Until the muscles burn! 🔥 At my @guinnessworldrecords attempt I had to risk everything. 17.391 meters of climbing in 24 hours is not easy. I thought my muscles could relax in downhill but I was wrong. With 71km/h you can't relax 🙄 All spectators stopped to breath😱 But after a while everything will be normal. Giving up is not an option! 🙀Some of my black Friday shopping has arrived! I love these dressy pants & crop top sweaters🧣 They fit like a glove🤗🍑🔥 . Dont get it twisted. In the past I hated shopping. I avoided it as much as possible. Why🤷🏽‍♀️ Because when I weighed 263 lbs and used sz 22W pants shopping was the last thing I wanted to do. It would only remind me of how big I really was. How I had lost control of myself, my life & health💔 . There was a time where I had to shop for an event and so I went to the plus size section for uh and a dress that was "ok" because everything that had brought my attention wasn't available in the big girl size so I just had to find something to wear even if I didn't really like it😣 I grabbed the 1x womens dress and took it to the dressing room and you will never guess what happened 🤦🏽‍♀️ . . I didn't have a zipper so I put it on over my hand and tried sliding it down and it got STUCK😱 My shoulders were so wide and I had TONS of back fat I couldn't get it down and then my worst nightmare happened. I couldn't get it up either. I pulled one way & another looking at this hopeless 21 year old Morbidly obese girl in the mirror and CRIED😭 I asked myself how & why I had let myself go. Emotional eating had got the best of me & it showed😔 I ended up having to rip the dress to get it off. I was a horrible experience! . . I've worked hard to get where I am today. The crop top sweater is Sz small my pants are Medium. I'm confident, healthy and love the skin I'm in. Because I know you were dying to get a workout in this beautiful Sunday morning 😉 this one’s for the arms and core and uses no equipment at all! You can get it done anytime anywhere...no excuses 💪🏼 12 reps each 2-3 rounds - alternating 1 leg inch worms - alternating forearm side planks - tricep push ups (12 on each side) Don’t forget to breath. Dont forget to engage your core. And TAKE YOUR TIME! It’s a ZERO workout which means I want nice slow controlled reps ⭕️ we can save the speed for STACKED week....which starts tomorrow 😈

There’s no jumping in todays workout either so its home friendly, pregnancy friendly and easy on the joints ✅ • • Alternate Backward Lunge & Knee Drive Star Squat Wide Touch Downs Squat Combo Lateral Shuffle Low Lateral Lunge ➡️ Aim for 45 seconds on with 15 seconds rest, up to 3 rounds. (I only managed 1 🤪 and that’s OKAY! One round is better than none.) - NB: You can make the workout more challenging by adding loop resistance bands around thighs if you wish.

TRICEPS⚡Here are some of my favourite moves to target the triceps (back of arms.) Don’t under estimate body weight and bands for these movements because if done properly they‘re actually effective and pretty challenging ✅ - “How do I loose my bingo wings?” Girls remember we can’t fat spot reduce. These moves will just help firm up the tricep muscle along with a good diet and exercise regime. • • 🦋 Side Laying Tricep Push (keep legs together) 🦋 Modified Tricep Extension 🦋 Diamond Push Ups 🦋 Tricep Push (you create the resistance by pushing off your thighs) 🦋 Banded Push Downs (keep elbow into your body) 🦋 Banded Overhead Extension ➡ Aim to perform each move for approx a minute with limited rest in between sets with the last two exercises for 30 seconds each side.
