Find your workout buddy 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️ • Well we were actually competing here, this is my ‘I’ll take you downnnn’ death stare 💁🏼‍♀️😂 • From playing sports 🏑 & always having the team to push me harder or make me do fitness - trust me I was once called #ihatehockeymaxey and hated all things fitness!! • Classes really changed my reason and perspective on fitness, never one to just train for the way I look, I need that why, the what am I doing this for? 🤔 • Being in a studio surrounded by 20+ other people all fighting to give it their best motivates me to take my training to the next level. If you’re stuck in a rut, grab a friend, or go throw yourself into a class and look around - you will all be in it together, all feeling the same - sweating, slightly dying together for that magic after feeling! Classes create that squad unity that you don’t get in this fast paced life - I even dare you to chat to the instructor or your fellow class goers 🙌🏻🔥

The weights are totally optional so all of these can be done with just body weight as well. 👉this week has been a struggle for me in the energy and motivation department because baby Matix hasn’t been sleeping well which means I haven’t been sleeping well😒. So, I seriously put on that dinosaur shirt and thought, I’m just going to have fun and do things the way I want today.. and it worked! I’m such a child😆. . * Did 3 rounds of this and rested when needed. . •8-10x ninja jumps to weighted(or non weighted) squat. (Modification shown)make sure to warm your knees up good before this one. . •5x each leg- negative pistol to rotation and 1 leg squat up . •10x rotating squat to lunge (each squat=1) . •15x each side- kneeling donkey kick (squeeze the weight between hamstring and calf to hold in place.
