The most brutal Battle Rope exercise I would recommend to finish your Triceps and Abs workout. I call them FLUTTER CRUSHERS. Yes they look intense but once you find the correct rhythm it will look and feel a lot smoother. Perform 3 sets of 30sec with 45 to 60 Sec rest between each sets. Always progress gradually.
