They just tend to overcomplicate things in an effort to get a little “sexier”.⁣ ⁣ Misinformed, impatient, stubborn… you might check some of those boxes, but I know you’re not stupid.⁣ ⁣ So you probably know by now that what you put in your mouth matters the most. The best way out of any difficult situation is to stay grateful and don’t let your mind at complaining! If that starts then listen to YouTube till you get rid of it! Every morning I wake up feeling like a Mack truck has hit me! I only take 1/2 of a pain pill usually around 2 am... The rest of the time I’m on my own! Mainly I hate the way pain meds make me feel! It’s natural to wake up and ask the question.... Why did I do this to myself? Someone makes my coffee and pulls my pants up after bathroom trip! I tell myself this will change if I just hang in there! I want to get excited about new bras and new shirts but I can’t yet! I’ve been taking lots of turmeric for anti inflammatory properties! I am currently 8 pounds heavier.... But I bring myself back to why is this important...freedom I over came eating addiction, I over came negative thoughts, my mindset has changed! I am creating a new me! This road is never easy, it’s not always having mountain top moments! Before she left with her dad (comes back soon, no worries!) She and I went to the laundry mat for some m&ms for a cheaper price than the gas station. She asked me to get sprees out of the 25 cent machine, so I did. As she ate them I got this little guy for her to put on when her dad came the next day! Если на 2 нет, то 3. И так можно до ежедневных тренировок. Каждый период выполните месяц и через полгода вы точно будете знать как часто нужно тренировать икроножные💪😎 📌 Ваша тренировка икр должна включать в себя не менее 4 отказных сетов. Количество упражнений не имеет значения. После разминки, подберите разумный для вас вес, с которым вы сможете выполнить от 10 до 25 повторений. В КАЖДОМ подходе старайтесь в его завершении приближаться к отказу⚡Пиковое сокращение в верхней точке должно занимать от 0,5 до 3 секунд. Чем дольше сокращение, тем меньше повторений в подходе. Я тренирую 1 раз в неделю, после тренировки спины (в день ног не остается сил психологически). Меняю только количество повторений, постановка ног - параллельно, изменение постановки носки в стороны или внутрь это более продвинутый уровень. Классическая постановка это беспроигрышный вариант 🤗 Лучшие упражнения это: 1️⃣ Подъемы на носки сидя (камбаловидная мышца занимает 2/3 объема голени (!) и выталкивает икроножную наружу, как брахиалис выталкивает бицепс) 2️⃣ Подъемы на носки стоя в смите (мощная нагрузка на икроножные, которая даёт максимальный потенциал для роста) Помните, любая, даже самая упертая мышечная группа может спрогрессировать. Все зависит только от вас самих💪
