It’s Day 1 my #28dayshredders !!! 🥳🥳 It always feels so good to relax a bit and revamp, then come back on a Monday with a whole new energy ✨💪 . If I could offer a bit of Day 1 advice, I would say.. . #1 STAY BUSY! Don’t let the next 28 days go by and wish you would have started today or made each day really count.. not just with the meal plan, but in your work goals, family goals, etc. Staying busy with the things you want to accomplish will also prevent that desire to “boredom snack” . #2 DON’T COUNT DOWN EACH DAY. As tempting as it is (guilty 🙋‍♀️), it tends to be more discouraging than motivating.. exciting in the beginning bc motivation is high, but then reality sets in and it’s like watching and waiting for water to boil 😒 . Luckily, these two are killing two birds with one stone.. stay busy and productive and the time will fly by ;) . @georgiaadele.fit • • • • • • 🥵HAPPY SATURDAY FITFAM🥵 my days lately have been so productive🤯🤯 -woke up early this morning and cooked a huge protein packed breakfast🍳🥓 -cleaned my apartment🧹 -did allllll my laundry👚 -went to @goldsgym and hit a killer leg day -got some groceries 🍎🥬🥒🥩 -made a PROTEIN CHEESECAKE😳 for my mom’s belated birthday celebration (bc can’t be eating THAT unhealthy) ❌🍔🍟😢 -and now I’m about to drive to Austin to have a gals night with my mom and sister👯‍♀️ ➡️➡️ As y’all have seen, I do hit legs pretty frequently and a lot of people have asked why: I do a split of quads, hamstrings/glutes, and then a full leg day of both for three days a week with arms, back/shoulders, and chest on the alternating days and then I throw in cardio and abs when on the days i feel super pumped and high energy! i am currently walking to get a spirulina smoothie while looking at a photo of one😋 . after having a spirulina smoothie at @cafelandwer for the first time in a while, it has made me want to get back in my smoothie game. spirulina can def have an acquired taste but you can barely taste it when it’s blended with tropical fruits like mango & pineapple🤩 the benefits are never ending and it’s one of the highest sources of plant based protein! are you getting moving today? happy monday & stay positive loves xx | #lanibfit

🙌🏼 Duuuuuude. So much truth here. I’ve been struggling with a little burnout situ (maybe going back to school while running a business in nyc, treating patients and planning a massive life change was aggressive? nahhhhhhh 😂) But I can tell you with absolute certainty that when I show up less than my magical self, the outcome matches that energy exactly. What to do? 🙏🏼 Rest. Recalibrate. Recharge. Then ask yourself “How am I showing up to this meeting/date/event/client?” And tweak accordingly. Ask yourself who you would have to be to land that dream job, partner, house, new best friend and become@that best version of yourself. This is a little Tony Robbins life hack I’ve been working on and it’s pretty cool to see in action, try it for yourself and LMK what you think 💭
