A fun quad and Ab session created for me by @fizzy_don Such a great session, my legs were still sore from my last workout so this was pretty tough.😅😅 - - The gym sensei that is @fizzy_don even invented a brand new ab workout that we tried out and eventually got the hang off. 💪🏼 😂😂 #gettingcreative 😋 They were TOUGH and I felt my abs really working on these.. - - Love these sessions, fitness can get a bit repetitive so mixing it up and making it fun is always a good way to keep it exciting and help you stick to your goals. Workout below 👇🏼👇🏼 - - 1️⃣ Ski machine for 5-10 minutes to warm up the whole body. 2️⃣ Bulgarian split squats 3️⃣ Leg extensions 4️⃣ Cable machine, Crab crunches ( new creation, and this is what he has named them 😂) so hard and i could feel the burn on my abs, legs and all over! 🥵 5️⃣ Bosu ball Russian twists. Fell off a few times but loved these! 6️⃣ Leg push downs. Everything is so ridiculously easy for this golden girl! She has just the right mindset to take on anything and Excel at it, you know, like the grade A students that just looks at a task or text and know it 😁 She sure makes me look like a good trainer, but I tell you now -its all Meyja! #day19 of #dedicate30dayyogajourney completed with #listen This was a fairly gentle practice focussing on listening to our breath! Calorie burn reflects! 2 absolutely killer workouts today. Almost 2 hours of active movement today and right now I’m feeling amazing. • Glasklare Kommunikation: Es macht Sinn die Übung mittels Clickertraining zu erarbeiten, denn durch den Klick kann man genau den Moment markieren, den man belohnen will. Das Pferd weiß dann ganz genau was es richtig gemacht hat und weiß, dass es dafür gleich sein Leckerli bekommt. Außerdem sollte es die Übung freiwillig machen und ganz ohne Druck. Das Pferd soll lernen, seinen Körper selbst zu organisieren und lernen, sich ohne Hilfsmittel zu balancieren und gesund zu tragen. Nur dann hat die Übung den erwünschten Effekt und hilft dem Pferd im Alltag, auch wenn wir nicht anwesend sind. Positive Verstärkung lässt uns dem Pferd bei diesen Übungen ein gewisses Gefühl von Autonomie vermitteln. Dadurch steigt die intrinsische Motivation (Eigenmotivation). Die "Proud posture" zu entwickeln, ist viel schwieriger und in der Regel unmöglich, wenn das Pferd angespannt, versteift ist oder dem ausgeübten Druck standhält. Damit das Pferd lernen kann, seine Körperhaltung zu entwickeln und sich selbst auszubalancieren, müssen wir alles vermeiden, was das Pferd negativ beeinflusst. Da wir also keinen Druck ausüben können, bedeutet das, dass eine andere Art der Kommunikation benötigt wird. Der Clicker ist ein super Instrument um miteinander zu kommunizieren und zu motivieren. Es ist nicht möglich, dem Pferd einen Leckerli während der Bewegung in den Mund zu werfen, also müssen wir warten, bis es steht. Ohne den Clicker wird das Pferd davon ausgehen, dass es einen Leckerli nicht für den Trab bekommt, sondern dafür, dass es steht. Ohne eine "Brücke" ist es fast unmöglich zu erwarten, dass ein Tier versteht, dass das Goodie, eigentlich für etwas ganz anderes ist, das es früher gemacht hat. Der Clicker ist die „Brücke", die uns diese Präzision und Klarheit gibt. Wir klickern übrigens alle mit unserer Zunge! • _____ Jaa auch Suerto und ich haben Einheiten, in denen er wenig „Go“ hat. 🌟 Das heißt aber nicht, dass er sich nicht anstrengt. Es ist lediglich wichtig sich immer an das jeweilige Training und die körperliche Verfassung anzupassen. 🙈 _____ An solchen Tagen können wir immer ganz toll am Ablegen, den crunches und Variationen üben. 😁 _____ Ich denke viele sind oft frustriert, dass ihr Pferd so unmotiviert ist... aber heißt wenig action = ein unmotiviertes Pferd? Meiner Meinung nach nein! Mit dieser Einstellung kann man nämlich viel konzentrierter und feiner arbeiten, als wenn sie wie kleine Flummis über den Platz hüpfen. 🥳😂 Glaubt mir - wir kamen an diesem Tag kaum von der Stelle, aber er war sooo motiviert seine challenges zu lösen! Es geht also nicht immer um viel power, Tempo etc... sondern um die Anstrengung, die das Pferd auch in solch „unspektakulären“ Aufgaben steckt. 🙂 _____ Bei uns ist das Wetter einfach traumhaft heute! Also gehen wir gleich eine richtig schöne Runde raus 🤩... ein schönes Wochenende ihr lieben!

