🍓 SMOOTHIE et DÉTOX 🍓 _ Hello ! Pour bien commencer l’automne j’ai entamée une petite détox de 21 jours avec à mes côtés @twostep_coaching , Pierre prépare à chaque saison un programme complet DÉTOX TRAINING, je vous en parle un peu, et vous donne un de mes smoothies préféré ! _ 🔜 SWIPE pour la recette de mon smoothie du jour 🍓 _ ➡️ Comment fonctionne le corps ? Certains de nos organes ont pour charge d’évacuer les toxines de notre organisme (peau, poumons, foie, reins, intestins). _ ➡️ La détox c’est quoi ? Mis à part le fait qu’elle peut aider à perdre un peu de poids et à s’affiner, la désintoxication du foie permet de produire de la bile plus saine qui aidera votre corps à se débarrasser des toxines et à briser les graisses plus efficacement. Aussi, elle met à la disposition de votre corps plus de nutriments et réduit la charge toxique sur votre système immunitaire et digestif. En route vers une santé optimum ! _ ➡️ En résumé : Une détox permettra de soulager les émonctoires, de leur donner beaucoup moins de travail, et de mieux s’occuper des toxines déjà stockées. Ce nettoyage va permettre de purifier le corps de toutes ces substances qui affaiblissent le système immunitaire pour retrouver une vitalité physique et mentale. _ 🥝 Après une première semaine de préparation avec un jeûne spéciale et une alimentation contrôlée sur 3 jours, aujourd’hui je varie mon alimentation et ça me permet aussi de retrouver du goût. ЕМС - поможет похудеть. Миф? Или правда? ⠀ Недавно, прочла у одного блогера пост про ЕМС. Я не буду пересказывать все что там написано, но у него в конце были такие итоги: «емс не поможет похудеть», «емс не поможет увеличит мышечную массу». Прочитав это, мне стало смешно)😂 ⠀ Я продолжительное время работаю в емс, работала в разных студиях и попробовала 4 разных емс оборудования. Так же работала в обычных залах тренером. У меня достаточное количество знакомых тренеров, и с обычных залов и с емс студий. И только те тренера, которые работаю только в обычном зале - не понимают что такое ЕМС! Те, которые работают/работали и там и там, знают что эта штука работает! ⠀ Конечно, я с уверенностью скажу - что ЕМС РАБОТАЕТ! И скажу что вы СМОЖЕТЕ ПОХУДЕТЬ тренируясь в студиях ЕМС. Потому что, как минимум, у меня есть кучу наглядных примеров - мои клиенты! Клиенты моих знакомых тренеров! Так же, мы всем делаем анализ тела на весах Tanita, где четко видно что у людей уменьшается подкожный жир, висцеральный жир, а мышечная масса увеличивается! ⠀ Поэтому мой ответ тут однозначный. Pagi tadi pukul 8 dah terpacak kat sini, ingatkan awal sangat. Sekali sampai-sampai kereta dah penuh, ada yang nak balik pun ada. Biasanya di Tasik Shah Alam tu kira masih awal, orang pun tak ramai. Kalau pukul 9.00-9.30 tu memang lah ramai, tapi kat sini kira lewat dah. Bagus orang-orang yang datang sini, mulakan aktiviti sihat awal pagi hujung minggu. Biasanya awal pagi Ahad ni sedap berdengkur jer, tapi satu fenomena yang mengagumkan aku. Tak kira umur orang yang datang sini, yang dah berusia pun ramai. Memang betul lah Malaysia ni dah ada satu trend ke arah healthy living & lifestyle. Satu perkara positif untuk bisnes pun ye. Anyway, bagi aku dekat sini agak ramai orang dan crowded di bahagian depan, kalau tengah-tengah park macam dalam gambar kurang orang. Seronok lah sikit bagi aku. Budak-budak pun suka sebab ada tasik yang penuh dengan ikan keli besar, bangau, kura-kura. Nak lakukan aktiviti jogging memang tak ada masalah dan ada juga satu kawasan lapang dan rata untuk nak exercise. So, not bad lah. Cuma aku datang kali ini, untuk pusing dan lakukan sikit aktiviti guna fasiliti bar yang ada. The hip hinge. This is a foundational movement that can sometimes be hard to grasp for many. Here are 3 different variations to start the process of learning how to effectively “hinge” at the hips.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ 1️⃣ - First exercise you will be on all 4s (quadraped) position. From here - find your neutral lumbar spine position first, then slowly maintain that position while rocking your hips back towards your heels. This is essentially simulating a hinge patterned movement at the hips.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ 2️⃣ - Second exercise is in a tall kneeling position. Once in position, you will slowly sit your hips down and back towards your heels. May feel a slight stretch and tension in buttocks/hamstring area with movement. Again - try to maintain the relative neutral spine position. The width of your knees will vary depending on what feels most comfortable.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ 3️⃣ - Last exercise you will utilize a dowel, pvc pipe, or pole and place it directly behind your back right in line with the spine. Grasp the pole on both the top (right above head) and bottom (right below buttocks). Try to maintain 3 points of contact with the pole. Pole should stay in contact with back side of head, mid back (thoracic spine), and tail bone area (sacrum) throughout the entire movement. Once position is found - lean your torso forward while maintaining pressure on heels of feet and maintaining those 3 points of contact. Think of leaning chest down first and DO NOT squat hips down. Movement should elicit a slight “stretch” feeling in hamstrings and glutes when done properly. Only lean forward as far as you feel comfortable and do not let heels lift up off the floor.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ 🐥 - This hinging concept has big carryover to all aspects of life, not just the gym. If you don’t have the luxury of someone in person to provide verbal and tactile cueing - these 3 exercises can help to turn that light bulb on in your brain to properly understand and groove the hip hinge. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ via @teachbyexample⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Please share with someone who would benefit on seeing this post!

