Workout 33 with Morning Meltdown 100 is with the routine Core Inferno. This workout was short but very effective! I felt this one in my core all over. I can tell that I am getting stronger because I was able to hold up my body on the side plank move the entire time! That even impressed myself. I worked up a great sweat during this entire workout and I actually went ahead and repeated it twice because I had the time and really wanted to get a full core workout in! D15 of the #GangstaAWOHL hybrid calendar workouts was Hammer Speed with Beast: Abs. There are some really unique Isometrics moves, where you hold a move but in this case each move is turned into a three-step motion. For example, the push ups you go down in three distinct hop moves. You do that for ten reps and then the next ten are fast hence the speed part of the name. The first set should really be done as a three count move, pausing briefly at each stage for an isometric hold. If you have ever done P90X3, you’ll remember Tony Horton called these “elevator push ups” holding briefly at each stage, high, mid, and low. Ten reps of each is a nice warm up and should start to get your blood flowing for the rest of the workout. I struggled quite a bit with the chin ups, rear felt cross fly as in this hold the band in both hands and stand on top of it on the floor. Cross the bands and bend at the waist. You then reverse fly up, focusing on your back and deltoids and the pistol squats were tough. I didn’t think this work out was as difficult as the Hammer Plyo one. It’s short and fast paced in and out. Each move is only done once, so while I got a good workout, I didn’t completely burn out on it. If I had time, I might do a second round of it, or maybe up the weights. As this was my first time doing these moves, I was not sure exactly how much to use on each move and I might have been a little light on some of the moves. It does feel great to get a full-body workout in. This one covers everything for the most part! I enjoyed the challenges of this workout. Day 1 is Full Out from the workout Cize. Oh my gosh I sucked so bad today. I couldn’t get the moves down for anything.

What's your favorite shoulder stability exercise?! One of my go-to exercises is the good ole shoulder tap. It's an exercise that can be done anywhere and has plenty options for progressions and/or regressions for post surgical and painful shoulders. Not to mention that it also builds transverse abdominal strength. Shoulder taps are exceptional to warm up shoulders prior to a heavy shoulder workout, or can be used to wrap up an intense workout to blast your rotator cuff once your phasic muscles (big muscles) are gassed out. How about a fitness tip for once? There are a lot of exercises you can do in this world. Gyms are always adding the latest and greatest machines. Crazy IG fitness trainers are doing one-legged squat to press with a jump on an upside down bosu ball and so forth. It can be overwhelming to know what to do in the gym. You may even want to mimic someone you see working out that looks to be in decent shape. Maybe you want to follow some workout plan you found online. My advice? Do the exercises that will make your every day life easier. They may seem boring and basic, but the basics work. What are some of these? Squats variations - Chances are you sit down and get back up often. Squats will help with that. They’ll strengthen your quads and your glutes. Deadlift variations - ever hear the phrase “lift with your legs, not with your back”? Guess what? Lifting with your legs means utilizing your hamstrings. Deadlift variations help build that muscle group making lifting heavy objects from the ground a little easier. Row variations - want to have good posture? It starts with strengthening your back muscles. Your back muscles support your spine allowing you to stay upright more easily. Core - developing a strong core is critical for almost everything in life. Lifting heavy objects, balance, posture, flexibility, and more. I’d skip the crunches and go with plank variations to hit the deep core muscles. This is by no means an exhaustive list. Press variations are also a great addition to any fitness routine. S C I A T I C A • • Sciatica refers to low back and/or leg pain due to problems with the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body 😮 It travels from our low back, down the back of each leg, and down to the toes. Injury or pressure on the sciatic nerve can cause pain in the low back, gluteal area, back of the leg, and/or numbness, tingling, pins and needles sensation down the leg. • Compression on the sciatic nerve can occur in the low back, from injuries such as a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, or due to an overactive and tense piriformis muscle, deep down to the gluteal muscles. Irritation of the sciatic nerve can lead to pain, weakness and numbness/tingling down the leg. •
The exercises above are great for improving nerve mobility, and reducing irritation of the sciatic nerve, if caused by an overactive and tight piriformis muscle. If the sciatica is due to a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, please refer to the prior posts. 
