It's official: The COM squad have all just registered for their first ever elite-level Triathlon. Rhys was the first one to decide to undertake this challenge (off the back of an off-the-cuff conversation at one of our executive training events this week) so Llewy and James decided to join him in the stretch zone. The squad are undertaking an olympic distance Tri-event which is 1500 metres open water swim, 40 km on the bike and a 10km run to finish. The team and their families will be travelling to beautiful Ireland for the world famous Lough Cutra Castle event and the goal is to all come top 100! Check out this ono kine grinds back finisher. This feels like you are hitting your whole back with a crazy contraction and a good stretch. Not to mention you get a pretty solid bicep pump - Be mindful of the movement here. You want to feel a good stretch at the beginning, Pull your elbows to your hips, then stand straight up keeping the resistance in your back - You will feel the tension go from the lats and as you stand up switch to the whole back and even your biceps - At the end of a pulling (back day) training session, finish it off with 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps - Make sure you keep the weight at a load that allows you to work the proper muscles -

OATS💓 usually my oats contain fruits, chocolate and myb some nuts. This is a lot of sugar in one bowl despite the fact tht I’ve used fruits. Week 5 Day 3 . . Really saving the worst for last . . Today's workout was just 1 set of 335 for 1-4 reps. Goal was again to do 4 but shit happens. Not really sure how to feel about deadlifts today haha first rep went ayt but turned 💩 during my next reps. I think I try to rush the lift off of my dls too fast. But I gotta say, these were probably one of the best dls I've had so far #ExceedYourself

** SO ITS OFFICIAL I HAVE BOOKED MY FIRST OLYMPIC TRIATHLON ** On Monday I had a conversation about swimming and comfort zones, and the need for them to be pushed. On Tuesday I did my first mini triathlon which consisted of : 2K swim ( 80 lengths ) 2K bike ride 2K run. On WEDNESDAY which is today I booked and registered for my first Olympic Triathlon. Here it is. Olympic Triathlon 1.5km swim 40km bike 10km run Our proven Castle Triathlon Series Olympic races mirror the distance with a 1.5km lake swim, followed by a 40km bike through the stunning local countryside surrounding the castles (4/5 are in designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The 10km run takes place in the grounds, leading to an unforgettable finish line experience alongside the castle. Here is the twist. Not only will I be competing. I will be in the best shape of my life having lost 3 stone. I will place top 100 regardless of being a novice.

Was originally going to post the first photo alone but why? It’s not being real? The weekend Sam looks like the right because of the carbs. Yeah, left me if more attractive. Skinny waist. Chest looks nice, my lats looking huge as well.... but that’s not real. I binged on Arby’s all weekend hence why I look like the right but am I sorry? No. I’m not because those curly fries fricken smacked. I don’t always eat clean and sometimes I am too lazy for the gym. I’m human and I’m not perfect. A lot of us need to realize that social media is a platform that most of us use to fool each other into thinking we look the best or have the happiest life. Stop comparing yourself to these people because half of them don’t look like the pictures they post 🤷🏽‍♀️ Hope everyone has an amazing start to their week!
