Consistantly able to run 5k after just 1 month of running and cutting down my times significantly. When I started January 2nd I was running 1.75 miles in 32 min so this progress has been incredible. My body is taking to running much better than I could have imagined and I am adjusting my goals for the year! #selfimprovement #fitmom ❤🏃‍♀️

What fills your cup? What makes you feel good about yourself? New hair cut? Fresh make up? Fitting into jeans you haven't been able to wear for years? Coffee? All of the above? Me too! What really makes me Me though, what really makes me happy is being able to help other people. There is no better feeling in this world for me. I have a need and want to help people. What has stopped me before? Me! Why? Because I was holding myself back from the potential I have. I was negative about myself. I allowed myself to be bothered by worry of what others would think or say. . . . I am in a much better place now as while it's only been 3 weeks since changing my attitude and 1 week of being on this Amazing Fitness journey with the best accountability I could ever ask for I am Happy. Oberkörpertraining macht mir mittlerweile fast so viel Spaß wie Beintraining. Fast. ☺️ Heut morgen um 7 Uhr hat das Training nach dem Restday wieder begonnen.. Klimmzüge, Face Pulls, Rudern, Trizeps, Bizeps,.. 🤩 Mal sehen wie es die 3. Woche mit Morgentraining laufen wird. Bin guter Dinge.🤞🏼Werde ab morgen auch mal anfangen grob zu tracken - um zu checken wie viel ich tagsüber so an kcal esse.. Die Waage (im Gym) spricht heute morgen etwas von 61.3 kg (bei 1.68 m), und das ist so plusminus auch seit Monaten so. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Kann also nicht so verkehrt sein. Find es immer spannend wie andere bei einem bestimmten Gewicht aussehen, kann sowas einfach NULL einschätzen. Hallöchen Gemeinde, Long time no see 🤭😎 . Ich habe das echte Leben bewusst genoßen die letzten Tage und hatte zugegebenermaßen wenig Lust auf soziale Netzwerke. 🤷🏻‍♀️☺️ . Immer wieder ein Segen die Umwelt so bewusst zu spüren und wahrzunehmen. Alles etwas zu entschleunigen und mit Ruhe, ohne Hast Dinge erledigen, erLEBEN, fühlen, sehen. 🥰💯 Es gibt nichts, was mehr wert ist.. - das erdet auch immer sehr und bringt mentale Stärkung mit sich. . Gewicht halten läuft aktuell prima nach wie vor. Zwischen 68-71 befinde ich mich aktuell, je nach Zyklus, Wasser, etc. - mein Training läuft wunderbar, auch wenn es seltsame Tage gibt, an denen alles so ungewohnt leicht ist.. - merke ich, wie stark ich mich weiter entwickle und damit auch stärker werde. Mein Hauptziel 2020. Vielleicht lege ich einen kleinen Cut vor der Fibo ein, aber dann auch nur 3 oder 4 Wochen, nichts aufregendes oder so.. nehme euch aber gerne mit wenn es soweit ist. 💓 . Morgen geht es erst mal für den Rest der Woche nach Berlin, da freue ich mich extrem drauf - ich komme meinem Ziel damit greifbar nahe und kann dazu noch die wundervolle Stadt erkunden. Week 4, Day 1 of the @heatherrobertsoncom 12 week Challenge! Can I share a secret with y’all? 🗣 I have worked really hard on not comparing my body with others. I know that I am not the only one! Right now my body is the “in between” stage. For 6 months I focused on gaining some muscle.....TBH, I have notice more in wanted gain of the other and not the muscle 😝 I am having so much fun with the fitness journey but boy it’s been a fight! I have picked up my HIIT workouts and trying to focus more on leaning out and possibly shrinking just a tad of unwanted fat. My body will never look like __________!! Same. Effing. Day. (12:35pm ➡️ 9:48pm) . Increased my water (to where is SHOULD be). Didn’t eat like an asshole. Worked out. . Yup. That simple. . I was freaking BLOATED from, well, eating like an asshole! That tends to happen when I need a diet break & that diet breaks falls on the week before my cycle when I’m a human garbage disposal. 🤷🏼‍♀️. . The thing is, I don’t stay there. I don’t decide that all of the hard work I’ve done is lost because of 1 week. . My favorite analogy is: if you get a flat tire, do you slash the other 3? . Nope. You wouldn’t. So just because you have 1 “bad” meal/day/week, don’t sabotage it all. . Pull your shit together...write out your goals...and take action. . You don’t need any magical pills or detox systems - they will have you doing EXACTLY what I did: drink water, don’t eat like an asshole, and workout. . Heeeey friends! 👋🏼 I’m so glad you are here! There are a few new faces around here so I thought I would introduce myself again. . My name is Kelly. I am a wife to a US Marine, mother to 2 amazing little people, and a special education teacher. I started keto over 3 years ago and finally found peace with food. I had restricted my food intake for so long and over-taxed my body without fueling it properly in workouts for most of my life, all in order to be “skinny”. I struggled with PCOS and severe inflammation. Auto-immune disease runs in my family. I was tired and frustrated of the ongoing cycle of losing weight then gaining it all back. Then, I found the keto way of eating and never looked back. Today I’ve achieved such a huge goal and I’m jumping for so much joy. I’ve officially lost 10 pounds and I won my first Apple Watch competition!! 3 weeks ago I never thought I’d be able to do 45 mins of HIIT or run for 15 mins, but my consistency has paid off and I’m so fucking proud of myself.