1️⃣ Figure 4: lying on your back, cross your right ankle over your left knee, pulling your left knee up towards your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of the right gluteal area. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds, repeating 2x/daily. 2️⃣ Knee to opposite shoulder: lying on your back, bring your right knee towards your chest, then rotate towards the left shoulder. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds, repeating 2x/daily. 3️⃣ Nerve flossing: lying on your back, keeping your leg straight, wrap a belt around your foot, pulling your leg up using the belt until you feel a pull down the leg. Stop once you feel the pull, then point your toes up to add tension to the nerve, and down to relieve the tension - 10x, repeating 2x/daily.

🔥Bodyweight progressions for gainz🔥 . Follow @dancudes . There is this big misconception out there that you can't make gains with bodyweight training. Now, while I understand that incline presses, squats, and deadlifts are some of the best exercises to exist, the latter which I do frequently, throwing around barbells is not the only option you have to make gainz. In fact, most barbell throwing gym goers struggle to do 20 proper pushups or 10 proper pullups. You can make some serious gainz with calisthenics and it comes down to training progressions. Just as you add 2.5lbs to the bar everytime you up the load on a barbell, you move up a progression with bodyweight training and as you move up progressions, a different demand and load of higher intensity is placed on the body which thus leads to building both strength and mass. For example, moving from diamond pushups to typewriter pushups is quite the challenge and provides your body with a new stimulus to which it has to adapt. Some of my favourite progressions for the three most basic of the bodyweight exercises are: . ➡️ Pushups: knee -< regular -< diamond -< typewriter -< Archer ➡️ Pullups: Band assisted -< iso hold -< negatives -< regular -< typewriter ➡️ Squats: BW -< Bulgarian split squats -< shrimp squats -< 1 leg to bench -< pistol . #dailydackattack Episode 20 A push/pull workout (basically upper body) for you to enjoy. Super set the push exercise with the pull exercise. This means you have no rest in between the two exercises and then rest. Carry out 3 sets on each push/pull combo. Carry out all exercises until you have 2 reps in reserve (RIR). This move is good for the entire back. . Notice I'm not swinging my body to get heavier weights moving. No, I'm using lighter weights I can control completely. This let's me focus on contracting and performing a pause in the move. . The pause is where's it's at too. Really able to focus on the mid-back to develop more definition. I don't hold it very long but I'm squeezing the life out of it in each hold. . Swinging the body to lift more weight is only asking for other muscles to to most of the work and won't help with my muscle definition.

#Exercising in #nature is literally #therapy for me...it helps me in my #battle against #depression. If I go a few days without it...my #body and #mental state is off...I can tell that something is wrong. So while I was out #hiking @StoneMountain one day a 69 yrs old #gentleman come up to me and said, "the #world is my #gym..." and walked off...I didn't know what he meant so I chased him to get clarification. He said he has been an #avid #trail and #mountain #climber since 1955 and never needed a #gym not because he thinks anything is wrong with them. He then proceeded to show me about 15 #exercises I could do out in #nature that would keep me in tip-top #shape and it was #beautiful. I see him on the mountain almost everytime I am there. Here is a couple exercises from yesterday's chest, shoulders and Biceps workout 💪🏻 . 3-5 sets each 10 + reps or till fatigue . I always start the session with free weights and pulleys. As I become tired and notice my form isn't as great I start using machines for added stability, that way I don't compromise my form as much and reduce the likelihood I will injury myself! ¡Sin excusas! La semana pasada les publiqué un entrenamiento de piernas en el gimnasio. Hoy les paso uno de piernas, pero en casa. Solo necesitamos un step o escalón para lograrlo. 🙋🔥 ¡Vamos por todas! 1. Sentadillas infaltables en entrenamiento de piernas. Haremos 4 series de 20; recuerda que es tu propio peso, arriba y abajo cuenta como 1. 2.Lounges en reversa. Considero que son los mejores: primero trabajamos la coordinación y segundo, evitamos los errores y daños a nuestra rodilla porque bajamos de forma correcta. Ayuda muchísimo a los corredores por la zancada. Haremos 4 series de 15 repeticiones de cada pierna. 