bij een winkel in Utrecht waar er executie uitverkoop was gehaald voor een zacht prijsje. Op internet kan je ze ook vinden zijn ze ietsjes duurder. Maar wat je ook kan doen is gewoon oude vaatdoeken gebruiken🤪 als je een gladde vloer hebt maakt dat niet veel verschil of je nou sliders of vaatdoeken hebt😊 altijd leuk om alternatieven mee te geven🤗 ik hoop dat jullie het nog even vol houden deze quarantaine tijd, ik moet zeggen dat het mij aardig goed afgaat omdat ik toch het liefst elke dag wel train. En ff soms met de hond buiten wandel en een boodschap doe.
