The nicotine and carbon monoxide from smoking can make your arteries narrow and blood sticky. Both of these factors reduce the blood flow to your muscles and heart. This makes exercises harder than they are as you struggle to bring oxygen to places where it's needed . If one smokes more frequently, it could affect recovery as well. The blood flow stays low and there won't be as much nutrients delivered to where it's needed for muscle recovery . BACK, REAR DELTS & TRAPS WORKOUT this morning. Great pump. Give this one a try! Always remember to control the weight and the movement. You want to contract the muscle being worked on the concentric portion(in this case...the pull) and bring the weight back to the starting position with control. If you can’t control the weight, it’s too heavy. Workout as follows: 4 Sets Each Exercise with a 60-90 second rest between sets. Reps are labeled on the video. Some I do 8-12, some 12-15 and Traps are sets of 20. . 🅱🅰🅲🅺 Trabajar en casa la espalda ha sido algo difícil pero esta rutina abarca por completo la espalda y se puedes lograr con cosas que hay en la casa. Se necesita un par de sillas, un palo de escoba y algo con peso (una naleta o bolsa con cosas dentro). 『1』Chin ups : Estas variaciones trabajan más que las Australian y son perfectas para trabajar los dorsales y bíceps. 『2』Row : Toca doblar un poco la espalda y las rodillas para que los brazos queden perpendicular al cuerpo y se trabaje mejor, se deben juntar las escapulas al subir. 『3』Pull ups : no grabe las variaciones pero son las mismas que para las chin ups, trabaja aun más fuerte los dorsales y algo los trapecios, además de activar el abdomen de una forma brutal. 『4』Lower back extension : Se puede un recostar en el piso también pero al hacerse en una superficie algo elevada hay una mayor activación de los lumbares. 『5』Deadlift : para un principiante con el peso que se puede encontrar en casa este ejercicio es muy bueno peronhay que tener muy presente la técnica, es mejor practicar sin peso un tiempo. Principiantes: 1 serie Intermedios: 2-3 series Avanzados: 4 series Espero que te sirva esta rutina, ayudaria mucho que etiquetes a tus amigos que sabes que les puede servir también. How often should you increase weight when lifting? By @TNT_Fitness1 . You can throw ego lifting out of the window!! . One of the most important factors for hypertrophy is total volume. You can achieve a higher volume simply by increasing your reps and not necessarily the weight. But at some point you're going to need to increase the weight unless you want to work with ALOT of reps/sets 🤣.... . As your body acclimates to a prescribed rep and set scheme (e.g 3 sets of 8-10 reps), you’ll gain a better understanding of when a weight has become "too easy". Say you’re doing a set of 10 shoulder presses and reps 8, 9 and 10 were fairly easy and you performed the set with little to no struggle at the end. Could you have done another 1, 2 or 3 more? If so, that’s a good sign to increase weight! If you struggled with your last couple of reps with good form, then you are NOT ready to increase your weights on that particular exercise. Keep at it until those final reps start to feel easier. . As a rule, many fitness professionals will say not to increase your weight by more than 10% at a time. So if you are currently lifting 100 lbs on a barbell squat, add no more than 10 lbs. Don't be a hero, train smart and make some real gains. 💪🏿💪🏻💪🏽 . Quel type de training vous allez faire? Full body, half body ou en split car il faudra s’organiser avec les jours disponibles dans votre salle et ouiii. La réouverture des salles de sport fait apparemment débat, beaucoup n’attendent que ça et d’autres sont plus réservés car le virus risque tout de même d’être très présent surtout dans ce genre de lieu. Bon today c’était journée dos biceps et franchement ça c’est plutôt pas mal.
