The day after Judgment Day 🇵🇱 _________________________________________ Terminator Dark Fate to zdecydowanie najlepsza odsłona serii po Terminatorze 2 Dniu Sądu z 1991 roku! 👏🏼 Do serii wraca po wielu latach Linda Hamilton w roli Sary Connor i wypada całkiem dobrze. W filmie oczywiście nie mogło zabraknąć @schwarzenegger w roli T-800 i to w takim kierunku poszli z jego postacią jest bardzo interesujące. Moją uwagę jednak przykuła #mackenziedavis 😍 dziewczyna ma to coś w sobie 😏 (pokochalem ją od filmu @bladerunnermovie) Mackenzie Davis gra tutaj postać o imieniu Grace (jest najlepszym kreatywnym elementem tego filmu) która ma za zadanie chronić Dani Ramos, w tej roli @nataliareyesg (połączenie Sarahy Connor i Johna Connor) W filmie pojawia się też nowy terminator REV-9 grany przez @iamgabrielluna i wypada nieźle. Dużym plusem nowego Terminatora jest to, że wraca do korzeni i jest to film z kategorią wiekową "R" 🤬👏🏼 Żeby było jasne Mrocznemu Przeznaczeniu daleko do idealnego filmu, daleko też do kultowych już T1 i T2:Judgment Day (najlepszy z serii ♥) Podsumowując. Mroczne Przeznaczenie to bardzo dobry film akcji 💥 i tyle. Nie szukajcie tutaj logiki itp. Как правильно качаться 😈 Регулярно вижу примеры того, как люди в спортзалах выполняют просто "бездумное механическое повторное движения", которое увидели в интернете или просто в спортзале, чаще всего такой подход приносит не результат, а только травмы и разочарования от того, что прогресса нет😟 и как итог человек решает что "не его это" и бросает гиблое дело😔 Начнем с того что: 1. Ты должен разобраться на какую именно мышечную группу воздействует данное упражнение 💪 2. Включить голову и во время подхода думать о тех мышцах, которые ты нагружаешь. Стараться максимально их почувствовать!🤨 зажать, продавить, сделать так чтоб они горели адским огнем😈 3. РАБОТАТЬ ВСЕГДА НА МЯСЕ😃 в обе амплитуды⏫⏬ Наши мышцы необходимо нагружать не только в стадии сокращения, но и подконтрольного растяжения! Это означает - НЕ РОНЯТЬ СНАРЯД, а плавно проводить в его исходную точку не переставая чувствовать мышечную группу на которую воздействует упражнение!!! Пропускаешь негативную фазу упражнения? - теряешь половину от эффективности упражнения 😲 4. До конца выполнения упражнения выдерживать идеальную технику! Выдерживать одинаковый ритм упражнения независимо от того как "горят" мышцы во время подхода! Читинг можно использовать, только в конце подхода, когда без него уже просто невозможно доработать упражнение! 😉 Думай во время тренировки! Ищи те упражнения которые будут взрывать твои мышцы от напряжения и пампинга! Не жалей себя!
