With all this craziness and current events going on you must still focus on keeping your mental game strong and also keep in mind your mental health.⠀ .⠀ I know this ain’t no professional boxing and I’m sure my buddy @ragazzinobryant Could critique me very heavily😉👌 (since he does have some training)⠀ But anyway the point I’m trying to get at is Just spending at least 10 to 15 minutes a day to elevate your heart rate and doing some active form of exercise. Weather it is going on a walk shadow boxing like I’m doing or jumping rope. It doesn’t matter for the most part what it is just as long as you get that 10 to 15 minutes in. Long ball training - simple AF...but EFFECTIVE⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Set up a goal or marker 30 - 50 meters away. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Ping the ball towards the target. ⁠⠀ Jog to collect the ball⁠⠀ Dribble back⁠⠀ Repeat 50x⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Make sure to warm up before hand. 🚩Do this for a full body exercise Beginner to advanced⠀ .⠀ 🏴 The thruster exercise has many capabilities in this case I am using it as a fat loss exercise.⠀ 🚩As mentioned the thruster is a great exercise but for somebody just starting out it’s probably not the best Idea to hop right in it😉 get it😂.⠀ .⠀ 🏴 but all jokes aside➡️ it’s important to note that proper Exercise progression is key. Beginner to advanced it doesn’t matter where you start the focus needs to be quality of reps. ⠀ .⠀ 🚩While keeping quality reps in mind it’s also important to note that the rep set Count doesn’t matter. Why? Because with the focus on quality reps your rep range will vary based upon fitness level and how hard you push yourself. So if I said do 3 sets of 12 in the first set you did all 12 the second round you can only do 10 reps and the third set you could Barely do 7 but you gave it your all. ⠀ .⠀ 🏴Yes you didn’t hit the exact number of prescribed reps But the quality was there you gave it your all And you pushed yourself. All those reps you just did counted and none of them were wasted therefore they were all quality reps💪⠀ .⠀ 🚩So With all that in mind comment and let me know if you learned anything? Band & Ball workout ✨. Never underestimate the burn of the band & ball 😆. I added this onto the end of my reformer workout I did today, but it’s great on its online too. Complete 4-5 rounds. • Press with calf raise & band pull apart (12 each) • Shoulder press/lateral flexion, single arm offering with circles (12 each, 4 circles each way) Do both sides! • Alternating offering with inner thigh ball squeeze (12), bent over wide row with pulses (12 each) • Squats (12), band pull apart (12), heel lift/lower (12), high half toe pulses (12)

Brain: "I have no ideas" / Body: "Just follow me"▪️That's the narrative going on over here lately...but no matter what my mind says, I roll out the mat and commit to trying a few exercises. Once I start moving, my body figures out the rest 🤸🏻‍♀️. _______ Give your body some love with this #fitball set! The first video shows all exercises sped up 🐆, swipe for individual videos. 1️⃣ Tap the ball side crunches. 2️⃣ Double leg stretch up and out. 3️⃣ Straight leg bridge to one leg rolling bridge. 4️⃣ Big side crunches. 5️⃣ Side roll + side kick. 6️⃣ Roll out swimmers (8 kicks per roll). 7️⃣ Roll out 5 count planks. 8️⃣ Standing leg roll to kneel. 9️⃣ Up and down march with side swings. ________ Try not to worry about repetitions today! #dużapiłka ❤ Tak sobie na niej siedzę... nie z nudów czy dla zabawy🤦‍♀️ #Praca trenera, to nie tylko dobra #zabawa i to, co na sali treningowej. Praca trenera, to ciągła nauka i przygotowywanie się do zajęć. Przyznam szczerze, że to jedyny etap, za którym nie przepadam😶🤦‍♀️ Jednak trening nigdy nie będzie wystarczająco dobry, jeśli nie zostanie przemyślany i odpowiednio zaplanowany. Jestem trenerem od 11stu lat i chyba nigdy nie przyszłam na #trening nieprzygotowana. Dlaczego? 👉 Z szacunku do klienta i jego portfela 👉 Bo traktuję tą pracę poważnie i podchodzę do niej odpowiedzialnie 👉 Ponieważ #ambicja nie pozwala mi postępować inaczej 🤓 --------------------------------------------------- #piłka jest zdecydowanie moim ulubionym przyrządem do ćwiczeń ❤ i wbrew pozorom BARDZO wymagającym 💪 do tej pory pokazywałam jak wykorzystać dużą.
