Finally had an awesome session training legs! 😁 Haven't squatted heavy in 4 months and bouncing back from my leg, hip, and lower back injury from 2 months ago. This was big confidence booster. 🙏Still took easy and stopped at a decent number for squats along with good rep sets. Did a set of 10 95, 2 sets of 10 135, set of 10 185, set of 10 225, set of 5 245, single with 275, set of 10 225 pause squats, and a set of 5 225 tempo squats. 🤘 After squats did 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of leg curls, 5 sets of calve presses, and 6 sets of hip abductors. Good session with my bro @thabigdog32 !💪
I should work more on my squat depth so today’s day was started with deep deep squats!😅
Did few sets with lift weight and then my fav heavy sets!🤘🏼
First video: 100 kg x 4 reps (did 4 sets).
Second video: 105 kg x 3 (did 2 reps).
Don’t want training after my work (24 hours) but today is the last one training before my first powerlifting meet!
I will working just in 50% of my strength and that’s kinda weird 🤔 Then two days rest and meet!🔥🤘🏼
I don’t cut my weight right now because I’m trying to keep my weight on 64-65 kg for the categorie! After competition I will cut again and will be leaner!😏💪🏼

Yesterday was my first different training when I did all the powerlifting stuff (squats, bench press and deadlift) and then few bodybuilding exercises! 💪🏼
Today I will do bench press and squats! Then maybe shoulders and abs!
I’m really excited about my first powerlifting meet!🤗
1. Squats 100 kg x 3 (4 sets)!
2. Deadlifts 100 kg x 4 (4 sets)!

Today I did really good work on deadlifts!
Heaviest weight was: * 100 kg x 5 reps (2 sets) * 110 kg x 2 reps
* 100 kg x 4 reps (2 sets)
That was hard but I always be like “light weight baby”. 😂🤦🏼♀️

Súper fácil de preparar:
🥞 1 taza de harina de avena , trigo o almendras (la de tu elección )
🥞 leche 200 ml
🥞 1 cda de cacao .
🥞 1 cda de mantequilla derretida .
🥞 1/2 scoop de Proteina natural .
🥞 1 cda de crema de avellanas sin azúcar .
🥞 la fruta de tu elección fresa o plátano .
Mezcla todos los ingredientes (menos la fruta) y en un sartén a fuego bajo coloca mezcla y listo!! Súper cena O desayuno .. .

so i wanted to address something that so many of us struggle with: overthinking. it seems as if almost all of us continuously ponder over everything going on in our lives. we replay scenarios in our heads, trying to come up with ways we could’ve made them go better. we over-analyze other people’s words and try to search for hints and hidden meanings. we constantly remind ourselves of every single task we have yet to complete, despite the work we’ve already put in. we try to predict our future so that nothing comes as a surprise and throws us off track. but all of this thinking is EXHAUSTING.
i’m probably one of the worst overthinkers you’ll ever meet. but there are several things i remind myself on the daily that help to put my mind at ease:
you have no control over the actions and reactions of others.
the past is the past and you cannot change it. you can only do better next time.
when people are genuine, their actions match their words. if a person says one thing and does another, then you know how that person truly feels.
worrying about everything you have to do isn’t gonna help you accomplish anything. just get to work.
God has a plan and you’re going to end up wherever you’re supposed to be. 🦋

✰Hope everyone had a great day today :)
✰Today I had my LAST four hour chemistry lab of the semester & I am so so thankful lol. Those labs were not my favorite AT ALL. I’m going to cherish this break I have from lab until next semester when I’m back with a chem 2 lab 😰
✰Tuesday’s are the days I usually take off from the gym due to my long morning lecture & even longer afternoon lab. I’m sooo looking forward to my workout tomorrow where I will hopefully set some new PRs!!!
