Well there is a relationship between weak or dysfunctional GM and knee, ankle, lower back and IT band injuries. And also It well make you Glutes (upper glute development) look better🙌🏾. - Why not just do the hip abduction machine? This I truly believe is far more superior and more natural when compared that machine. Muscle activation in the well within 80-90% or more! - Hip abduction machine- 1. You have to load it a lot more to feel anything. 2. You’re using the interior hip muscles more that anything else. So if u feel pain inside the hips thats what your feeling... Not a necessarily bad thing but You can’t see those muscles in the mirror. 3. Limited in range of motion. 4. As I know I've posted before, salmon are so vital to our NW culture, cuisine, economy, history and on and on. What would the NW be without the King of fish? I don't want to know. But this film definitely gives me hope, and some days it's nice to get a fresh shot of that! ⠀ .⠀ Spoiler Alert...⠀ The dismantling of the Elwha Dam was completed in 2012, 70 acres of estuary have been restored, and salmon are taking back their river. Empanadas de manzana fit!! 😍🍎 Cada ves se acerca más la época Navideña y a mi las ganas de comer empanadas de manzana no se me quitan. Así que les hice estas empanadas que quedaron delis!! . . Para la masa: 1 1/2 t de harina de almendra 1 1/2 t de harina de avena 1/4 t de ghee 1/4 cucharada de sal Stevia al gusto 1 huevo Leche descremada o de almendra . . Para el relleno: 2 manzanas cocidas Canela Stevia Todo a la licuadora y listo . . . Ahora si!! Mezcle las dos harinas más la sal, derretí el ghee e incorpore el ghee y el huevo a la mezcla. Luego fui incorporando la leche hasta tener una masa suave. La verdad esta masa no es como cualquiera, es un tanto difícil de manejar por el tipo de harina que estamos utilizando así que necesitas una bolsa para aplanar las bolitas y formal la empanada. No la deje reposar la masa,cuando termine de mezclar todos los ingredientes comencé a formar las bolitas de maza, aplane, coloque una cucharada del puré de manzana l cerré con ayuda de la bolsa y las coloqué en una charola sin engrasar. Não precisa ter medo de comer carboidratos, desde que saiba o quanto você precisa, fontes para o seu caso e os melhores horários para seu objetivo ⠀ Pela propagação errônea, o leigo acha que se comer uma colher de arroz já engorda. Não é assim. Vou abordar resumidamente o que acontece quando você come carboidratos. ⠀ Quando você ingere o carbo, a glicose que irá entrar na circulação pelo sistema porta, chega ao fígado, entra nos hepatócitos (células do fígado) onde será estocada em boa parte na forma de glicogênio (reserva de energia). Uma outra parte da glicose (carbo) ingerido irá passar para a circulação sistêmica, e será utilizada por diversos tecidos. O músculo esquelético armazena uma boa quantidade dessa glicose ingerida na forma de glicogênio, para usar como energia em determinados momentos. O cérebro é um grande consumidor dessa glicose plasmática, visto que faz um uso praticamente exclusivo dela como combustível e o mesmo não possui reservas de glicogênio ⠀ No tecido adiposo, caso haja excesso dessa ingestão, serão ativadas as vias para a síntese de triglicerídeos. ⠀ Então veja, que se consumido da maneira correta, o carboidrato será uma moeda importante para gerar e estocar energia, sem acumular gordura. Did You Know Thursday!!! . Vitamin- Multi-vitamins . What is it? "Multivitamins are supplements that contain many different vitamins and minerals, sometimes along with other ingredients" . ***NOTE There is no real standard about what constitutes a multivitamin. . Why do we need it? As per our the other emails, we know how important Vitamins are for us and yes we should get them from food but can also get them from supplementing. . Should I supplement this? In my option, it would be an easier way then taking 13 different pills a day, as long as you understand that there is no real standard about what constitutes a multivitamin. between brand to brand. Always read the label. . So what's the takeaway? There is definitely evidence out there showing health benefits to supplementing vitamin’s, should we take a multi, sure just make sure you are not having too much Fat-soluble vitamins as we know too much iron can kill us.

Recipe #2 Growing up, I remember stuffing from Pepperidge Farm all over every grocery store, sometimes even sold out days before Thanksgiving. This stuff is still around and you should stay far, far away from it! The name is so misleading!! Just cause it says “farm” on the package and has a fancy label doesn’t make it more gourmet or natural than anything else. These are the ingredients 👇👇 Unbromated Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour [Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid], Vegetable Oils (Canola, Sunflower and/Or Soybean), Nonfat Milk, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Contain 2% Or Less of: Yeast, Spices, Calcium Propionate ( to Retard Spoilage), Onion Powder and Parsley 😬 It’s amazing how processed this stuffing mix is, they contain all sorts of health sabotaging ingredients 👉High Fructose Corn Syrup (GMO REFINED SUGAR), Partially Hydrogenated Oil (TRANSFAT) and Preservatives (INFLAMMATORIES)! Yuck! 🤮 Choosing to use a pre-packaged stuffing mix like this is basically like saying to your family and friends “I give thanks to you here’s to having a shorter disease filled life!” 😬💀 Whenever you buy something prepackaged ALWAYS look at the ingredients so you know what you are buying.🛒🥬🥒 🍞Healthy vegan cornbread stuffing 🦃 Ingredients 2 cups of yellow corn meal 1 cup of spelt flour 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar 2 tsp of maple syrup ⅓ cup of melted coconut oil ½ tsp of sea salt 2 tsp baking powder 📝Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a large (9×13) baking dish with parchment paper or coat bottom of pan with a small amount of coconut oil. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk and vinegar Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to almond milk mixture and stir rapidly for 2 minutes until a foam and bubbles start to develop (approximately 2 mins) Slowly combine dry and wet ingredients together and until mixed in large bowl Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30-35 mins Notes Stays fresh in an air tight container for up to 3 days. Eat

