Seriously killing it lately guys 👏 Currently sitting at 33.3% BF at 193 lbs which is an amazing accomplishment considering I started at 49.9% at 253 lbs. I'm really pushing to hit some goals - ideally cut to 170 and down to 25% BF. I think? Honestly guys I'm just winging it at this point. Since turning 12 one of his goals has been to workout. Venturing up the steps to the @lifetime.life gym and all I could see is @jdptrags smile gleaming with joy. My boy @danny_punks_life hit me up this weekend to see how I was doing cause I hadn't really been posting. I haven't been doing very well on this journey recently. After back to back to back gout flair ups and hurting my back every time I went to the gym, I took a break in April. It was only supposed to be a short break, but it slipped and slipped and became a long break. Here I am though. Still trying, still down a bunch of weight. In the scheme of this journey, this break will be nothing more than a small blip on the radar. A slight trip in a slow and steady push to be the best version of myself. Wish me luck as I ease back into keto and the gym with a brand new plan to make it work for me.

I started work later today. Unfortunately my gym only run 3 morning jseries sessions. My usual at 5.45, then 6.30 and 9.15. The 9.15 wouldn't leave me enough time to get changed and make it to to work on time but I'm feeling so exhausted that I didn't want to miss the rare opportunity for a sleep in. I very nearly let my desire for sleep win and cancel my Tuesday morning gym plans all together but instead I decided to get to the gym and do my own thing. That's scary as because I'm very much someone who likes structure and to be told what to do and when to do it. In the past having a whole gym available has seen me either feel overwhelmed or just slack off as I didn't have someone pushing me. My fitbit went flat so I have no idea what my stats were, and that's okay. I did some of the gym equipment, some core, some modified burpees and jump squats, some kettlebell and weight stuff and finished with 2 minutes on the climbing machine which is actual torture. My heart rate was up and I was sweating so I did something right. And the most important thing is that I actually went. Even a half arse workout is better than no workout at all, right? ... Forgot to post yesterday, and almost forgot to post today! This morning's run felt so GOOD. It was another conversational paced training, but I was happy to have negative splits the entire time. I only wish I would've left the house earlier so I could've kept going. . . Gotta go clothes shopping as nothing fits me anymore... went from 250 - 188 lbs ( 62 lbs ) ALL NATURAL in just 4 Months ! I havent been in my 180s since 6th grade ! (11 years old) . Keto works guys ! What’s summer without at least one solid girls’ trip? Anyone who has ever gone to Vegas with me knows that it’s hard for me to get comfortable and actually participate in pool parties, especially in a bathing suit. I am becoming more & more comfortable in my own skin and embracing all of my mommy’s scars. I’m learning to take a step back and acknowledge my own fitness journey and becoming more body positive. I couldn’t be prouder on my progression in the last five years. Thanks to my boyfriend and friends for reminding me to be super proud of my bod and they encouraged me to post this and spread positivity. Transformation Tuesday! #transformationtuesdays How’d I do it? I stopped making excuses. No matter what diet you’re on, how much exercise you do, what you eat, what supplements you take, how much water you drink, how much sleep you get. It all doesn’t matter unless you stop making excuses. Don’t worry, I still make excuses, but instead of excuses to NOT achieve my goals, I make excuses so that I make sure that I reach them. It’s about priorities and it’s okay to make yourself your number one priority. Hold yourself accountable. Once you get started, it’s actually the easiest thing you’ll ever do. And it will also be the most rewarding. I used to say I never had time to go to the gym and I never had time to cook healthy meals... nope. I was just LAZY! I now make excuses to make sure that I stay on track. Sorry, can’t hang out til later - gotta go to the gym. Got a problem with it? Don’t care. I’m doing this for me. Sorry I can’t go to that restaurant, it doesn’t cater to my diet, let’s try somewhere else? Don’t like it? We won’t go to dinner then hun. Don’t be afraid to put yourself first cause it’s the only way you’re going to reach your goals.
