Pendlay Row 💪 Na Mädels? Wer von euch hat schon mal etwas von dieser Übung gehört? Oder habt ihr sie sogar in eurem Plan dabei?⁠ .⁠ Pendlay Rows stärken deinen Core / Rumpf enorm. ⁠ Die Ausführung:⁠ Stelle dich im hüftbreiten Stand auf und winkle die Knie leicht an. Dein Gesäß schiebst du leicht nach hinten und umfasst nun die Langhantelstange mit beiden Händen etwas weiter als schulterbreit im Obergriff.⁠ Ziehe die Langhantel nun in Richtung des Bauchnabels ( ohne Schwung ! ). ⁠ Dein Rücken sollte dabei keinen Buckel bilden und auch kein extremes Hohlkreuz.⁠ Achte beim Zurückführen der Langhantelstange darauf, dass du einen leichten Knick in den Ellenbogengelenken beihältst. ⁠ .⁠ Habt ihr die Übung in eurem Plan oder war der Begriff "Pendlay Row" für euch neu? 💥⁠ #probabe #deineletztediät #training #probabetraining #exercise #backday #coreworkout⁠

GYM INTIMIDATION 🏋🏼‍♀️ Heading into the gym, and getting yourself into the weights section in particular can be pretty scary. This is especially true for us gals, who tend to be rather outnumbered in this area of the gym and often come across some interesting characters (putting it politely 🙃🙃). So here are a few lil thoughts to repeat to yourself before stepping into the gym. ⬇️ YOU DESERVE TO BE HERE - most importantly. You’ve paid for that membership and you have every right to use every square inch of the gym floor and take up as much room as you want no matter your age/size/appearance and without someone (or your brain) telling you otherwise. 👋🏻 DON’T BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES - Even the best in the game had to start somewhere. Learn how to use the gym properly, get professional advice and laugh off failures. We’ve all been there - success doesn’t happen without failure. 💪🏻 DON’T TAKE ANY 💩 - linking to point one, you don’t have to take advice from random people, you don’t have to exercise in one specific way, and you don’t have to move whatever you’re doing to let other people use your equipment. You really do come across some personalities and ego’s in the gym, don’t let them intimidate you or put you off. 💁🏼‍♀️ YOU DO YOU - Use the gym however you like and do whatever workouts you enjoy the most. 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐒, 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍 𝐔𝐏!!⁣ ⁣ 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝗪𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊, AND I’M GOING TO SHOW YOU HOW IT'S DONE.⁣ ⁣ When you train your back, are you targeting 𝘈𝘓𝘓 areas of the back? ⁣ ⁣ Do you know what each exercise is meant to target? ⁣ ⁣ Training your back can be one of the more difficult muscle groups to work out. It takes a lot of 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝-𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. What I mean by that is, every other muscle group you are able to look at in a mirror when training....but you can't see your back. It's SUPER important to focus and know exactly what part of your back you're targeting with each exercise. Knowing what area of your back you're targeting will allow you to hone in on that muscle group in your mind, and you'll see your gainz sky rocket!⁣ ⁣ Here's a few exercises with explanation of what each targets:⁣ ⁣ 𝗪𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧⁣ *Before you begin, make sure you are positioned correctly. Pull your shoulder blades back and contract your muscles before pulling the bar all the way down. If you sit back a little further on the seat, it allows you to pull the bar straight down so you don't have to lean back. This helps isolate your lats.⁣ ⁣ 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐰⁣ *Under-hand allows your biceps to assist in the row motion⁣ *Over-hand isolates and targets your lats. ⁣ *Bend over about 45 degrees, start with the BB by your knees, hands shoulder-width apart, and pull the bar straight into your belt area as shown in the video⁣ ⁣ 𝐃𝐁 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐰⁣ *You should feel this at the upper/outer part of your lats (Teres Major muscle). Don't throw your whole body into the motion to get the dumbbell up. The 6 day PPL program is COMPLETE with our pull hypertrophy workout here. The key here is to take a more steady approach, like not going to failure from the start on pullups to maintain a certain manageable rep range for sets. With the DB rows, try to not only row the weight toward you but also pull the weight "across" your back to maximize the range of motion of the exercises. With the bicep curls, hold the dumbbell grips closer towards your body to fight gravity and promote supination, creating more resistance and growth. 1️⃣ Wide Grip Pullups 4 sets (6-8reps) 2️⃣ DB Rows 4 sets (8-10reps) 3️⃣ Mid Grip Pulldowns 4 sets (8-12reps) 4️⃣ Face Pulls 4 Sets (10-15reps) (not shown) 5️⃣ DB Bicep Curl w/ Supinated Grip (10-12reps) 6️⃣ Rope Bicep Finisher (10 reps at each weight, lowering weight at form failure until reaching burnout)

Time Management • What are your priorities? • How do you manage to fit them all in a day? • Do you often fail at accomplishing what you’ve set out to do today because of lack of preparation? • Things come up. I instantly start planning for the changes and figuring out how I am going to get in everything that I have to • These videos are from my morning workout. Typically it is just a three movement back day. Don't ask me what is the name of this... standing row?? Not sure bout that. Screw the formality 😆. But I know that its good as a starter and finisher for the back routines. Hits overall back, traps & lats too. I like to do it with slow tempo negative towards positive concentric to the max. Research Rapid Fire⁣ ———————————————————⁣⁣ We don't ❌ cover trigger points specifically very ofter as the definition and identification for trigger points still varies amongst the literature, making it incredibly difficult to draw conclusions or even recognize that they occur. Let's do some back, powiedział @wjusielsc To robię. Jak wiecie jestem zdania, że samo się nie zrobi, zatem zgodnie z tym co trener rozpisał jadę📝. Zostało jeszcze 3 tygodnie adaptacji siłowej 💪, później kolejny blok 🔐w realizacji. Zatem mata🤼 jeszcze później niż myślałem, bo gdzieś za 6-8 tygodni minimum. Wiele osób mnie pyta, dlaczego nie przygotowuje się jak wszyscy, zarzynając się na macie🧐 Jak mówię od lat, nie tam robi się siłę 💪 kondycję 🏃 czy moc 🔥 Na pracę w specyfice przyjdzie czas, ale mam 33 lata, kontuzję łapią mnie już dużo szybciej plus mam ogrom pracy. Check Out This Hip and T-Spine Move! - This is called the brettzel version 2.0! I've done the first version of previously and this is another great "big bang for your buck" stretch.
