Follow👉@get.fitquick for more💪 --- TRAINING DONE WRONG VS. TRAINING DONE RIGHT - Taking the wrong approaches to certain aspects of your training can really slow your progress. If you learn to master these certain things, you're putting yourself in a much better position for long term gains. - First off, use a workout routine that fits your schedule. If you are on a 6 day push/pull/legs split but can really only go to the gym 4 times a week, then you're not maximizing your chances to grow. If you can only go to the gym 4 days a week, use an upper/lower split. Make sure, along with a routine that fits your schedule, to train your body parts 2-3x/week. Whether you're training 3,4,5 or 6 days a week, you can still get a lot of volume on all body parts. Spreading out the training of your body parts to multiple times a week will force more frequency on it, and will be easier to do rather than obliterating a body part once a week. Third, train heavy, by training for both strength and hypertrophy. Many will only train light and go for the pump. These people usually don't make as much progress. Lastly, STAY CONSISTENT! the routine you're on won't bring great results if you are not consistent with it. You can't expect to see great results if you are constantly skipping workouts multiple times a week. 💭DU SIEHST DEN SPRIEẞEN IM AUGE EINES ANDERE, ABER DEN BALKEN VOR DEINEM EIGENEN GESICHT NICHT💭 Einen Wunderschönen guten Morgen wünsche ich euch allen😊 Heute geht es um urteilen, verurteilen, mangelnde Akzeptanz und toleranz. Das obere Zitat finde ich persönlich unglaublich toll. Wir sehen die Fehler anderer, aber erkennen unsere eigenen nicht. Zeigst du mit dem Finger auf andere,  zeigen immer noch drei auf dich!👉 Entsprichst du heutzutage nicht dem Durchschnittsmenschen, wird gleich geurteilt. Aber wer bestimmt denn bitte den Durchschnitt? Existiert sowas überhaupt? Jeder von uns kann einen Beitrag zu einer "besseren" Welt leisten und zu einem Umgang den wir uns doch alle wünschen. Begegne anderen stets so, wie du dir selbst gerne begegnen würdest. Spätestens da sollte es anfangen zu rattern! Wer von euch will denn, dass über euch geurteilt wird, Gerüchte verbreitet werden, ihr ausgelacht, gemobbt, verspottet oder ähnliches werdet!? Keiner! Auch die nicht, die Verursacher solcher Situationen sind. Akzeptanz und toleranz sind in der heutigen Zeit ziemlich klein geschrieben. Ich befürworte sicherlich nicht, was da draußen abgeht, weil gaaaanz viele Dinge aus dem Ruder laufen, aber das ist ein Thema für sich. Ich denke ihr versteht was ich meine. Kleine challenge an euch. Beobachtet euch selbst doch einmal, wie oft am Tag ihr Situationen und Menschen bewertet. Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, wie oft man sich selbst dabei ertappt. Der eine mehr, andere weniger. Aber genau das ist eben wieder eine vorm von bewusstererm Leben😊 Wir wissen alle, dass das nicht gut ist, also fangt doch noch heute damit an, euch selbst dabei zu beobachten und ggf. zu ändern. Positive Entwicklung ist niemals schlecht. Denn wo positivität herrscht, kann nicht gleichzeitig negativität herrschen und umgekehrt gilt das gleiche💭 Veränderung beginnt immer von innen nach außen😉 Ich hoffe der Beitrag gefällt euch. Complicarti la vita non serve. Ricordati che le basi sono sempre le più importanti. Se suddividi gli esercizi per categorie di movimento, è più facile saper come strutturare il proprio allenamento. Per avere uno stimolo sufficiente sulla maggior parte dei muscoli questo è un'ottimo punto di partenza nella programmazione di un buon allenamento. Inoltre, visto la corrente situazione di palestre chiuse (almeno qua in Lombardia 😅) ci si può allenare lo stesso anche a casa a corpo libero o con l'ausilio di qualche manubrio e elastico, basta avere la voglia di mettersi lì e di impegnarsi. Mettendoti a disposizione questo scheletro spero che ti aiuterà a strutturare il tuo allenamento in maniera efficace. Teljes test edzése. . Sokan, főleg a férfiak nagyon lenézik, és azt hiszik, hogy nem hatékony. A srácok edzésén mostanában amit látok arról meg inkább nem is írom le a véleményem. Nem onnantól komoly, és hatékony az edzésed, hogy izomcsoportokra van bontva, sőt sok esetben így kevés is. Eleve jobb minden izmot többször edzeni egy héten, arról nem is beszélve, hogy sok edzés annyira szét van bontva, hogy le sem mennek annyiszor egy héten a terembe. Így eleve sok dolog ki is marad. . Nőknél főleg lehet sok esetben a teljes testes edzés, mert eleve vannak izmok amiket külön nem edzünk, vagy néha egyáltalán nem. Ezért minden teljes testes edzés nagyon durván megedzi az alsó, és felsőtestet is. De férfiak esetében is hatékony, csak más a felépítése. . Így eleve minden izomcsoportra többször edzünk egy héten. Sokkal jobb lesz a fejlődés, és jól fel lehet építeni az edzéseket. Így például egy héten 3 alkalommal is igen nagy eredményt lehet elérni. . Hatékony lehet idő szempontjából. Aki kevesebbet tud terembe menni, vagy éppen olyan időszaka van, nyaral stb... . Egy keményebb teljes testes edzés több kalóriát éget, jobban megmozgat, növeli az állóképességed, és az egész testünk megmozgatása után sokkal jobban fogjuk érezni magunkat. . Szóval összességében egyáltalán nem rossz dolog, sőt csak ajánlani tudom. Annak, aki tudja mit, hogyan, és miért csinál, annak nagyon hatékony.
