I don’t mean to come across as a guy that is too full of himself by posting pictures like these, but I am very proud of the physique i’ve built. I’m at the gym 3 or even 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. There are times I have absolutely no energy in me to pick up a single dumbbell and every joint and muscle in my body aches, yet I still try to focus and push myself to work as hard as I possibly can to build something I would be proud to present to others and myself on stage. I’m constantly eating plain chicken breast and egg whites for almost every meal, which has forced me to put very important relationships on hold, just so I don’t aggravate them when my mood gets absolutely horrible by the lack of energy from my diet. There have been many times I wake up in the middle of the night starving, and have to drink water to fill my stomach up and try to put myself back to sleep. I wake up day after day to do it all over again, and even as tough as it could get sometimes, I can not wait to do it all over again and push my self even harder for my next prep. #fit #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslife #fit #fit #bodybuilding #bodypositive #bodyfit #gethuge #fitfam

Cuida tu columna. 👉 La columna vertebral o espina dorsal comienza en el coxis y termina en el cráneo, formando una sola unidad, un solo órgano vertical. Esto implica que cuando sentimos alguna molestia, dolor o problema en alguna parte de la columna, es obligatorio revisar todo el conjunto en general. 👉Funciones de la columna vertebral Es el sostén principal de cuerpo humano y del cráneo, ayuda a sujetar el peso total del mismo y a proteger la médula espinal. I’m back 🤗 Took some much needed time away from Instagram, the gym, tracking macros, everything really. Specifically two weeks. Yes, no gym for TWO weeks. No tracking. I haven’t taken that much time off since I started in 2015 but I was feeling so burnt out and tired of everything. I was exhausted from life and I haven’t experienced that fatigue so much before. I didn’t even crave working out during it all, I surprisingly enjoyed the time off from everything which is so unlike me but I feel so rejuvenated (which I hope sticks 🤞🏼). Everyone will “fall off” at sometime. We all do. I haven’t like this before, but during my two weeks I had so much fun. I was social, going out for drinks, eating nachos, fries, Mexican food, bacon and eggs, having so many beers, boating, swimming, hiking, celebrating birthdays, literally just living life to the fullest and surrounding myself with people I love. As much as I do enjoy tracking and the body I can create from being healthy, I need balance. I need the drinks and time out with friends not worrying about calories and if I go over on macros. I need time to skip the gym to go out for a girls night and drinks with my friends. I think we all need to remember to enjoy these times. Life is so short and it’s important to be healthy, but just as important to be HAPPY. Something I had kind of been lacking. I know I preach it but sometimes even I struggle with following what I preach. But I am so happy to be back with you guys on Instagram, I’m excited to track again, and workout - I just needed this little break and needed to remind myself there is more to life than being so strict with health and fitness. I am hoping sharing this will shed light on taking time off, taking time to eat/drink what you love, and living a life you love and enjoy WITHOUT the guilt 🦋 ps say a prayer for me because I did legs today and might not be able to walk tmrrw LOL
