Seguro puedes cargar mucho peso pero el Rack Pull es un ejercicio que trabaja toda la espalda. Tua hombros no deben pasar por enfrente de tu tronco, aunque la posición de tu espalda baja sea correcta. Puedes lesionar tu hombro, bíceps o incluso el sistema nervioso de tus hombros y brazos. ❌. ✔️Segundo video: Nota como los romboides, trapecio, dorsal y todos los inter-escapulares tienen que JALAR la barra. Tri...prefix meaning for 3 right? This is why they call the muscle triceps as there are 3 heads to the triceps: Long, medial, and short head. Same goes with biceps and quads, two heads to the biceps and 4 heads to the quadriceps. It is important to know this when exercising these muscle groups so one can get the most out of their workouts. Learning anything takes practice. Day 3 of a new program focused primarily on Barbell work. I’m comfortable with kettlebells! LOVE THEM if I’m be honest. Barbells however, are foreign and new. From my experience in the gym, free weight exercises are more effective than machine exercises to gain more muscle. Since the past few weeks I have switched to just free weight and bodyweight exercises and the results are better than before.💯 . Barbell row is one such exercise. Rows really help to increase strength and form for squats and deadlifts. . Important thing to keep in mind: Your elbows should NOT flare while performing your reps. If they do, the weight is too heavy. Your elbows should be tight and close to your body.✔️ . Here’s the result of yesterday work. Got crushed 3 times by 235lb, which just so happened to have been my previous best. Nonetheless, finally hit it on the 4th shot, then decided to try for 240lb. Maybe not the smartest move but whatever, got a new personal best 🤷🏼‍♂️ .
