“There is a subtle, but powerful relationship between the butt and the abs. To understand it, we must first look at them individually. . In general, the hips are responsible for locomotion and the abs are responsible for stabilization. . Anything involving extension such as opening the hand, taking the arms into extension, tossing your head back, opening the mouth, or jumping must connect to the gluteus maximus — The most powerful extensor muscle. . Anything involving flexion such as making a fist, flexing your biceps, pulling your chin to your chest, clenching your teeth , or squatting must involve rectus abdominis/abs — The most powerful flexor muscle. . So in order to have flat abs or a round butt, you must have the proper relationship between the butt/hips and the abs/core. . The gluteus maximus grows stronger and rounder with full, proper movement. The rectus abdominis/abs become flatter and stronger with proper core stabilization and movement. . Abs are probably one of the hardest muscles to work on because it’s basically the one covered in the most fat.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Maybe some of you are wondering how to get abs so I put together a few tips for you- ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1️⃣You have to have a low percentage of body fat the fastest way to abs is by cleaning up your diet and being in a calorie deficit you can thousands of crunches but if your not eating the right foods you’ll never see your abs. ⁣⁣ 2️⃣Drink enough water💦⁣⁣ 3️⃣ Be constient you won’t see abs right away so just trust the process and don’t give up all the hard work will be worth it I promise 💪🏽⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Was this helpful?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Try these excersices as a circuit 3-4 rounds 30 seconds on 30 seconds
