I'd like to introduce you to someone. Here is Bigger Kim (BK). She is a lot like PT Kim but also quite a bit different.
BK- smiled a lot and loved food (so does PT Kim)
BK- had loads of friends and was always super busy (yep, PT Kim too)
BK- was surprised when she saw photo's of herself and realised she didn't look how she expected (PT Kim still has this but for different reasons)
BK- blamed the clothes appliances for shrinking clothes that caused the pins and needles sensations in her arms as they restricted bloodflow (PT Kim does actually shrink clothes by washing them too hot but they still usually fit as she buys them too big anyway!) BK- cried when she was asked "how she got so fat?" by an ex colleague and a friend asked "when is it due" (PT Kim once had a girl ask if she could feel her bicep, it was actually leg day but hey ho!) BK- hated pizza Friday at work because it was only a few slices per person not the whole box (PT Kim still pretends she has other human's in the house to share with to the delivery person... but knows she can indulge in a feast every so often)
BK- felt low and depressed about her body and powerless to change it. (PT Kim enjoys the changes her body presents with new training and nutrition regimes)
BK- asked for help, from friends and fitness professionals to help her get control of her body back (PT Kim IS that friend and fitness professional to help you get control of your body back)
Have you ever you ever felt like Big Kim? Maybe it's not even weight loss, you could be struggling to put on weight/muscle, to get fit enough to keep up with the kids, or be fighting an injury or condition that restricts what you can do. PM me for a chat, I'm happy to tell you more about my journey, but more importantly, how I can help you with yours.... PT Kim (prev BK)
If your goal is MAXimum strength, then MAXimising the potential of secondary and tertiary movers to assist and stabilise your ‘big’ lifts, seems intuitive.
You know that I’m all for an extremely time savvy approach, and the idea of accessorising may go against that grain, but I can’t imagine a more criminal waste of time than spending weeks on end plateaued on a lift or worse still, injured, because of weak links in the chain.
What’s your go-to move for arms?

I had a dream I moved to Chicago.... I think maybe the binge watching Chicago fire/pd series has an impact on that ❤️💙