3. Peso muerto y combinamos con un poquito de espalda. Podemos utilizar las mancuernas, un bolso con peso o botellas de agua con arena. Al subir apretamos los glúteos; hacemos 4 series de 15 repeticiones. 4. Pantorrillas. Nunca las olvido y las entreno al menos 3 veces por semana. En un escalón sostente solo al borde de tus pies y baja como si quisieras tocar el piso con los talones, pero no lo harás. Son 4 series 25 repeticiones. Este es un músculo que trabajamos a diario y él necesita esforzarse más. Así que la rutina es: 25 puntas rectas, 25 puntas hacia adentro, 25 puntas mirando hacia afuera y para finalizar 25 puntas de frente. Shoulders are the first thing people notice when they first meet you. A set of broad shoulders can instantly make a good first impression whether you are a guy or a girl. • That's why in bodybuilding competitions when the competitors walk out on stage, the first thing the judges see are the shoulders. • Broad shoulders also give the v-taper look to your body and make the waist look smaller by illusion which is a good thing. Sound ON 🔊 I feel like people STILL don't know the difference between a low bar squat and a high bar squat. • The high bar squat is how you're told to squat as the ONLY correct way. It's a knee dominant exercise where the knees go past the toes in front working and isolating the quadriceps. • A low bar squat is a full body exercise! You have to use core more, and you have to break at the hips before you break at the knees and you sit BACK instead of DOWN. Now obviously your thighs have to become parallel with the ground to hit the proper depth but its less deep than the high bar squat. • It is a bigger compound movement than the high bar squat because it works your hamstrings, glutes, as well as your quads. • The important thing you shouldn't forget are your own biomechanics. If your hips can go down at only a certain level before your lower back rounds, then that's the proper depth FOR YOU. • Don't believe this notion of "ass to grass" because it doesn't apply to everyone. Sound ON 🔊 This is week 2 of me doing foundational strength. I personally will be doing only incline bench press from next week but just to show you the different versions of the same workout, this video has flat bench press. • Think of it like sculpting. The clay you need for the sculpture has to be present if you're going to mold it into anything at all. So the exercise 7 sets of 4 reps will analogous to the clay. • Now whatever you chose to create as your piece is up to you entirely. Think of the secondary exercises that you will do after the primary lift as you molding the clay into whatever you want - you can chose any exercise you want. • I like this approach because you can keep changing it up without abandoning the foundational movements. • Never run away from the foundational stuff guys, they have worked for over 75+ years and counting. Foundational movements should be a part of all training programs. • If you have injuries then that can be the only exception. Sound ON 🔊 This is a high reps workout because I haven't trained them properly in 2 weeks so I didn't feel like going heavy. • Good evening everyone 😄 So I finally trained arms after 2 week. I didn't feel like training them for the last 2 weeks because I started to really get bored while training biceps and doing the same exercises. • So this time I changed things up with biceps by adding bands to the barbell curl. It made a world of difference. Definitely give that a try when you do curls next time. • The thing with training arms is that you don't need a ton of volume to train your biceps and triceps because they bear a lot of load on your heavy bench press, shoulder press, and chin ups (btw without these exercises your arms won't develop). • Defnitely increase the volume over time but it's pointless doing a lot of drop sets on arms right off the bat. Sound ON 🔊 There are good exercises, then there are great exercises, and then there is the deadlift. There is no substitute for the deadlift except another variation of the deadlift. • This is the best strength builder and fat burner of all barbell exercises. While doing this, you whole body is engaged from head to toe making it one of the best compound movements ever. And you already know what I have been saying about compound movements when it comes to fat loss. • A common misconception is that deadlifts make your waistline thicker. Not true! Waistline is genetic because everyone is born with their own shape. You can develop it but you can't change it. • You do any other back exercise after deadlifts and you will feel those exercises MUCH differently than if you don't deadlift before them. • Give this workout a try if you don't believe me yet 😂 I'm sure it will change your mind. Sure, you will feel your shoulders burning, but you won’t be burning a lot of calories doing it.
