Trust me when I say, I DON’T always look like this. There are days when I’m bloated. There are days where I retain so much water weight that I feel/look mushy. There are days where my stomach, especially that lower pouch 😩, just seems to hang over / potrude through my leggings. Then, there are the days when I have a nice pump and I’m not as bloated as before (like this picture for example). I am not perfect, no one is!!! Stop comparing yourself to others and love yourself. Wore shorts so I could wear my new socks 😋 ⁣ ⁣ One thing that I’m trying out (and have been saying to do for a while) is to leave my phone on my dressing table rather than my bedside table. So once my alarm goes off, I HAVE to get out of bed ⁣ ⁣ I woke up way earlier, got straight out of bed and by 8:30 this morning, I had ticked off most of the things I had set out to do 🙌🏼 ⁣ ⁣ For someone that gets a little endorphin hit every time I tick something off my list, it felt GOOD 🤗 ⁣ ⁣ What new habit (just choose 1) are you going to stick to or have been saying that you’ve wanted to do for a while and DO IT. ⁣ ⁣ Get it done. Trust me when I say, I DON’T always look like this. There are days when I’m bloated. There are days where I retain so much water weight that I feel/look mushy. There are days where my stomach, especially that lower pouch 😩, just seems to hang over / potrude through my leggings. Then, there are the days when I have a nice pump and I’m not as bloated as before (like this picture for example). I am not perfect, no one is!!! Stop comparing yourself to others and love yourself. My Transformation 105lbs vs 132lbs . . . I was very hesitant about posting this because of how small i use to be ,For those who don’t know me and those who have known me for a while , i struggled with being very skinny throughout middle school ,high school , and college , i was working out but i wasn’t eating enough healthy carbs , and my diet just wasn’t how it should have been , fast forward to today , i started eating a cleaner diet , eating healthy carbs and protein, making sure i eat breakfast, lunch , and dinner , while going hard in the gym , and i managed to get the results that i wanted ! it’s not easy for someone who is naturally skinny with a high metabolism to put on and keep weight and muscle , but staying committed is what got me to where i am now , some times i fall off because I’m human but now i know that the impossible can be possible !! To all the girls in the same position as me , you can gain !!! The moment you stop worrying about what other people are doing, is the moment you will finally start to see yourself step up 💪 ⠀ Your competition lies in who you are and who you want to become. ⠀ The wisest investment you will ever make is in your OWN becoming, personal development, improvement, personal growth and betterment. ⠀ Among high school graduates who do not go to collage, 58%- more than half- NEVER read a book again- For the REST of their lives 😳!! They spend their lives building someone else’s dream, not because they aren’t capable of building their own but because they never gain the knowledge, inspiration, tools, resources etc they need. ⠀ I share this because, there is an even bigger statistic. Most of those who do read books ONLY read to entertain themselves & pass time (which is fun too), not ones that grow their mind, decrease their worry, grow confidence, explode a sense of self-worth or feed them with never ending tools/resources/know how to be productive, stick to their goals & grow success. The problem is not that people know/read/watch too little, but it’s that we fill our brains with stuff that doesn’t do much good (comparison scroll on social, reading books/articles that arnt inspirational, educational, empowering, drown our time on Netflix/technology) ⠀ Almost 4 years ago, I stopped the comparison and joined a commUNITY of coaches, and members after their own wellness for $160. The smallest monetary investment I have ever made, but the LARGEST ever received. I used to have no idea how to set goals, & then reverse engineer my actions to accomplish them, & instead of sitting down and learning? ⠀ I was really good at thinking, worrying, fear, self sabotage, cultivating excuses, & comparing myself to others. ⠀ BEST investment I ever made was in enhancing me. ⠀ My kids got an upgrade My wife got an upgrade ⠀ And I got an upgrade in friendships, opportunities, wellness, health, fitness, business, partnerships, finances... ⠀ I set myself up rather than beat myself up and reprogrammed my habits & frame of mind. ⠀ You are LOVED, you are WORTHY, and somewhere out in Alberta, there is a big sister Jocelyne who is cheering for you SO loudly.

I absolutely love back day 💪🏼 -- Since it was such a weakness for me in the past, I love that I can see the progress I make with it! -- Also in the past couple days I have been working out earlier than I usually do, and I have actually really enjoy it! In the past I usually workout in the evenings, because that is when I feel stronger and more alert. BUT working out in the morning and having it done, frees up a lot of time in the evening! БЕТА-АЛАНИН vs КАРНОЗИН⁣ С чем, как и зачем ⤵️⁣⁣ ⁣ Одна из моих любимых добавок — бета-аланин, предшественник карнозина.⁣ ⁣ Карнозин — дипептид, состоящий из бета-аланина и гистидина. Что даёт:⁣ ⁣ ✅ повышает работоспособность и выносливость до 2-х раз через месяц регулярного приема при силовых и аэробных нагрузках⁣ ✅ препятствует накоплению молочной кислоты в мышцах⁣ ✅ рост мышечной массы⁣ ✅ препятствует накоплению кетоновых тел в крови⁣ ✅ антиоксидант⁣ ✅ усиливает иммунитет⁣ ✅ нейропротектор⁣ ✅ тормозит рост опухолей⁣ ✅ препятствует гликированию ⁣ ✅ мощный анти-эйдж эффект⁣ ✅ избавляет от хронической усталости⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Карнозин накапливается в скелетной мускулатуре. Поэтому наиболее богаты им мясные продукты. В наземных животных его больше, чем в курице или рыбе.⁣ ⁣ Казалось бы мясоедам можно забить на карнозин, а вегетарианцам добавка жизненно необходима. Только карнозин усваивается организмом примерно на 1-2%. Остальное распадается на бета-аланин и гистидин. ⁣ ⁣ Не важно, принимаете ли вы карнозин в качестве добавки или едите мясо — он стремительно расщепляется. И все бы ничего, если бы в результате этого расщепления получалась правильная форма бета-аланина. Но бОльшая его часть превращается в непригодную для синтеза карнозин форму.⁣ ⁣ Дефицит гистидина — крайне редкое явление. Поэтому есть смысл принимать только бета-аланин. Учитывая,что эффективные дозировки β-аланина в разы меньше, чем дозировки карнозина, а ещё он значительно дешевле, то смысла в приеме карнозина нет.⁣ ⁣ Препараты, содержащие карнозин — чистый маркетинг.⁣ ⁣ β-аланин работает в синергии с креатином. Так что если вас не особо заливает от последнего — есть смысл применять совместно. Пищевая сода также усиливает его действие.⁣ ⁣ Важно: β-аланин антагонист таурина , поэтому принимать надо что-то одно. Как вариант: утром — таурин, вечером — бета-аланин. И не забываем, что во всех энергетиках таурин тоже содержится.⁣ ⁣ Ну вот, раскрыла секрет своей выносливости. Теперь и вас из зала будут выгонять под закрытие 😜