Rosemary parsnip fries 🍟 ⠀⠀ The goods: • parsnips, cut into wedges • @chosenfoods avocado oil • fresh rosemary • sea salt ⠀⠀ How to: • Lay parsnips across baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. 191121 #누랑_식단 #누랑_아침 #누랑_햇살 - 매일 매일 봐도 질리지 않는 햇살 맛집의 부입니다. 티엠아이지만 24년동안 이런 풍경을 보면서 산속에서 사는 것 같은 느낌이라서 너무 좋습니다 깔깔 낙엽이 다 떨어지면은 이 뷰도 못 볼 거니까 그 전까지 아주 뽕을 뽑을거예요😏 어제 저녁 약속가서 감자탕 먹으면서 고기 한덩이 먹고 만두랑 사리 조금 먹고 볶음밥은 안 먹어서 너무 뿌듯합니다! 어제 점심 공복 때문인지 체중도 줄었구 집 와서 필라테스랑 유산소랑 스트레칭까지 채워주니까 더 푹 자는 느낌인거 있죠? 아침에도 일어나서 스트레칭에 스쿼트까지하고 후다닥 아침이랑 밀프렙 챙겼구요 🥰 - 아침 챙기면서 동생한테도 사과 깎아주고 엄마도 챙겨드리고 뿌듯합니다 아주우~! 어제보다는 넣은 게 없는 것 같은데 왜 자꾸 흘러넘치는건지ㅋㅋㅋㅋ두유 100ml밖에 안 넣었어요,, 그런데도 배가 부른 매직입니다,, 파인애플에 사과에 계란에,, 계란때문에 그런가..? 플레인 요거트도 바닥을 보이구요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ사야겠어.. 검은콩 두유랑 홍시랑 먹을까 했더니 인상쓰는 엄마 덕분에 홍시는 또 후숙 중입니다ㅋㅋㅋ오늘 점심은 어제 해주신 된찌라서 행복한데 아침부터 카레랑 잡채를 해놓으시면은 저의 내일 점심은 그것으로 정합니다 사랑해요 엄ㅁㅏ..♥️ 오늘 좀 길었는데 일찍 나와서 등교길이 여유롭다보니 주저리 주저리 써봤네요 히히 이틀만 일하면 되니까 다들 힘내자구요🤘🏻 - ✔️#나인웨어 #나인웨어x미니 (@nineware.official)

Current condition. I’ve finally experienced cupping massage Yesterday & all I can say is that it felt incredible. After an hectic 80 hour week at work & with my training sessions on top of it... I was dealing with neck stiffness & my glute/ham injury was still bothering me. 24 hours after the first treatment, I feel so much better & so much less pressure on my body. Thank you @massotherapie_sportive_mcl for your professional work & your magic 🖤 I’ll definitely repeat the experience.

Taco bowl for lunch 🥑🌮 • • Had tacos for dinner last night that were bomb dot com so today I wanted more tacos but instead of tortillas I had some rice I needed to use so I threw this little gem together! ➰ Invisible poire et chocolat ➰ Hello mes petits loups 😊, on se réveille avec cette petite merveille, je sais que vous adore quand je vous poste une recette d’invisible aussi bien salé que sucré.😋 Pour ce matin, j’ai opté pour une version poire-chocolat avec des amandes par dessus ! Et bien, il est très bon ! 😅😋 🍴Pour la recette, il vous faut : 2 oeuf, 70 gr de farine, 100 ml de lait demi-écrémé, 1 sachet de levure, 50 gr de sucre roux, 30 gr de chocolat noir et 6 poires. Couper en fine lamelles les poires, mélanger farine, sucre, levure, œuf, lait ensemble. Intégrer les poires dans la pâte et couper des morceaux de chocolat et parsemer d’amandes. Enfourner pour 45 minutes à 180 degrés. Laisser refroidir. Et déguster le lendemain ! — BAKED QUINOA Gratin de quinoa à la courge butternut 🍁 Une recette automnale à souhait, que j’adore faire en ce moment ! Ça me fait plusieurs repas et c’est déclinable toute l’année avec les légumes de votre choix. Le petit plus de ce gratin c’est la sauce “fromagère” 🧀 de cajou qui rend le tout fondant et absolument pas sec ! L’essayer c’est l’adopter 😉 Pour un plat à gratin : verser 180g de quinoa cru dans votre plat, ajouter de l’ail semoule, du poivre, sel et de la levure maltée. Recouvrir de 450 ml de bouillon de légumes et 100ml de crème de cajou (mixer 1/2 cup de cajou cru trempées avec 2 cup d’eau chaude). Ajouter la butternut (ou autres légumes de votre choix) coupées en cubes, mélanger le tout. Saupoudrez de levure maltée et cuire 50 minutes à 180 degrés. Rezept: • In einer Pfanne Fett erhitzen, darin 1 Zwiebel, 1 Knobi Zehe und Katenschinkenwürfel anbraten • vom Rosenkohl die äußeren Blätter entfernen und unten kreuzförmig einschneiden, in Salzwasser bissfest kochen • Nudeln kochen • Rosenkohl & Pasta in die Pfanne geben, würzen mit Muskat und Pfeffer • genießen 😌 . .
