Cheesy Chili Spaghetti Squash Casserole Makes 5 servings Per serving: 1 leaner protein, 3 condiments, 1 healthy fat, 1 2/3 vegetables Chili Ingredients: 1 lb 95-97% lean ground turkey 1 tsp ground cumin ½ tsp ground coriander 1 tbsp chopped chipotles in adobo (optional) ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried oregano ½ cup prepared salsa ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper Casserole Ingredients: 4 cups cooked spaghetti squash 2 tbsp butter, melted ¾ cup low fat plain greek yogurt 1 ¾ cup 2% Mexican cheese shredded, divided Directions: For the chili: In a medium saucepan brown the ground meat seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour off any extra fat and discard. Add the rest of the chili ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. For the casserole: Cook the spaghetti squash in the microwave with holes in it for 6 minutes on each side. You can also cook it in the oven on 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Split open and rake out the seeds. Scrape the spaghetti squash into noodles with a fork. In a medium bowl combine the cooked spaghetti squash and melted butter, tossing to coat. Spread the squash out in a 12 - 14 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of shredded cheese. Spread the Greek yogurt over the cheese. Spoon on the chili and spread it out, leaving a 1 inch border of spaghetti squash around the edge. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Dia 4! Para mi comida de hoy me terminé las verduras que tenia, repollo, ejotes y calabacita con tocino, un poco de aguacate y cecina, la cecina tiene muchísima proteína, 200 gr (que es lo que comí) aporta 79 gr netos de proteína 🤯 Es de lo más sencillo hacer este reto, lo único que me esta costando es el queso 🥺 y es una tentación tenerlo en el refri pero bueno, todo lo demás súper bien, tomando bien mis electrolitos y suplementos, bebiendo mas de 2 litros al día. Haciendo ejercicio y comiendo toda mi proteína, el huevo cocido fue mi segunda comida y ha sido mi aliado , me llenan menos y así es más fácil comerlos y me encantan. Exercise is super, terrific, and wonderful. I'm a big fan.⁣ ⁣ I do it myself, and I highly recommend it to everyone reading this.⁣ ⁣ It's a requirement for building muscle, maintaining muscle, increasing strength, improving endurance, and on and on and on.⁣ ⁣ Exercise is also extremely beneficial for your overall health and well being in numerous ways.⁣ ⁣ But... for weight loss?⁣ ⁣ For actually burning fat?⁣ ⁣ For the specific purpose of burning the calories needed to create the deficit needed to cause you to lose weight?⁣ ⁣ There is no more over-rated and over-given-a-shit-about aspect of weight loss than exercise.⁣ ⁣ But yet, it’s often the main factor people focus on when weight loss is their goal, and the only factor they consider as being the problem when they are failing to reach that goal.⁣ ⁣ Well, spoiler alert: it's not your workout, it's your diet.⁣ ⁣ Successful weight loss will always primarily be a function of diet rather than exercise, simply because 1) it’s significantly more efficient to eat fewer calories than it is to burn them, 2) exercise doesn’t burn nearly as many calories as most people assume it does, and 3) it’s laughably easy to out-eat any amount of exercise you do.⁣ ⁣ Don’t get me wrong here. Exercise can certainly be a useful fat loss tool. So um...