So, ich wage mich jetzt einfach mal an das heikle Thema und starte mit einer reinen Erklärung zu den Lektionen, gerade für diejenigen, die sich noch nicht so intensiv damit auseinander gesetzt haben. Ich hoffe, damit eine konstruktive, immer freundliche Diskussion anregen zu können mit gegenseitigem Verständnis für die verschiedenen Standpunkte. 🙏 . ⚜️ Der Schulhalt: eine scheinbar längst vergessene Lektion, die fast nur noch in Kreisen der akademischen/klassischen Reitkunst gelehrt wird. Der Schulhalt entsteht aus der Versammlung und kann gleichzeitig ein Weg dort hin sein. In der Regel wird er an der Hand vorgearbeitet und wird erst dann unterm Sattel gefestigt. Das Pferd beugt die Hanken und setzt die Hüfte tief. Es bringt über Anspannung der Bauchmuskeln sehr reell den Rücken nach oben. Jedoch wird nicht nur die LWS angehoben, sondern auch der Brustkorb, folglich der Wiederrist. Das Pferd wird vorn groß, hinten klein. Es nimmt so viel Last auf die Hinterhand, bis folglich die Vorhand so leicht wird und ein Bein sogar angehoben werden kann. Die Übung trainiert die 'den Menschen tragende' Muskulatur und zeigt dem Pferd einen Weg, den Reiter sinnvoll tragen zu können. Der Schulhalt ist ein langer Prozess des Lernens, den man regelmäßig reflektieren und überprüfen muss, um nicht eine falsche Abzweigung zu nehmen. Er kann von jedem (gesunden) Pferd erlernt werden, auch wenn sich bestimmte Exterieure natürlich immer leichter tun werden. . ⚜️ Der Crunch - und ich möchte den Crunch bitte weitestgehend auf die körperliche Ebene herunterbrechen und spreche auch bewusst nicht über Intrinzen, da dieser Vergleich verständlicherweise zu weit führen würde, bitte seht mir das nach. Der Crunch hat an sich ein ähnliches, aber nicht gleiches Ziel. Im Crunch soll der Wiederrist des Pferdes so weit wie möglich angehoben werden. Dabei soll sich das Pferd selbst organisieren und eine stabile Ausgangsposition für folgende Bewegungen finden. Es geht um keinen 'reiterlichen Hintergedanken'. Auch der Crunch ist eine sehr anspruchsvolle Aufgabe für Pferd und Mensch, der einen langen Prozess der Entwicklung nach sich zieht. . ⬇️ Fortsetzung ⬇️

Wieder daa💁🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️✨🎉 Soo, nach dieser kleinen Instapause wird es hier hoffentlich wieder aktiver:P • Ich bin gestern aus dem Skiurlaub wiedergekommen und war heute bei meiner Knutschkugel😙Wir haben ein bisschen Handarbeit gemacht und er war echt gut🥰 Etwas übereifrig am Anfang, sodass ich echt aufpassen musste, nicht seine Schulter zu berühren, weil er mir sonst direkt den Spanischenschritt angeboten hätte😅 Der kleine Mann hat mir nach ein paar Tempiwechseln dann auch noch gezeigt, wie schön er traben kann😌😊 Mitteltrab an der Hand hatte ich eigentlich noch nie versucht, aber wir werden es jetzt weiter ausbauen💗 Ich möchte jetzt unbedingt wieder ein paar Unterrichtsstunden nehmen, um ihm feinere und korrekte Hilfen zugeben! Ich liebe es einfach, meine erzielten Fortschritte zu messen. Ich musste mich letztes Jahr meiner mittlerweile 3. Knie-OP unterziehen. Das rechte Bild stellt das Resultat nach genau einem Jahr dar. Es hat mich unnormal viel an Energie, Zeit, Geduld, Opfer und Kraft gekostet um diesen Kontrast überhaupt möglich zu machen. Das alles war für mich während diesem ganzen Prozess aber eher irrelevant und ganz selbstverständlich, denn das wusste ich bereits schon aus meinen vorherigen Verletzungen und OPs. Mein bedingungsloser Wille, wieder ein Knie zu haben, dass in jeder Hinsicht vollständig funktionsfähig ist, und mein fester Glaube an Allah, dass alles im Leben einen Grund hat und ich verdammt nochmal mein Schicksal selbst in die Hand nehmen MUSS, waren die wesentlichen Parameter, die mir das Ganze überhaupt erst ermöglichten. Aber ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, ich bin froh und sehr dankbar für alles, was mir bis jetzt (bzgl. Knie) im Leben widerfahren ist. Die ganzen Ereignisse haben nämlich einen extrem positiven Einfluss auf meine Persönlichkeit und gaben mir die Möglichkeit ein besseres und gesünderes Mindset aufzubauen. Ich habe gelernt, unerwartete Schicksalsschläge zu akzeptieren, gelernt mich in den daraus resultierenden Situationen besser abzufinden, sofort nach einem neuen Weg zu suchen. In jeder Lebenssituation liegt alles immer in eigener Hand. Man darf nicht jammern und sich über Dies oder Jenes beschweren. Das bringt einen nicht weiter im Leben! Hätte ich mich nur beschwert, dann wäre mein Knie jetzt in einem richtig schei* Zustand. Aber man muss immer im Hinterkopf beihalten, dass nichts von heute auf morgen geht. Alles Tolle braucht zu jeder Zeit riiiiiiiichtig viel Geduld, immer STEP BY STEP, das Ziel, jeden Tag besser wie das ICH von gestern zu sein. Ich wollte mit diesem Text Dich eigentlich nur dazu motivieren, dass Du bei der Sache was tust, immer 120% gibst, egal was es ist. Wenn Du Träume hast dann kämpfe dafür! Mit dem Bild wollte ich Dir beweisen, dass alles möglich ist. Ich war schon vor der OP fest davon überzeugt, dass ich es schaffen werden, obwohl die Zukunft nichts voraussehbares ist. So kannst und wirst es auch DU schaffen!!! 🙌💯🔝💪
