Comenzaremos por desmentir el mito de que “Si al cuerpo le das el mismo estimulo se terminará adaptando y ya no crecerá”, teniendo al típico trainer cambiándote la rutina a cada nada. 🙄 1. El musculo no reconoce ejercicios sino solo la tensión que se le da mediante el estrés metabólico que se produce al ejecutar cualquier ejercicio. 🏋🏽 2. Existe un termino que me causa risa “adaptarse”, debido a que hacen un mal uso de ello muchas personas, el crecimiento muscular es un proceso de adaptación, entonces al decir que si realizas el mismo ejercicio tu musculo se adaptara, ¿Cuál seria la lógica? ¿Quieres un entrenamiento que no te permita adaptarte y que al final no se incremente tu masa muscular? Explicándolo mas a detalle, los músculos si pueden adaptarse y dejar de progresar, siempre que no se varié ningún factor de entrenamiento y te preguntaras ¿Cuáles son ellos fitnessboy?🤔 El principal factor es el peso, ósea si levantas 50 kilos en sentadilla y pasado un tiempo solo varias el ejercicio donde se trabajen los mismos músculos que en sentadilla, pero tu sigues levantando el mismo peso (50 kilos), con las mismas series y repeticiones, pues tu musculo no cambiara en nada así cambies y recontra cambies de ejercicio. 🤷 ¿Qué deberías de hacer? 1. Una rutina correcta de entrenamiento tiene como base una mínima variación de los ejercicios, pero donde los rangos de peso (carga) vayan aumentando de forma progresiva, esto te ayudara a aumentar la tensión mecánica (otro de los factores de entrenamiento) y así tener resultados óptimos 😎💯 2. Si bien es cierto que se pueden cambiar los ejercicios y esto lo recomiendo más en personas que recién están empezando en el mundo del fitness, con la finalidad de que no se aburran al entrenar y tengan una mejor adherencia con el entrenamiento 👀OJO* Si no mejoras tu fuerza progresivamente y aplicando una técnica adecuada, la variación de ejercicios no tendrá ningún resultado positivo. The other day I decided that I wanted to *challenge* myself in the kitchen and bake some bread. Every single loaf of bread I have ever baked was an absolute flop and so I decided to try again, actually follow a recipe, and this photo right here is proof that I CAN bake a loaf (or two) of bread 🤤 my all time favorite bread is challah so naturally, I made Rosemary + Garlic Challah bread and WHOA this might be the best thing I have ever tried. 👏 here’s to facing challenges head on and getting that bread!
