Buddha bowl ❤️🥰🌸🌻🌺 Another healthy vegan recipe below! Brown rice with toppings = homemade flat bread, homemade salsa, green bean salad, crispy potato flakes, crispy mushrooms, and onions. Cook brown rice, set aside. Crispy potato flakes: Grate potatoes, pan fry in coconut oil. Set aside. Green bean salad: Grate green beans, add salt, black pepper, and a little bit of sesame oil. Mix and set aside. Flat bread: mix flour, salt, a little bit of baking soda and add water. Mix with hand and make sure dough is soft and easy to flatten. Make little circles and flatten them then cook in pan with a little bit of coconut oil. You’ll know it’s good when it has brown spots. Then cut in strips. Set aside. Onions: just dice red onions and cook in pan. Set aside. Crispy mushrooms: cut shiitake mushrooms in fat strips and then dip in breading then pan fry in coconut oil. Breading is made from flour, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and water. Make sure breading is thick. Set aside once crispy mushrooms are cooked. Salsa: dice tomatoes (as much as you want!), red onions, and mince garlic. Boil water with a little bit of coconut oil, then add diced tomatoes and garlic. Let it simmer until tomatoes are soft and cooked, water should be reddish in color. You may add tomato paste if you want for extra tomato flavor. Add red onions and simmer for no more than 5 mins. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, muscovado sugar/coco sugar, apple cider vinegar and thyme. Mix well and simmer again for no more than 3 mins. Set aside and let it cool. That’s it! Who wants the easiest thai chicken meatball recipe!?OMGEEE these are so delicious and healthful.⁠ Try them and let me know how you go!⁠ ⁠ ~ Ingredients ~⁠ 500g chicken mince⁠ 1 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped 🌱⁠ 1 heaped tsp @melrosehealth essential REDS⁠ 1 tsp rock salt, and pepper to taste⁠ 1 clove garlic (I used elephant garlic they rock!)⁠ 1 tsp chilli 🌶️⁠ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast⁠ 1 heaped tsp quality dehydrated bone broth (I used @san_elk) ⁠ ⁠ ~ Method ~⁠ 1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls⁠ 2. Pan fry in oil until browned on both sides (I used @melrosehealth coconut oil, you can get the liquid if you don't like the taste of coconut but I can't taste it)⁠ 3. Serve on a huge bed of greens, you can whip up a quick homemade dressing of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and lemon juice and use some extra coriander in the salad.⁠ ⁠ Do you like coriander? 🥓🥩🍗 Dottoressa posso mangiare lo speck? E' assolutamente lecito domandarsi e capire perchè, genericamente, lo speck sia bandito dalla dieta quotidiana. . Sappiamo che è un salume affumicato e come tutti i salumi è considerato un alimento salato ed altamente energetico. Lo speck contiene una discreta fonte di colesterolo (90 mg/100g), simile al salame e maggiore rispetto a prosciutto crudo, cotto e bresaola (tutti attorno ai 65mg). Per questo motivo, chi soffre di ipercolesterolemia o ipertensione arteriosa dovrebbe evitare di consumarlo se non in rare occasioni, preferendo al contempo affettati meno ricchi in sodio e colesterolo. . Nei salumi troviamo anche nitriti e nitrati, sostanze antimicrobiche, utlizzate per mantenerne il colore rosso (diciamocelo, chi di noi comprerebbe un prosciutto marrone?) che in stagionatura favoriscono lo sviluppo di aroma e sapore ma ancora controverso è il ruolo che sembrerebbero esercitare nell'insorgenza dei tumori (in brevissimo, i nitriti a PH acido danno origine alle nitrosammine, composti cancerogeni e i nitrati che sarebbero innoqui si traformano in nitriti una volta ingeriti). . Fatte queste premesse, vi riporto uno studio del Centro di Ricerca per gli Alimenti e la Nutrizione (CREA), che ha portato alla luce notevoli differenze in termini di qualità, tra salumi "moderni" e quelli analizzati più di 20 anni fa. . Ad oggi sono migliorati numerosi fattori per garantire qualità e sicurezza dei prodotti, è stato ridotto il contenuto in grassi e sodio, e possiamo trovare in commercio salumi con conservanti ben più bassi rispetto a quelli consentiti dalle normative o addirittura privi di nitriti. Per rispondere alla domanda di prima perciò, vi dico che sta a noi scegliere e vi consiglio di fare sempre attenzione alle etichette! 