Don’t get me wrong I still have loose skin on my back around my bra band, to the point that if I had spare money and time off work I would consider getting it removed. Almost all conflict in life comes from mismatched or unfulfilled expectations. When you declare your intent and make a plan things will always run more smoothly.
Every Sunday I take time in the morning quiet while my family is still asleep to plan for the week ahead. Health plans, business plans, and family plans. Life can be overwhelming if we let it. Wife, mom, and entrepreneur duties can either become a burden or a blessing and I want them to feel more like a blessing. Since I have my plans in place it won’t be a guessing game of which things actually get done this week, and I will be able to experience more joy in each of them. Now don’t get me wrong.... I’ll forget a few things in the mix and a few F bombs will be dropped as I’m trying to navigate the chaos that is our daily life, but when most of it it planned out I can breathe easier. 😉

We all start somewhere😊 My advice for beginners, take it a day at a time. What I’m doing now, with 2 hour workouts and a strict meal plan could be a little intense. A reminder that my current goal is to compete in bikini, so I’m training way harder than I was at the very beginning of my journey. Come up with a routine that works for YOU! You can start by quitting soda, do some cardio, make it your goal to burn X amount of calories in every workout👍🏻 My goal when I first started was to burn 500 calories on the treadmill🤗 You guys can do this! I truly believe in you!! If I did this, SO CAN YOU! ❤️
