Once you’re in the game and it’s a part of your life, you never want to leave it. But you have to be committed to be able to travel and do the things you need to do to be successful in whatever role you’re doing. The sacrifice him and his family has made since April is definitely paying off placing 7th 200m (22.99) & 9th 100m (11.38). He travels over 2 hours once a week to train with the squad and on the other days he’s training at the Bunbury athletics track. 🛑کمربند : آری یا خیر ؟ هنگامیکه کمربند بسته میشود داخل شکمی افزایش پیدا میکند (فشاری که از دیافراگم تا کمر ادامه دارد) که در نتیجه آن پایداری ستون فقرات زیادتر میشود که عامل مهمی در کاهش اسیب های کمری است ، بر اساس تحقیقات استفاده از کمربند تنها در زمان بکارگیری ماکزیمم قدرت سودمند است و در فشار های کمتر از قدرت بیشینه نیازی به استفاده از آن نیست ، طبق تحقیقی در مجله علمی کلینیکال بیومکانیک اثرات بستن کمربند بر روی عملکرد ورزشی ، فعال سازی عضلات ، فشار داخل شکمی و فشار داخل عضلانی مربوط به باز کننده ستون فقرات (فیله کمر) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و یافته ها نشان داد که با بستن کمربند فشار بین فیبرهای عضلانی کمر زیاد شده و ناحیه سینه ای و کمری بدن پایدارتر میشود ، تحقیق دیگری بین ۷۰ زن ورزشکار سالم که به دو گروه با کمربند و بدون آن تقسیم شده و لیفت را انجام دادند نشان داد که در صورت اجرای تکنیک صحیح استفاده از کمربند ظرفیت و توانایی اجرای حرکت را افزایش می دهد ... . 🛑روی دیگر سکه ... . از سوی دیگر مخالفان نتایجی را اعلام میکنند که کمربند به عنوان یک عامل خارجی حمایت کننده عضلات ناحیه مرکزی بدن (core) منجر به کاهش فعالیت این عضلات هنگام وزنه زنی میشود عضلات core به عنوان بالانس کننده عضلات عمقی و سطحی پایداری تنه را فراهم کرده و موجب حرکت تنه در راستای صحیح و مناسب میشود ، بنابراین اگر بخواهید در تمامی حرکات اصلی چندمفصلی درگیر کننده core مانند اسکوات ، ددلیفت ، پارویی عمودی از کمربند استفاده کنید باعث ضعیف ماندن این ناحیه میشوید . ‌. #Bodybuilding#Sport#Exercises#Supplement#Steroids#fitness#fat_Burner#Body#Muscle#power#health#Information#bodymarket#trainer#بدنسازی#مشاوره_ورزشی#رژیم#برنامه#مکمل#استروئید#هورمون#فیتنس#تمرین_در_خانه#تمرین_در_منزل

DOES IT MATTER WHERE MY CALORIES COME FROM IF IM TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE? . . Yes! Absolutely yes! When you are building muscle, it requires extra calories to be able to pack on a significant amount of muscle. But that doesn’t mean you can just eat a whole pizza or go crazy with fast foods and expect that's good nutrition for growing muscle. What you put in your body directly correlates with what fitness goals you will achieve, or not achieve. You need good quality food, timed well, with training. You can't just eat junk to get the calories for building muscle. You also can't cut out fat and carbs and still expect to build and maintain any new muscle. You need balanced nutrients, vitamins, and more to be able to maintain a healthy and stable body! So remember, just because your goal is to build muscle, doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want.
