Love, Ms. Dash 😘😘😘 —————————— Ingredients: 3 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into chunks (skin on) 1/2 cup hazelnuts 1 lemon, zest and juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon maple syrup salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup dried cranberries —————————— Directions: Toss the sweet potatoes in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer rack of the Dash Chef Series Air Fryer Oven. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400°F. Raspberry, White Choc and Peach Waffles 😍🍑🤤Recipe⬇️ ➖ If you have a sweet tooth and haven't got a Waffle Maker I strongly reccomend getting one!. They are a great treat or you can easily make them healthy to fit in with your every day diet! These are very healthy with a drizzle of white chocolate as a treat! These are an Ideal post workout meal with lots of carbs and 50g protein (for stack of 2). ➖ Ingredients: (For one Waffle, x2 for stack of 2). -60g Oats flour (blended up oats). -20g Flour. - 1 Egg. - (Optional Sweetner). - Raspberries. - Peach. -White Chocolate. -20g Nut Butter/5g Cacoa Powder/Milk/Sweetner for optional Chocolate sauce. ➖ Method: 1. Mix the first 4 ingredients to make Waffle batter. (Double quantities for 2x Waffles as shown in picture.) 2. If making a Chocolate sauce, mix any nut butter with Cacao powder, sweetner and a little milk. 3. Pour batter into Waffle Maker. 4. Melt Chocolate when Waffle is nearly ready. 5. Stack on plate and top with toppings!

Made GF/DF PUMPKIN APPLE OAT BARS with no refined sugar and they are 🤤. Thanks to a recipe by @veggie_inspired ♥️ I used canned coconut milk in the mixture and poured more on top in this photo as a snack 😍 . Search her blog for full instructions but here’s what you’ll need/I used: ✔️1 cup organic 100% pumpkin purée ✔️1 tsp pure vanilla extract ✔️1/2 cup organic pure maple syrup ✔️1/2 cup canned coconut milk ✔️3 cups rolled oats from @thrivemarket (be cautious of the brand of oats. Big commercial companies are highly processed!) ✔️2 tbsp organic flaxseed meal ✔️1.5 tsp baking powder ✔️1/2 tsp pink salt ✔️1-2 tsp cinnamon ✔️1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (add more on top before baking) ✔️1 large organic gala apple diced up . Mix everything and bake at 350* for 20-25 mins and let cool for 10 before devouring. I swear they were even better the next day 👌🏻🍎❤️

Nachos 😍😍 Recipie ⬇️ ➖ Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't eat Nachos!. ➖ Calories - 580. Carbs - 55g. Fat - 22g. Protein - 38g. ➖ Ingredients: -1 Torilla Wrap. -100g Mince. -50g Onion. -50g Pepper. -30g Cheese. -50g Avocado. -50g Tomato Passata/Chopped Tomatoes. -Garlic Clove. ➖ Method: 1. Slice wrap into Nacho shapes. Drizzle with a little Olive Oil and toss in bowl with optional seasoning. Lay out on baking tray and place in oven on 210 degrees (they take around 10-12 minutes). 2. Dice Peppers, Onions, Garlic and fry in pan with mince. 3. Whilst frying, mash your avocado and get cheese ready. 4. When Nachos are ready, place in bowl and add contents of pan onto the Nachos. 5. Top with Cheese, Avocado and anything else you fancy! (Sour Cream would also go well!)

Saturday Morning French Toast 😍 Recipe⬇️ Love having more time on the weekends to make breakfasts like this one🔥 ➖ Ingredients: Wholemeal or White Bread (White is tastier, wholemeal will keep you full for longer). 1 egg. 50ml Milk. (Any type of milk works fine🙂) 20g Whey Protein (optional but adds protein and a nice flavour to toast) . Toppings! (I used Vanilla Yoghurt, Banana, Berries and Peanut Butter). ➖ Method: 1. Mix Egg, Milk and optional Whey Protein into a mixture. 2. Soak bread in Mixture and get toppings ready while soaking. 3. Fry soaked bread in pan for 2 mins on each side . 4. Put on plate and top with what ever you fancy!

Flavor them up with this BBQ chickpea recipe! ⁣ ⁣ Beans help feed your good gut bacteria, are a great source of protein, help control blood sugar and improve digestion!⁣ ⁣ BBQ Chickpeas⁣ By @theplantifulchef⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ✨I N G R E D I E N T S✨⁣ ⁣ 2tbs tomato puree ⁣ 3 tbs maple syrup ⁣ 2tsp vegan Worcester sauce⁣ 1tsp garlic puree⁣ 2tsp tamari or soy sauce ⁣ 1/2 tsp cider vinegar⁣ Pinch of salt ⁣ 1tbs of water to thin it out and a little coconut sugar after you have tasted it, you might not need it!⁣ 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and dried with a kitchen towel⁣ ⁣ ✨I N S T R U C T I O N S✨⁣ ⁣ Place chickpeas in air fryer for around 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Keep checking on them and giving them a toss around make sure they get the same amount of cooking on all sides. For the sauce, simply combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Taste it make sure it’s to your liking. Once the chickpeas are ready they should have a little crunch on the outside and still soft in the middle. Warm a little of your sauce over low heat and toss the chickpeas in there to get them nice and coated. Nothing sounded better this morning than classic stovetop oats, so here we are!😍 My fave way to cook them is to combine the oats with water, chopped banana, and cinnamon - the banana gets nice and melty.🤤 I cooked them that same way in college, so it also makes the oats taste like college memories, lol. • • Stovetop oats topped with warmed mixed berries, banana slices, and raw almonds. #oatart
