GLUTE WORKOUT 🏋🏻‍♀️ (Warm up) Barbell hips thrusts- increase weight each set.. 4 sets of (30 -25-20-15 ) super-set with dumbbell Romain deadlifts (12-15 reps per set) Bulgarian split squats- increase weight each set (4 sets 25-20-15-10) Lying dumbbell leg curl- squeeze muscles and focus on contraction (4 sets of 15-20 reps) Hip Abductor machine (4 drop sets) super-set with seared leg curl ( 4 drop sets) Burn out with cable kick back (2 sets to failure) Make sure you focus on contracting the muscles in each movement and go slowly...if you aren’t feeling your muscles contract lower the weight.. I've been doing this booty burning sequence in my latest barre choreography and it's quickly become one of my favorites. Like it, comment, save it, try it! 1. All Fours: Wrists and elbows under the shoulders, knees under the hips. Pull your waistline in, lift the chest don't arch the back. Extend one leg all the way back with pointed toe. Lift and lower to just above hip level. Singles then pulses 2. Crossover: Lift leg to hip level and cross over the stationary leg as the toe taps to floor 3. Crossover Kick: Cross and tap and as you bring the leg around, flex the foot and kick towards the opposite shoulder (the torso will move during this movement) 4. Bent Leg Lift: Drop down to the forearm of the supporting leg. Elbow directly under the shoulder. Turn the hip open lifting that top leg towards the ceiling as you squeeze the glute. With bent leg, lift and lower the leg. Leg starts at hip level then contract the glute to lift as high as you can. 💥LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES💥 Follow @mirceagavpt Follow @mirceagavpt - - - - - Do you have to count calories to lose weight? Nope. You don’t. - Does it help? Absolutely. It will remove a lot of the guesswork and make it nearly impossible to fail in the weight loss game if you do it consistently and correctly. - However, it’s not for everyone. Trust me. Let me give you an example: I ask a client who starts training with me if they’d be willing to count calories. I mention it will take effort and it can be tedious, but it is very effective. - They say yes, but when I look at their log the following week, it’s empty. OK, no problem, let’s get started next week. - I look the following week. No log. They’re not tracking. - So what do I do in this situation? Do I demand they track calories or I refuse to help them? Some may decide that’s the way to go about it. For me, absolutely not. No way. - Let’s focus on one habit. One. Based on your 3-5 day food log, where do you think you can improve most? - Most clients already know the answer. Just telling them what to do won’t make them own it. If we *collectively* decide what habit will help them the most, they’ll be more likely to actually adhere to it. - These are all habits that will help you lose weight without counting calories. Lie vs Truth.... Lie: I am going to get big and bulky if I lift weights. Truth: I am going to tone up my muscles and get stronger without looking like a body builder. I realize now something I have been missing my whole life with “working out” is lifting weights. I never Lifted before because I thought the lie was the truth and plus I had no clue what I was doing. These fitness programs don’t make you big and bulky. With a balance of cardio, lifting, active recovery, and Ab work you get everything you need to make your body look toned and strong. My muscles look better than ever and I don’t lift super heavy. Depending on the workout I typically use my 10, 12, and 15 pound weights! That’s it! I don’t use crazy heavy weights nor do I need a whole gym membership to go lift those. Everything is done in the comfort of my own home just 30 minutes a day. 😁

🔥SLIDERS ABS & CORE🔥 . . Sliders are way too underrated, imo. Talk about a serious way to up your core-strength game.😅🙌🏻 Incorporating them into your workout routine can 1000% increase your core strength & stability *when used properly* . Get yourself some sliders, a smooth surface (hopefully one that’s a lil more slippery than what I’m workin with🤣), & a goal-CRUSHER mindset & fire up that core.👏🏻😉 . . THE WORKOUT: 1️⃣Slow mountain climbers. ⭐️Focus on keeping your shoulders, elbows, & wrists in a straight line the whole time you’re in plank position. EXHALE each time you drive your knee to you chest. Don’t let that bum come up! 2️⃣Low plank leg swings. ⭐️In low plank, keep your elbow & shoulder in a straight line, & start by extending your legs straight put & in line with your elbow. Keep your leg as straight as possible as you bring your top foot up as high as you can. EXHALING with each swing up. 3️⃣Wide mountain climbers. ⭐️Same alignment as the slow climbers. The only difference is that you’re taking each knee out wide to meet the same-side elbow. Again, remember to EXHALE with each knee drive. 4️⃣Knee tucks. ⭐️Again, same alignment in your plank. Bring both knees in toward your chest, squeeze your abs, & the extend your legs back out straight into plank. EXHALING you drive knees to chest. 5️⃣Plank arm circles. ⭐️Start with the same plank alignment & make wide circles away from your center-point. BREATHE. 6️⃣Pikes. ⭐️A true nemesis🤣 especially with a not-so-slippery surface. This is pretty advanced so try your best and work up to it! Try to keep your knees straight as you bring your body up into an upside-down V-shape, & then slowly return back into plank with straight legs. Requires INSANE core engagement! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Try something new & challenge yourself, or TAG A FRIEND & challenge them.😉 Ever use sliders? Fav exercises? Happy Workout Wednesday, y’all.😛💃🏻

GEKAUFT vs. SELBSTKREIERT Milchreis im Duell Nicht nur, dass es viel leckerer ist, selbstgemachter Milchreis punktet vor allem bei seinen Werten. So kann man Zucker einsparen, indem man z.B. Erythrit und frisches Obst verwendet und die Proteine hochschrauben, durch die Zugabe von Quark oder Joghurt. Dadurch wird das Ganze auch wunderbar cremig und frisch und macht zudem super satt. Undoubtedly, some of them are your friends and family. It’s important for your relationship with them and for their success, that you help them in the right way

Any weight loss plan is tough to stick to and without the support of people around you, it can be even harder
.
If someone you know has decided to lose weight, support them. They have a plan and if they want your help they will ask. Just be there for them
.
Don’t bring it up all the time. If they have progress to share, listen and congratulate them. Don’t ask. They have put enough pressure on themselves already
.
Don’t offer unsolicited advice. Just because you are thin, it doesn’t mean that doing what you do will make them thin. If they are curious about something they’ll ask if they feel comfortable . Just respect their decision and help, if asked. That’s all. Take the pressure off of them and focus on your own goals 😊 . Let me know if you have any questions 😇
