Ráno bez filtru…ale filtrovanou kávu mám! V kolik běžně ráno vstáváte? Já v rozmezí 6:30 - 7:30 a tak teď pociťuji, jak je světlo čím dále později. Žádný zesvětlující filtr, realita je zkrátka taková. Snažím se stejným způsobem přistupovat i k životu. Bez filtru. Nekoukám nikomu do talíře a nehodnotím jestli má více či méně. Prožívám si svůj život tak, jak je. Někdy je to náročné zkoordinovat s okolím, protože ne vždy bude někdo sdílet s námi naší radost nebo smutek. HOW MUCH WEIGHT SHOULD YOU BE LIFTING? . . Knowing which weights to use for your workouts can sometimes get confusing. The heaviness of your weights will depend on your current strength and level of fitness. A good indication you’re using the correct weight for you will be feeling a good burn during the last few reps of each set. For example, if you’ve got 10 reps of an exercise to complete, rep 8, 9 and 10 should be bringing a feeling of heat and challenge to the muscle it’s working. If you could easily push out another 4-5 reps at the end of a set, try increasing your weight. If you get to rep 6 or 7 and you can’t complete any more without your form and technique going out the window, decrease your weight! It can be tricky to get the load right at the beginning, but once you understand the exercises, technique and difficulty, you should be better able to select the right weight for you. Start slow and build up your weight level! You don’t want to lose form but you still want to feel tired after the workout. Find a happy medium and go from there! Stepping out of your comfort zone.. . Deep down we are all afraid. The fear of rejection is one of our deepest human fears. We are biologically wired with a longing to belong. However this longing to belong is what holds us back from really connecting as it keeps us limited to our comfort-zones .We Hang around with the same people doing the same things day in day out never really venturing outside the comfort zone. . When you choose to travel alone or go anywhere on your own you are in a vulnerable place, you risk that others may not like you, may not accept you etc etc.. but in most cases everything you ever wanted exists outside of the comfortzone. . Extremer Blähbauch, wenn ich unter Hektik esse & vor allem das Essen nicht genieße, weil ich mir keine Zeit genommen habe 🤢 Ich möchte damit keinem die Unverträglichkeiten ausreden, aber ihr könnt ja mal drauf achten: - wie ihr esst - wie viel Stress ihr habt - ob ihr Euch regelmäßig MODERAT bewegt - ob ihr sehr enge Hosen tragt Im nächsten Schritt kann man sich dann anschauen, wie ihr einzelne Lebensmittel vertragt & ob man evtl. was an der Zusammensetzung der Mahlzeiten ändern kann. Ich weiß, dass es natürlich noch andere Faktoren gibt die eine Rolle spielen. Trotzdem ist das eine der häufigsten & wird immer noch etwas unterschätzt! Countdown Workout! (Swipe for each Move!) #fbf Me and my whole family got sick this week so I didn’t get to do my planned workouts. This was a really fun one from a few years ago and I think I’ll attempt it this weekend! 👉Tag a friend that likes a challenge and if you do it then comment with your time and I’ll let you know mine in stories when I do it😁 . *Start with 10 of each move and then when round is complete, do 9 of each, 8, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Rest when needed and time yourself so you can beat it next time! It took me about 26 min. The first time I did it. . •five bomber with wall jump (you can take out wall jump to modify or even replace the move with push ups. You do t hav to down as far in the dive bomber as me. Do whatever you can) . •wide squat jump to jump with weighted arm extension ( I used 8-10 lbs.) . •planche tucks . •knee up downs with tuck jump- take out tuck jump and replace with a squat jump to modify. Or no jump at all) . . . You got this!!
