So. The new plan has been written. What i’ll be aiming for is to see how strong I can get in 12 weeks. So I have 1 plan for the week and I do that every week to see how far I can progress. I will be eating maintenance calories so that I can let my body go back to it’s natural state. Not if a deficit or a surplus. This is so that when I go back to cutting or bulking (whichever I decided to go into) it will be more effective. This is the first time I’ll be working in the area of body recomposition so it should be interesting 😊 . I want to say as well. After I left London to go back to Wales for a while before travelling I didn’t go to the gym much at all. I ran for a couple weeks but then I stopped that as well. However, I stayed in a calorie deficit so I didn’t pile on too much weight. This means that I got pretty weak. That’s what I’m trying to change 😉 . @rivalus back day (with abs), I haven’t done back in over 5 weeks bc of shoulder (I may have tried it once), so I kept it light and no “rest” breaks! I supersetted with light bent over rear delts and abs... 30 sec jog.... then a quick drink! Why do I post these workout videos? Because I love watching other people’s videos for motivation & ideas to incorporate into my own routine as much as I hope that people watch mine for the same reasons. I hope to at least get one person off the couch and into the gym. With that in mind training back always makes me feel so strong! Added some bicep workouts to the mix. 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️ . . . . 12-15 reps & 4 sets of each workourt. I started with... . 1. upright rows and super setted with incline bicep curls . 2. Face pulls for your upper back (gives you their V shape to make your wait look smaller ;) superset straight arm pull downs on an inclined bench . 3. Seated rows & superset with bicep curls . 4. Lat pull downs on a machine.. superset with bicep curls on a machine. Couldn’t get a good angle so that video didn’t make the cut y’all. 🤣🤣 . P.S. I ALWAYS warm up with some cardio!! 10-20 minutes 😸

🔹Pelvis/Hip Decoupling🔹⁣ ⁣ The concept of hip decoupling is all about promoting mobility between the pelvis and sacrum. We are not talking about building a whole lot of range. Instead, we are hoping to improve the fraction of movement that occurs when we are striding/running/sprinting. This helps decrease unnecessary load to the lumbar spine. ⁣ ••⁣ Think about it, we sit most of the day and our body adapts to that position, specially in our hip and lower back. “Freeing” up this stiffness can be the difference between a pain free or an uncomfortable workout. ⁣ ⁣ 🔘 Hip Decoupling from Frog Position ⁣ You can actually perform this slower than what I’m doing and hold the frog position longer. Shift your body forward while driving your lift hip to the ground and left heel to the ceiling. Keep your knee bent during the movement. Easy it wasn’t . Hard press-up variation with 10 kg strapped to midline , and extra 3 kg attached to leg in ankle weights and mini dumbbell. However , I LOVE to do laundry! In fact, it’s a bit of an obsession.