👉🏼Scegliete prodotti DOP o IGP che vi garantiscano tramite un disciplinare di produzione l'assenza di determinate sostanze e cercate di consumare affettati magri di qualità al massimo 1 o 2 volte a settimana come secondo piatto. Protein bombası fit tiramisumsu😅💕 Kaç gündür canım çekiyordu evde ki malzemelerle bol proteinli bir tiramisu yaptım 😋😋 Protein bombası tiramisu Malzemeler Danone Hindistan cevizli proteinli yoğurt(herhangi bir yoğurt olabilir, o zaman tatlandırıcıyı biraz fazlalaştırabilirsiniz) 2 yemek kaşığı labne 1 tatlı kaşığı ageve şurubu 1 su bardağından biraz fazla içim kahveli protein süt 1 tatlı kaşığı çözünebilir granür kahve Ara katı için 1 tatlı kaşığı çözünebilir granür kahve Protein ilaveli kahveli pirinç patlağı Dut kurusu Karabuğday patlağı 2 yemek kaşığı yulaf unu Yapılışı öncelikle ben biraz daha kıvamlı olması için kahveli süt ile bir lapa yaptım, soğuttum, yoğurdu da buzluğa atıp dondurdum. Siz isterseniz lapa yapmadan ve yoğurdu dondurmadan direkt malzemeleri karıştırarakta yapabilirsiniz. Sonrasında ara kat için olan malzemeler haricinde diğerler malzemelerin hepsini rondodan geçirdim Ara katı için kahveli pirinç patlaklarını biraz kuru dut ve bi tatlı kaşığı granür kahve ile çektim, kara buğday patlaklarını ısıttığım kahveli süte bandırıp tatlıyı koyacağım kabın en alt katmanına koydum ( koymasamda olurmuş, bir daha yaptığımda koymayı düşünmüyorum) Karabuğday patlaklı katmanın üstüne tiramisu harcını döktüm ortasına proteinli pirinç patlağı, sonra tekrar harçtan koyup en üste de pirinç patlaklı karışı koydum. Ben malzemeleri daha önceden dondurduğum için hemen servis edebildim ana eğer siz dondurmazsanız ve lapa yapmadan malzemeleri eklerseniz 1-2 saat buzdolabında beklettikten sonra tüketebilirsiniz☺️🥰

MONTHLY MEAL PLAN IN OUR BIO⠀ .⠀ Follow us (@simplyfitsociety) for more⠀ .⠀ By @healthyfitnessmeals⠀ .⠀ Cheesy Broccoli chicken breast baked to perfection 😍😋 Tag a friend that would love this 🔥⠀ Ingredients⠀ 1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 large breasts⠀ Salt and pepper, to taste⠀ 1 Tbsp Olive Oil⠀ 1 Tsp Garlic Powder divided⠀ ½ Tsp Paprika⠀ 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning⠀ 1 Cup Small chopped broccoli florets⠀ 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese⠀ ¼ Cup Cream Cheese⠀ .⠀ Instructions⠀ Preheat your oven to 375F.⠀ Place the chicken on a chopping board and using a sharp knife, slice through the middle to create a pocket for the stuffing.⠀ Repeat with all the chicken breasts, then season with salt, pepper, paprika and Italian seasoning on all sides.⠀ In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli with shredded cheese and cream cheese. season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the chicken breasts, and secure the pocket using toothpicks.⠀ Heat oil in a large, ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven and bake for additional 15-17 minutes.⠀ A meat thermometer inserted in the middle of the chicken should read 165F. Chicken breast is a lean meat so it may be even better for you to swap it for a fattier meat if you wanted an even higher calorie meal. 氣炸鍋料理《香烤起司鯛魚塊》  做法超簡單,完成後的鯛魚不止香嫩還帶汁唷(好吃👍),很適合不想麻煩煮,但又想補充蛋白質的時刻。  (一樣有氣炸鍋版本及煎鍋版本的做法😊)  與大家分享簡易食譜:  【材料】 厚片鯛魚  【醃料】 黑胡椒...少許 海鹽...少許  【調味料】 酪梨油...適量 起司粉...適量  【作法】 ❶厚片鯛魚切大塊,以廚房紙巾將水分拭乾。 ❷均勻的撒入黑胡椒及海鹽於魚面上,靜置醃10分鐘或置於冰箱醃過夜。  ☘️氣炸鍋版本 ①將烤網及醃好的鯛魚排均勻的抺上少許酪梨油。 ②第一次烘烤:以160度烤7分鐘(中途暫停一次,取出翻面後續烤) ③第二次烘烤:以180度烤3分鐘,完成後取出。 ④第三次烘烤:將鯛魚翻面,撒上少許起司粉後,以180度再續烤1分鐘即完成。  ☘️煎鍋版本 ①熱鍋後(不沾鍋則免熱鍋),加入少許油,以中小火將鯛魚煎至魚肉底部呈現焦香。 ②翻面續煎,煎至以筷子可輕易插入魚肉裡,且筷子取出後留有溫度。 ③撒入適量起司粉,略翻煎數次後即可起鍋。  ✍️料理筆記 🔸料理的時間需視鯛魚的厚度及份量而調整唷。 🔸建議選購厚一點的鯛魚,較有口感。 🔸用煎鍋時,可蓋上鍋蓋燜煎片刻,幫助鯛魚快熟。  🥢便當夥伴:汆燙青花菜、簡易韓式拌菜:有機黃豆芽。五穀米飯。  #自己煮 #鯛魚 #健康飲食 #瘦身便當 #氣炸鍋 #減醣料理 #減醣便當 #蛋白質 #吃起來 #healthyfood #lunchbox #lunch #airfryer #proten

Recipe 👇 Base: 1 c rolled oats 1/2 c almonds 1/3 c coconut shredded 2 tsp hemp seeds 10 - 12 Medijol dates 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted Blend everything. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 30 min. Cream: 2 c cashews soaked in water overnight 1 c coconut cream 3 tbs syrup 4 tbsp lemon 1 tbsp of coconut oil melted 2 tbsp raspberries powder or 200 g raspberries (can be frozen) blended and and strained to get rid of the stones Blend everything (without raspberries) into a smooth cream. Divide into two parts. Add raspberries to the one. Pour one part of the cream on the base and put in the freezer for half an hour. Pour the second part of the cream and top with fig’s slices. Freeze for several hours. Enjoy 😉