Another core video for you guys today. Here I am laying on a foam roller holding onto a dowel. I am lifting one knee at a time. Let me tell you, this is harder than it looks. Quickly wanted to share this transformation with ya. When I finished MM100 (left pic) I was definitely my leanest since starting these programs. Then Christmas came, New Years, Jaxon's birthday and then Palm Springs. So you can imagine I have not been perfect lol. The past month has been a roller coaster you could say between skipping workouts and my nutrition not being on point. But I’m here to say that is ok. In the past that would have bothered me so much. I had worked so hard doing my 100 day program, and ate healthy (for the most part) to get to where I was in the left pic. Yah I’ve slipped since I finished, BUT I’ve also really enjoyed myself over the past month. #noregrets right? I still feel good, and I am so proud of how far I’ve come since having jax 🤍 ⁣

Ever been stuck in a rut? I have.. . Too many ruts to count really. I may have seemed fine on the outside, happy, funny, always crackin jokes, but in my mind I was stuck, lonely, unhappy, depressed. Unable to find a way out, unable to talk about what was going on, unable to breathe, unable to sleep. How do I get out of my rut? How do I wake up happy again? Baby steps. It doesn’t all happen at once. Here are a few things that have helped me recover from a dark place, and continue to help me. 1. Go to bed earlier, wake up earlier. This seems simple enough, but it really helps. Instead of rushing around, throwing clothes on, forgetting things, give yourself time to wake up and be present. The time I have to myself in the mornings, to workout, read, think, and just be still with myself really sets a good tone for the day. 2. Move your body! Whether that be a strenuous workout, or a light walk around the block, just MOVE! Get your blood flowing and those awesome endorphins to your brain! 3. EAT breakfast! I never used to eat breakfast …ever…I never had time. (Or drink it in my case I have my shake) Your body and mind need some FUEL to start the day and run as your optimal self. 4. Drink ALL the WATER . You’ve heard it your whole life, you know it’s good for you, JUST DO IT! 5. Surround yourself with, supportive, passionate, and goal oriented people. Y’all THAT PART! Accountability and support are crucial in your friend group! These are just a few things that have helped me. In the state that I was in this list seemed quite daunting. Like how am I going to change all these things over night? You’re not. Baby steps. Try to do just one thing for a week, see how you feel. Once that one thing becomes routine and part of your daily life, add another, and so on. I’m here if you are stuck in rut and need some support. I know it’s hard to reach out when you are in that place, but trust me I’ve been there a hundred times over, and I get it. I won’t judge you. I’ll just be here to love and support you. Happy Tuesday! Remember YOU have the power to transform yourself, even when it doesn’t feel like it, but you don’t have to do it alone!