Oh my Shanita. I’ve posted a full body of her before but she sent me this last week and I asked for the ok to post. You don’t need a big full body before and after to see this change! She said of course but she is currently on a social media break. Shanita was feeling uncomfortable and was asking me for a lot of food advice. She worked with me at my healthcare job, saw how I ate and was worried she’d have to be as disciplined to see results. I assured her my way of eating is not necessary nor is it best for everyone. We talked it over and she employed some tips. She prioritized green veggies (most of the plate), added a non fried, leaner protein next, then added a carb last. Don’t overthink this. You know more than you think. Execute the basics consistently! That’s so much easier said than done! We also talked through alcohol options since she does imbibe some. Shanita walks on a treadmill and that’s it. FOOD is THE number one thing to control weight and fat loss. Would I love for her to lift to really get that metabolism going? Of course. Maybe down the road. She’s a busy single mom with a full time job. She’s doing what she can and obviously that’s enough! Look at her! B's 5 Ways to Improve Sleep: 1. Acupressure mat - Always do your research/check with your doctor before using this, its not for everyone. But I will say if you can use one there are tons of benefits to it and improving sleep is one. 2. Meditation book - Moonlight Gratitude by Emily Silva has been my recent go to every night. I read one passage a night and it sets my mind right. It is also weirdly always spot on with what is going on. 3. Stretching with deep breathing - Yoga poses or stretching moves can help lengthen and relax your muscles. Using deep breaths while stretching will help slow your body/mind down. 4. No screen time 30 minutes before bed - There is research supporting this. Watching tv/using your phone before bed can interrupt your sleep. Try putting it away a little earlier each night and see if you notice the changes. 5. Lavender oil - Essential oils all play their own role. Lavender oil promotes relaxation and can help with anxiety and insomnia. A little on your pillow or on your hands with some deep breather should help you relax. Нас на минутку читают. — ДА ХТО НАС ЧИТАЕТ, СУББОТА Ж☝🏼ВЫХОДНЫЕ. НОРМАЛЬНЫЕ ЛЮДИ БУ ХА ЮТ, А НЕ ЧИТАЮТ ⠀ ⠀ Не у всех выходной выливается в бокал. Мой круг общения офигеть, как изменился. Хотя, остались призывающие БУХНУТЬ ЗА ЛЮБОВЬ или в ПОДДЕРЖКУ ПАРТИИ 🍾🤣 ⠀ С алкоголем я познакомилась лет в 13, до 17 у нас были частые встречи в шумном кругу 🍺🥂 или на едине🤦🏼🍷 с мечтами. Тусовки были дьявольские, но до состояния "ленин в мавзолее" я не добиралась ⚰️🐉 ⠀ С каждым годом спиртного в расчёте на дени становилось меньше и от алкогольных паров остались лишь угарные фотки. ⠀ И вот, после трени "спортсмены" зовут "отдыхать" — выходные же! В другие годы на старт без разговоров, с гитарой на перевес, а теперь отшучиваюсь, возраст не тот, тусы в прошлом)) ⠀ Не из-за моды на ЗОЖ, сиреневый туман и психологически, и физиологически перестал приносить удовольствие.. ⠀ ⠀ В моём сундучке историй есть несколько забавных, нетрезвых, хотите? 👩🏼🤙🏼

Also known as 'Bent-Over Lateral raise' or 'Rear Delt Raise'. The target muscle is the posterior deltoid (colored red). The trapezius and rhomboids (colored pink) adduct the scapula. This functional exercise not only strengthens the posterior deltoid, but it also brings the core muscles into play with an emphasis on all the posterior chain muscles. How to do it? Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding both ends of the resistance band. Bend at your waist (through the hip joint – hip hinge) and slightly bend your knees. With your core tight and back straight. Raise the resistance band to the sides until your elbows are in line with your shoulders. It is important to keep your back straight during the entire movement.
