For how long should we use TRS?⁣ ⁣ 🔸 It is recommended to use Advanced TRS for a minimum of 6 months (6 bottles) to see significant gains and health improvements but it's a completely individual process. ⁣ ⁣ For some first positive gains comes within the first month or even days, for others it takes longer. It’s been officially 11 months since I started my weight loss journey! 🎉 I’m down almost 150lbs and feel like a new person. I’ve always let my weight be an excuse to hold me back from basically everything. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my entire life because I’m actually living my life. I know I sound like a fucking broken record but it is so much more than the number on the scale!! in my newest youtube video about pregnancy prep, I chat about daily detox strategies that are non-negotiable’s for me. I take detoxing very seriously after all that I’ve gone through with my gut/hormone health. yes our bodies detox on their own BUT the amount of chemicals and toxins we are exposed to in a 30-day period is more than our grandparents were in their lifetime. yikes 😳 our bodies need EXTRA elimination support from our toxic world (air, water, foods we eat, cleaning & beauty products, clothing, furniture, construction, lawn care, etc.) DAILY DETOX TIPS: ✔️ Clean, filtered water - we use a Berkey water filter in our home and it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made as tap water can contain bacteria, viruses, parasites and pharmacology ✔️ Sweat - whether from exercise or the sauna, your body needs to sweat! It acts as an elimination pathway for toxins to GET OUT ✔️ Whole food plant based diet - to keep things moving and support your bodily systems with a variety of REAL micronutrients so it can do it’s thing. leafy greens, veggies, healthy fats, lots of fruit and citrus, gluten free grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. also probiotic-rich foods like raw sauerkraut and kimchi to support the good bacteria ✔️ Love your liver - with beets, kale, dandelion tea, milk thistle, vitamin c (I use sodium ascorbate powder from Nutribiotic) because it acts as a binder and your immune system loves it. I also add lemon/lime essential oil to my morning water. Also rarely drink booze anymore (a couple times a month!) ✔️ Quality Sleep - your body does some major detoxing while you are catching some ZZZ’s! I felt the need to post this as a reminder to those of your who are going balls-to-the-wall right now, working towards your New Years Resolutions. I so greatly admire anyone who sets a goal and then does everything possible to ensure that they reach it. BUT the actions that you’re taking need to make sense. Sleep is when you detoxify. Sleep is when you recover. Sleep is when you repair. GET TO FREAKIN SLEEP! And if you can ensure that the hours of 11pm-3am are included in your 7-9 hours of sleep each night, you’re setting yourself up to optimize your body’s primary detox hours! I’m speaking from the scientific standpoint, as well as from personal experience, when I say that if you do not prioritize your sleep, you WILL burn yourself out. You WILL accrue more stress. You WILL NOT reap the results (or the healing) that you’re busting your ass for. When you cut your sleep short, you cut your results short. End of story👌🏼 . Graphic: @keepyourkefi

ENG⤵️Tarta z musem jabłkowym raz jeszcze bo dobrymi przepisami trzeba się dzielić. 🙃 Przepis: Spód : 300 g maki orkiszowej 50 g cukru kokosowego 3 łyżki ziaren konopii @suncorefoods 125 g margaryny, masła chłodnego 2 łyżki jogurtu 2 łyżki wody Mus: 500 g jabłek 50 g cukru 1 łyżeczka cynamonu 1 łyżeczka agar agar lub 6 g żelatyny 30 ml wody 120 g jogurtu ( kokosowego, sojowego , greckiego ) Dekoracja : 4 jabłka pokroić na bardzo cienkie plasterki , . Wszystkie składniki na ciasto kruche przełożyć do robota i wyrobić lub zagnieść rękoma , krótko do połączenia składników. Zawinąć w folie i odłożyć na godz do lodówki . Wyjąc z lodówki i Rozwałkować na gr 0,5 cm i przełożyć do tortownicy natłuszczonej. Piec 20 min w 180st. do złotego koloru Mus: Jabłka przekroić na 4 części , wyjąc gniazda , posypać cukrem i cynamonem i upiec 30 min 160 st. Przełożyć do naczynia i zmiksować na krem . Dodać jogurt i agar ( rozpuszczony w wodzie i zagotowany) lub żelatynę ( namoczoną przez 10 min w wodzie, następnie podgrzaną by się rozpuściła) i zmiksować . Wylać na wystygnięty spód i wstawić na 2 godz do lodówki . Ozdobić kawałkami jabłek . . ENG Vegan tart with apple mousse and apple roses once again 😋 because yummy recipes should be shared🙃 Crust : 300g spelt flour 50 g coconut sugar 3 tbsp hemp seeds @suncorefoods 125 g margarine 2 tbsp yoghurt 2 tbsp water Filling: 500 g apples 50 g coconut sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp agar agar 20 ml water 120 g yoghurt Décoration: 4 apples Grease a tart tin. Set aside. In a food processor add crust ingredients and pulse to combined. Refrigerate for 1 h . Preheat the oven to 180c . Firmly press the dough into bottom and up the side of tart tin. Bake for 20 min until crust is golden brown. Let it cool. Apple mousse: Cut the apples on 4 , remove the seeds and sprinkle them with sugar, cinnamon and bake in 160c for 30 minutes. Blend them. Add the agar agar into the water and boil. Add to the apples and blend. Pour the mousse into the crust. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and than decorate with apples .