My heart is one picture. ❤️ I think we can all agree that family is definitely important and we’re holding them a little tighter after the horrible tragedy that claimed 9 lives on Sunday. But, we all have to really make sure we’re truly enjoying and fully loving each and every day. With social media, everyone gets so caught up for the moment and then everything goes back to like nothing happened. The biggest thing we can all do is make real time and put the phones down. I know for myself personally my phone is my business but I’ve made it a goal to disconnect from social on the weekends and evening. I’m not posting unless absolutely necessary on my feed and truly enjoying my time and time with family. I’ve seen others feel like they have to show us each and every minute of them being a “family” person and share it all on stories/social all the time. But are you truly truly enjoying your time if everything has to be recorded for people on social media? Let’s all definitely make sure we really take a step back and truly enjoy this one life we’re giving. ✨

WORKING OUT IN THE MORNING How many of you plan out an early morning workout in your head the night before, full of motivation to get up and get your day started right, only to hit snooze a few too many times in the morning and skip the gym for the comfort of your bed? - Getting up in the morning to get your workout in is so much easier said than done but I always feel better when I start my day off sweating and being productive. It sets the tone for a good day ahead and helps give me a head start on my water intake since I’m usually a sweaty mess afterwards. - Since I know that so many of us struggle with that early morning motivation, I wanted to share a few of my tips for making sure I don’t hit that snooze button too many times: - 1️⃣ Set more than one alarm. Have you ever meant to hit snooze but turned off your alarm completely? Guilty! 🙋‍♀️ Or just can’t snap hitting snooze altogether? Start setting two or three or four alarms and if you have to, set one that’s across your bedroom. What way you have to physically get out of bed to turn it off. Once you’re up, it’ll be easier to stay up and get your day started. - 2️⃣ Get everything ready the night before; pack your gym bag, pack your lunch, pack your PWO, set your clothes out, etc. Having everything already done will let you sleep in just a touch longer and make it easy to head out the door in a hurry. - 3️⃣ Turn that light on first thing. Once you turn off your alarm, turn on the light! If someone else in your house is up before you, have them turn it on. Light signifies to your body and your brain that it’s time to be awake and the shock of that brightness will probably help jolt you awake anyway. 😂 - 4️⃣ Make your sleep schedule a habit; even on weekends - don’t stray too far from your weekday bedtime. Set your alarm so that you can get a little extra shut eye but don’t sleep the day away. D I E N S T A G . . Kennt ihr das, den ganzen Tag schwirren einem Tausend Sachen im Kopf rum, was alles erledigt werden muss. Und wenn das Baby dann schläft und man Zeit hat, weiss man gerade iwie gar nicht mehr was man alles machen wollte. 🙊 Oder geht das nur mir so!? 😅 Darum ist es für mich sinnvoll mir vieles aufzuschreiben und meinen Plan auch etwas zu strukturieren. Sonst schaffe ich nichts und bin iwie frustriert. . Hier ein paar Tipps damit sowas nicht passiert: ➡️Strukturiert euren Tag in dem ihr Dinge aufschreibt und eine Prioritäten Liste: Wie eilig, wichtig, nicht wichtig und unwichtig sind die Dinge und sortiert diese nach Dringlichkeit. . ➡️Versucht eine gewisse Routine zu besokommen, zb. Morgens und abends . ➡️Baut aber auch Pausen ein und nehmt euch nicht zu viel vor. . ➡️Wenn es zu viel ist macht vielleicht nur Vorbereitungen, damit ihr das am nächsten Tag erledigen könnt. . Übrigens, Wir waren eben beim Delphi Kurs und es hat wieder super Spaß gemacht. Ich mag den Austausch immer sehr gerne mit den Eltern und ich finde es so süß, wie die Babys sich entdecken. . . Akşam yemeğim fırın karnabahar ve acı biber turşusu.😍 çok acıkmıştım tabaktan fazla yedim. Fırın karnabahar Karnıbaharları tuzlu suda haşlıyorum. Suyunu süzüyorum. 1 su bardağı yoğurt, 3 yemek kaşığı tam buğday unu, 2 yumurta, yarım çay bardağı zeytin yağı, tuz ve pulbiberi karıştırıp güzel kıvamlı bir sos elde ediyorum. Karnabaharı sosa bulayıp 180 derecelik fırında kızarana kadar pişiriyorum. Kızarınca üzerine biraz kaşar peyniri rendeleyip tekrar fırınlıyorum.
